I e-mailed the following on February 22, 2016. Being concerned that the e-mail address was not current, I am also mailing it to the campaign at the address that should always be current—the contribution address. I do not ask political questions using government addresses since the questions do not deal with government business.

“The 2016 Republican primary [e-mail heading]”

On February 18, 2016, I sent the below e-mail to Congressman LaHood. I did not receive a response. Perhaps the e-mail went unnoticed. Since the original e-mail, I did some further checking on Senator Kirk. Using the scorecard from Conservative Review, I found that Senator Kirk has a disastrous score for a Republican. That information and an additional question follows the original e-mail.

“I just recently received a voters guide from Illinois Family Institute. I am concerned about the primary election for the U.S. Senate on the Republican side. I am a pro-life Christian constitutional conservative.

According to the guide and my own research on current Senator Mark Kirk, he is a supporter of Planned Parenthood and of the murder of unborn babies through abortion. According to the voters guide, Senator Mark Kirk:

is opposed to defunding Planned Parenthood (H.R. 3134, 2015).

is opposed to the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R.36, 2015) which prohibits abortions after 20 weeks when preborn babies begin to feel pain.

is opposed to the First Amendment Defense Act (H.R. 2802, 2015) which prevents discriminatory treatment of any person on the basis of views held with respect to marriage.

Yet, it is my understanding that Representative LaHood supports Senator Mark Kirk’s reelection to the United States Senate. I have personally talked to Republican challenger James Marter. I heard him say that he was pro-life. After his talk, I asked him if he was pro-life without exception or pro-life with exceptions. He said he is pro-life without exception. I signed his nominating petition.

Representative LaHood has said that he is pro-life. Here are my questions:

1) Is Representative LaHood pro-life without exception or pro-life with exceptions?

2) If Representative LaHood is pro-life with exceptions, what are the exceptions?

3) If Representative LaHood is pro-life, why is he supporting Senator Mark Kirk for reelection when he is clearly a supporter of the murder of unborn babies through abortion?

4) If Senator Kirk receives the nomination for the Republican Party in March, will Representative LaHood guarantee that Senator Kirk will not vote for any pro-murder/abortion nominee who is nominated by our current pro-murder/abortion President to the United States Supreme Court to replace Justice Scalia who was staunchly pro-life?”

I sent the letter certified mailed return receipt requested. Needless to say, Congressman LaHood never responded. Needless to say, Congressman LaHood is supporting Mark Kirk in the 2016 general election. Needless to say, I believe Mark Kirk will lose the election and the Republicans will lose a Senate seat because contrary to its party platform the Republican Party nominated a pro-abortion/murder candidate for the Illinois Senate seat. Needless to say, as a pro-life without exception voter, I did not vote for Mark Kirk in 2012 and I will not vote for Mark Kirk in 2016. Needless to say, Congressman LaHood’s folly in supporting Mark Kirk in the primary and general election determined that I will run for Congress in 2016 and 2018 with the intent to defeat Congressman LaHood and win the election in either 2016 or 2018 or both. Needless to say, we need more pro-life members of Congress not less.

Note the following: As of September 2, 2016, the Conservative Review Scorecard, which I consider the most reliable conservative evaluation of members of Congress, has Darin LaHood at 33% F. Mark Kirk, who Darin LaHood supported in the primary and is now supporting in the general election, has a Scorecard rating of 17%. Tammy Duckworth, his Democrat opponent for the Senate, has a Scorecard rating of 15%. Probably, not a statistically significant difference! A vote for Mark Kirk or a vote for Tammy Duckworth is a vote for the same type of policies! Supporting Mark is the same as supporting Tammy Duckworth. The basic difference is the party they claim to represent. Problem is, Mark Kirk in his voting does NOT represent the Republican Party conservative platform! Yet Darin LaHood supported Mark Kirk in both the primary and general election. Of Course, Darin LaHood does not have a conservative record either!

Congress, which is controlled by Republicans, has constitutional control over the budget. The President does not. “The President proposes and Congress disposes.”

The website does not discuss life, family, or numerous other current issues. Are we suppose to guess his position on those issues? If so, look at his Conservative Review Scorecard!

By the way, “establishment political wisdom” claims that the voting public can only handle 3-4 issues in any campaign. Therefore, the candidate should emphasize the 3-4 issues that he believes will best play to the voting public. Congressman LaHood seems to support that proposition.

                          

The constitutional solution to government sanctioned murder:

Congress nullifies the court decisions by law:

First, define life stating that life begins at conception as it does.

Then, state clearly and emphatically in law that the federal court decisions sanctioning the murder of unborn babies are null and void since they violate the Fifth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment.

Finally, federal court decisions are not the supreme law of the land. Laws passed by Congress pursuant to the Constitution are the supreme law of the land and supersede any and all federal court decisions. [Article 6, ¶ 2]

One of the leaked documents reveals the OSF’s 2016-2019 strategy for ‘women’s rights [No woman or man has the right to murder their own child!].’

‘With one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the world, a win there (in Ireland) could impact other strongly Catholic countries in Europe, such as Poland, and provide much needed proof that change is possible [Certainly NOT change for the better!], even in highly conservative places,’ the document reads.

This is clearly an instance of a foreign organisation seeking to influence the very identity of a small country by changing the Constitution. Ireland has one of the best maternal health services in the world and is a persistent problem for the pro-abortion myth that abortion is needed for women’s healthcare.

In one concrete case of this egregious interference, Amnesty Ireland brought the results of one of their global petitions on abortion to the Irish Health Minister, Simon Harris, who shamefully accepted the signatures, for a photo op.

In the photo op, Amnesty claimed to have collected a little over 271,000 signatures, insisting that Ireland repeal the 8th (Pro-Life) Amendment.

Surely, we can do better than Amnesty! Surely, we can find another 120,000 people—to SIGN this petition—who want to defend the pro-life 8th Amendment in Ireland, and similar pro-life measures in Algeria, Burkina Faso, El Salvador, Nepal, Morocco-Western Sahara and Tunisia!

Let’s make it clear that we reject big-money corporate attacks on the sovereignty of small and developing nations and their absolute right and duty to protect the unborn [Everywhere for every country!]! Our global effort would make it clear that we embrace life and reject their culture of death [murder].

Planned Murderhood (AKA Planned Parenthood) receives approximately half a billion dollars from the federal government and State governments in a given year. The latest passed federal budget continued to fund Planned Murderhood without a reduction even though Republicans control both the House and the Senate. In return, Planned Murderhood’s PAC (Political Action Committee) (Planned Parenthood’s Action Fund) spends millions of dollars each election cycle to help Democrats get elected. The PAC endorsed Hillary Clinton early in the primary process. Meanwhile, Planned Murderhood has been accused of and, in some cases, been found guilty of Medicaid fraud.

These practices included prescriptions not signed by valid prescribers, billing for quantities of medications that matched neither the prescribed nor dispensed quantities, failing to prove medication was even dispensed, reimbursement for unnecessary duplicative drugs, and more.

Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin has not yet responded to the report, but Pro-Life Wisconsin legislative director Matt Sande was not surprised, given PLW’s own investigation into the matter.

‘Pro-Life Wisconsin, working with Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys, recently conducted an open records request of Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin,’ Sande explained. ‘The findings revealed 26 Department of Health Services audits uncovering $43,000 in Medicaid overbilling by PPWI from 2006 to 2012. Now DHS audits have uncovered $50,000-plus in Medicaid overpayments by PPWI in 2014.”

“Amid an illegal plot to ‘ratify’ a United Nations treaty on “climate change” without the constitutionally required advice and consent of the U.S. Senate, Obama is behaving more and more like a tinpot dictator looting what remains of a collapsing banana republic. As part of the effort to defend the unconstitutional scheme to bypass Congress and ‘ratify’ the UN climate regime, however, the White House and its globalist allies are twisting themselves into legalistic and rhetorical pretzels—and setting up the UN scheme for failure. The formal announcement ahead of the upcoming Communist Chinese-led G20 confirms what The New American first reported over two years ago.

[Article II Section 2 ¶ 2 of the United States Constitution

“He [The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate [The Senate representing the various sovereign States], to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur [One of the times an extraordinary majority is required. Making a treaty was considered a very important task.]; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.”

By the way, the terms “executive agreement” and “executive order” are not in the Constitution or its Amendments. The President has NO constitutional authority to issue executive agreements or executive orders.

Article VI ¶ 2 of the United States Constitution

“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

The supreme law of the land consists of

1) the United States Constitution

2) laws passed by Congress pursuant to the Constitution and

3) Treaties entered into and approved by the Senate under the authority given to the United States by the Constitution

Nothing else—including executive agreements, executive orders and/or court decisions—is the supreme law of the land.]

The UN, Obama, and Beijing are all hoping to get the agreement ‘ratified’ before or during the G20 meeting in early September, according to news reports. Unlike the U.S. Congress [the Senate], which Obama knows will not approve his dangerous UN ‘climate’ regime, even the rubber-stamp legislature serving the brutal communist dictatorship enslaving mainland China is getting an opportunity to weigh in on ratifying the so-called ‘Paris Agreement.’ Beijing's propaganda organs are making a big show out of the fact that the ‘Standing Committee’ of the ‘National People’s Congress’ is deliberating on whether to ratify the controversial UN deal.

[Nothing approved through the UN or anywhere else including the Iran capitulation is the supreme law of the land unless approved by the Senate as required by the Constitution.]

By contrast, Obama plans to pretend to ratify it all by himself. Fortunately for Americans, though, by bypassing the proper ratification process, Obama is all-but ensuring that the ‘climate’ treaty, negotiated in Paris last year, will eventually go down in flames. In fact, federal law now officially prohibits any U.S. funding for the UN climate bureaucracy, whether Obama pretends to ratify the UN climate deal or not. The strange turn of events vis-à-vis Obama, China, and the UN follows bizarre comments by former UN ‘Climate’ Czarina Christiana Figueres, who blasted the U.S. political system but said the murderous Chinese regime was doing it right when it comes to battling alleged man-made global warming [There is no such thing as man-made global warming! That is why the term/concept was altered to “climate change.”].

