Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. August is back to school month which is normally the second busiest season for retailers like Target. Yet, while the Dow Jones was up 3.99%, Target was only up 1.14%. The boycott stills seems to be having the desired effect.

It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. The federal government should not even be involved in education. Education is not a power granted to the federal government by the Constitution. The young men, many of whom are perhaps better described as boys, are seeking nothing more than a stable home life.

Why would they take down the site voluntarily?].’
One young man interviewed for the story recounts a harrowing tale of years sadly bouncing from one home to the next where [homosexual] sex—and his self-worth—were traded for a place to stay.
A month after he left his first [homosexual] sex-for-rent arrangement, latching on to the first man who showed him attention, ‘I went for my first test after coming out and got gonorrhoea and HIV [Which can lead to AIDS. Laws not regulations that go beyond the law which often happens with regulations. The whole concept of the free enterprise system is a willing buyer and a willing seller. Neither should be forced to use or not use the other. That is why it is absolutely wrong for governments to prosecute sellers who refuse to do some service or sell something to an individual who is homosexual. It is not a willing buyer, willing seller situation. I am using that as an example because it has been in the news for the last several years. In a free enterprise system both the buyer and the seller are to be willing. Which means facebook can say no for any reason just as we as buyers can choose not to use facebook. In an interview with Breitbart News, Kitchen argued that as a private company, Facebook has the right to censor content at will, although he strongly cautioned the social network against a censorious approach.
‘I think Facebook is a private company,’ said Kitchen, a former national security adviser to Senator Ben Sasse (Republican-Nebraska). ‘Facebook can ultimately make decisions about what kind of speech it wants to have on its platform [True, if not against the law. And we as consumers have options including not using facebook and finding alternative methods of getting our information out to the public. If facebook is alienating a large portion of the public, an entrepreneur can step in and provide an alternative. That is what the free market is also all about. Competition. If one company does not provide adequately, find one that will.].’
‘I think it is better for consumers and the American people to have as free a space for open dialogue and diversity of viewpoints as possible. … But they’re a private company, and the Heritage Foundation is going to be very clear about a private company’s right to organize and conduct its business as it sees fit [As long as no laws are violated. Kitchen disagreed with the view that platforms like Facebook and Google are special cases due to their dominant position in the marketplace and their unprecedented influence over news and politics, which includes the power to sway undecided voters by up to 80 percent, and boost voter registration by significant margins among targeted users [Then others should get into the market and compete against facebook and google. It is called the free enterprise system for a reason.].
‘I think it’s clear that they challenge traditional understandings of all those things, but I don’t think it rises to the level of government regulating how they conduct their business or constraining them in other ways [Correct.].’
‘I think right now, we have free speech on these platforms,’ said Kitchen. ‘Just about any political view that you want to have, you can get on these platforms. They certainly have community standards [Freedom of speech is a guarantee against governments. It is not a guarantee about individuals and companies.].’
Kitchen praised Facebook for its ‘receptiveness’ to conservative outreach.
‘That doesn’t mean that we agree with everything or that there’s been total transparency or decisive answers on all of our questions; this Senator Kyl (audit) is a recognition that there are some unanswered questions. But in terms of their response to us and their professionalism, they’ve been nothing but top notch.’
Today, Axios reported that The Heritage Foundation was involved with Facebook’s political bias review, conducted using employees of Eric Holder’s law firm [A Leftist law firm, of course. This is facebook. A Leftist organization.], led by former Republican Senate Whip Jon Kyl [from Arizona]. Kitchen said the report was a ‘misstatement’ and that Heritage has set up off-the-record meetings between conservative tech policy experts and Facebook under its own initiative, without being prompted by the social network.
Kitchen indicated that The Heritage Foundation will adopt a wait-and-see approach regarding Facebook’s stated commitment to address censorship on the platform, saying it ‘remains to be seen’ if Facebook is serious about the matter.
‘I hope they’re serious,’ said Kitchen. ‘They’ve given every indication that they are. How this audit goes forward, what the findings are, (and) what their response to the findings are will determine if they’re serious.’
In addition to censorship, Kitchen agreed that Facebook’s changes to its newsfeed algorithm and its plan to rank news sources by ‘trustworthiness’ are areas of concern [Be assured, they will lean Left if not hard Left. What do you expect from a Leftist company? Neutrality?].
‘The shift to the algorithm … is a political black box,’ said Kitchen. ‘I don’t think people understand it. Some popular websites and news sources and aggregators on both sides of the aisle have expressed concerns about the impact of that algorithm change. Heritage would want to know more about how the algorithm works and why the effects of the algorithm are what they are.’
‘We haven’t asked them directly to explain (the algorithm) yet. We’re going to wait and see how this audit comes out.’
Kitchen supports the idea of social networks maintaining lists of banned posts and users to be reviewed by conservative third parties. A variant of this idea has been proposed by Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale.
‘I’m very happy for that to be one of many considerations. They do need to do a better job of explaining to users why they’re making the decisions they’re making. I think they understand that; what’s left to be seen is how well they’re going to go about doing that.’
Despite these suggestions for improvement on Facebook’s part, Kitchen praised the social network for its ‘granular’ and ‘technical’ approach to enforcing ‘hate speech’ rules on American users [I hate the term “hate speech.” Who determines what is “hate speech” and what is not “hate speech?” It is a Leftist concoction to promote control of speech. Canada now defines “hate speech” as any negative statement against homosexual behavior. That is ludicrous on the face of it. That means the Bible is “hate speech” under Canada’s definition. Yet, the Bible also says that GOD is love. What GOD hates is sin.].

Supposedly, Joel Osteen said his church would not be available during the current Houston flooding challenge. The Nashville Statement confirms the long standing Christian acknowledgment that homosexual behavior is sinful behavior.

The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
Rules of Life:
