Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. In contrast to the 12 (soon to be eight) Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] facilities, there are 221 community health clinics in Iowa, according to local news reports. These facilities will be able to expand services to low-income, minority and other patients with the funding increase.

They claim community health centers will not be able to serve all Planned Parenthood’s [Planned Murderhood’s] patients if it gets defunded.
This is becoming even more obviously false as Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] announces plans to close clinics all across the country, citing financial reasons and patient numbers. The abortion [murder of babies within the womb] chain’s non-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] services also have been dropping rapidly in the past few years. And it hasn’t even been defunded yet.
The latest news of closures comes from New Mexico where KOAT News reports three Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] facilities will close in September.
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] centers in Farmington, Rio Rancho and Nob Hill in Albuquerque will close this fall, according to the report. None of the facilities perform abortions [murders of babies within the womb] on site, but they all referred patients for abortions [murders of babies within the womb].
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] of the Rocky Mountains CEO Adrienne Mansanares told the news station that politics are not the reason for the closures.
‘Funding is one thing that we look at, but we also look at whether our patients will receive excellent care at another provider, or most importantly, come see us in any of our health centers [No Planned Murderhood operation is a health center.] throughout the state,’ Mansanares said.
She said their remaining three facilities in New Mexico will expand their hours to accommodate patients.

Pro-life advocates today are celebrating the fact that, next month, two states in the United States will not be subjected to the agenda of the nation’s biggest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] company.
As LifeNews reported yesterday, the Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] facility in Casper, Wyoming plans to close on July 21 due to financial reasons. The facility did not perform abortions [murders of babies within the womb] but did refer for them. It is the only Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] in the state. The facility has been open since 1975—sending Wyoming women to other centers for abortions [murders of babies within the womb].
‘We looked at what services we provided,’ Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] of the Rocky Mountains official Adrienne Mansanares said. ‘We also looked at the financial health of the health center.’

This is good news for women and good news for preborn babies in those states.

We need to attack the sin of murdering our own babies within the womb from every angle. We need to defund all baby murdering organizations within the United States. No organization that murders babies within the womb or supports and promotes the same should ever receive government money either directly or indirectly. States need to abolish the murder of babies within the womb within its jurisdiction by law. And, of course, the federal government through congressional law needs to do the same.
It is well past the time to abolish the murder of innocent babies within the womb whether by surgical or medical means. Murder is murder regardless of the method use.
The truth about abortion:
1) Every abortion is murder.
2) No abortion, at the federal level, is legal
3) Every abortion is unconstitutional [Amendments V and XIV]
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.
