Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. The federal government should not even be involved in education. Education is not a power granted to the federal government by the Constitution. The contours of this election are very easy to understand. Most voters are not consistently Right or Left. They don’t like the status quo in Washington and are starving for a new vision. Unfortunately, until we break out of this binary idolatry [Two parties only system. The problem is that neither the Left nor Republicans want vibrant third parties challenging the status quo. Most States make it very difficult for a third party to get on the ballot with requirements much higher than the two major parties have to get on the ballot.], the alternative—the ‘something new’—will always be the party out of power. So the question for Republicans is: in or out of the Swamp? A new poll sheds light on the danger of Republicans voting to continue the current leadership [Paul Ryan and his clones in the House of Representatives and Mitch McConnell and his fellow travelers in the Senate.].
A grassroots group, the Ear to the Ground Listening Project, commissioned a poll of 1,000 likely voters conducted by McLaughlin & Associates and shared with Conservative Review. On the one hand, the poll shows a generic ballot lead for Democrats, as most other polls do [And that has been historic. The Democrat Party has basically been the majority party since the election of 1932 during the Great Depression. Even though the Democrat Party has been taken over by extreme radical Leftists at the national level, that still holds true. However, if one looks closely at elections since 2010, the Democrat Left has literally lost well over a thousand elected offices from the local, to the State, to the federal level because the Left does offer an agenda approved by a majority of the voters in this country. The Republicans by offering up Establishment Republicans as the alternative, in many cases, have FAILED to take advantage of the loathing by the public of the Left’s agenda. In many cases, failing to campaign on winning issues or failing to select candidates who can effectively support those winning issues. Republican candidates often lack boldness to attack the Left where they are the most vulnerable.]. But does that mean voters want extreme liberalism over commonsense conservatism, transparency, border security, and health care freedom?
Of course not. Among other critical findings, the poll shows that 60 percent, including 63 percent of independents, believe it is important ‘to eliminate the influence of the network of DC-centric professional bureaucrats, media, and insider elites [Which includes Establishment, Capitulation Republicans.].’
But with Republicans in charge in Washington, voters view the current GOP leadership as the belly of the Swamp and the consummate insider elites [And many of them are. The Republican Party label is used to get elected, the party platform is way too often ignored AFTER getting elected.]. When asked what is the top impediment to draining the Swamp, 42 percent of voters said it was the GOP [More accurately, the Republican Party Establishment, Capitulation leadership.], just behind lobbyists as the top impediments listed by voters.
Thus, conservatives run the risk of losing an election because they have failed to drain the swamp and are now defined by it. Only 15 percent of Republican voters and just 3 percent of Independents said they trust the GOP to keep its promises [Very telling but also obvious still the “leadership” HAS failed to keep their promises. Just run through the long list of failures. Obamacare is still “law,” babies are still being murdered, Planned Murderhood is still receiving taxpayer money, the borders are still not secure, illegals are still entering the country and still being offered amnesty, among many others. Action or inaction, in most cases, speak much louder than words.]. Contrast that to 65 percent of Democrat voters who say they trust their party to keep its promises [Because the Left is agenda driven and the agenda is the most important reason to be in control of government. They are “true believers.” I trust them to keep their promises too. That is why they must be defeated at every turn. Their promises are a disaster for the United States.]. Among conservative voters, a clear plurality felt that the GOP is supporting the Swamp rather than draining it [And they are right. Capitulating to the Left IS NOT draining the swamp.]. It should therefore come as no surprise that there is such an intensity gap between the two sides and Republicans are on the losing side of a 15-to 20-point swing in the special elections [Intensity is very important in special elections because of the already likely outcome of low voter turnout. Usually, the Left loses in respect to voter turnout. Not this year, it is Republicans who are not turning out.].
Another consistent theme from the poll results was that although Trump’s personal favorability is under water, on the issues, he is much more popular than the GOP Congress, not just among Republican base voters but even among independents. The GOP leadership is the least popular part of government among independent voters [Ouch. Republican “leadership,” do you NOT understand this? YOU are the least popular part of government among independent voters BECAUSE you are NOT doing what YOU said you would do. YOU are not too popular among conservative Republicans either.].
With such lackluster support for the party from its base voters and independents who are naturally not enthralled with the Democrat agenda, how can Republicans expect to survive this election without a major change?
What’s worse is that independent voters who propelled them to power in 2010, 2014, and 2016 all want change. By a margin of 60-31, voters said they want a new congressman and would not vote to re-elect the incumbent, but among independents, that margin is 70-19, even more pronounced than among Democrats.
But again, we must ask, does this mean independents want liberal [Leftist] Democrats promoting socialism and open borders in office?
When asked whether they supported efforts by sanctuary cities to disobey federal immigration law, voters opposed them by a margin of 52-37. Among independents? 54-33.
This demonstrates that while there is a growing and energized contingent of left-wing voters in this country, conservatives can match their intensity by rallying Republicans and independents around new leaders and a new agenda designed to fight the status quo, even with Republicans in charge. However, if they just elect the same leaders such as Kevin McCarthy [Who is a John Boehner, Paul Ryan, Establishment, Capitulation Republican clone.], they will be swallowed up in a wave of liberal voters without any intensity on the Right and with independent voters drifting to the ‘alternative’ by default.
The only path forward is for existing conservative members and candidates running in primaries to pledge to oppose the status quo Swamp leaders like McCarthy and commit to voting for Jim Jordan as speaker. They should commit to a new contract with America built upon transparency, reforming [ENDING programs and Departments which are not constitutional] programs, ending the illegal alien fleecing of the taxpayer, cutting out the special interest cartels in health care and other areas of the economy, and term limits [WRONG. Term limits is a disastrous concept. Don’t you DARE restrict my voting choices. He left out the most important as well as other important areas. The most important single issue it ENDING the murder of babies within the womb. Absolutely. Without question. EVERY Republican should make this a crucial issue. It should be front and center.].