The blatantly fraudulent ‘legal argument’ being advanced by Obama and the White House is that the UN Paris Agreement is actually an ‘executive agreement.’ Therefore, they claim, Obama can ratify it with nothing more than his pen. In the real world, of course, the UN, the French government that oversaw the negotiations, and practically every government on earth have declared the Paris Agreement to be a ‘binding international treaty.’ Indeed, the document itself makes that clear, with the word “shall” appearing in the text more than 100 times [It is NOT binding on the United States!].”

Because of the desire by the Obama Administration to do as much damage as possible until his term ends, he is once again pushed the absurd nonsense of man-made global warming. As I did for July, I am posting the record high temperatures for August in Morton, Illinois. This time I am also including the record high temperatures for Abilene, Texas in August. Note: the average high temperature for Abilene is about 10° higher for Abilene than Morton. Therefore, it is more likely that Abilene’s record high temperature are more recent than Morton’s since a tie in temperature high goes to the most recent date. 

Man-made global warming is a fraud. It has been proven to be a fraud. Scientists, who had a financial interest in promoting the myth of man-made global warming, cooked the books, changed the data, ignored contradictory data, and lied to advance the agenda of the Left. The Left changed the emphasis from man-made global warming to climate change. Climate change is a non-issue misnomer. By definition, the climate, which is weather overtime, is always changing. The climate temperatures can only do one of three things—increase, decrease, or stay the same. Overtime from year to year, weather never stays the same. Therefore, overtime climate by definition is changing.

Since the 1980’s, there have only been two new record high temperatures in August in Morton. Where exactly is the global warming, man-made or otherwise?

I’ll let you do Abilene. 2011 was a hot month setting five new records. However, for the entire month, the 1940’s (9) and the 1950’s (8) were the two months with the most record high temperatures. That’s 55 years ago using 1959 as the latest date.

When there are two or more days with the same record high temperature, the most recent day is given as the record high. Therefore if the record high temperature on July 31 was 101 °F in 1887, 1936, and 1988; the 1988 date would be used because it is the most recent.

“Man-made” global warming does not pass the logic test. “Man-made” global warming does not pass the facts test. “Man-made” global warming does not pass the scientific test. “Man-made” global warming is a LIE made by man to advance a radical worldwide agenda to control all people throughout the world. There is NO significant “man-made” global warming and never was. Garbage in equals garbage out. “Man-made” global warming is garbage.

GOD set up the system for weather and climate. GOD controlled the system in the beginning and that system STILL functions today. Man can not control the weather and climate any more than he can control human nature!

On July 30th, I wrote about the Social Security Administration changing its security regiment here:

According to the Social Security Administration, “When you sign in at ssa.gov/myaccount with your username and password, we will ask you to add your text-enabled cell phone number. The purpose of providing your cell phone number is that, each time you log in to your account with your username and password, we will send you a one-time security code you must also enter to log in successfully to your account.

Each time you sign into your account, you will complete two steps:

Step 1: Enter your username and password.

Step 2: Enter the security code we text to your cell phone (cell phone provider’s text message and data rates may apply) [Could the Social Security Administration not do this using our e-mail address which they already have? That is what my banks do. Actually they give me a choice between e-mail and a cell phone text].

The process of using a one-time security code in addition to a username and password is one form of ‘multifactor authentication,’ which means we are using more than one method to make sure you are the actual owner of your account.

If you do not have a text-enabled cell phone or you do not wish to provide your cell phone number, you will not be able to access your my Social Security account.”

I wrote: “I went to the account this afternoon to wipe out my account. There is no way I am going to voluntarily give the Obama Administration or any part of it my private cell phone number. There is also no way I am going to pay a texting fee to see my private information. I don’t care if the cost is only 2 cents. I don’t trust this Administration at all. It is, in my opinion, the MOST corrupt Administration in our history!”

It seems that I am not the only one who had concerns/complained about the changes.

I received the following from the Social Security Administration yesterday.

“On July 30, 2016, we began requiring you to sign into your my Social Security account using a one-time code sent via text message. We implemented this new layer of security, known as ‘multifactor authentication,’ in compliance with a Presidential executive order [Was the order constitutional? It is only constitutional if Congress by law granted him the authority to deal with internet security issues within the Departments of the federal government.] to improve the security of consumer financial transactions. SSA implemented the improvements aggressively because we have a fundamental responsibility to protect the public’s personal information.

However, multifactor authentication inconvenienced or restricted access to some of our account holders [Afraid to say how many?]. We’re listening to your concerns and are responding by temporarily rolling back this mandate [How unusual for the Obama Administration? Temporarily? It’s coming back?].

As before July 30, you can now access your secure account using only your username and password. We highly recommend the extra security text message option [Of course they do!], but it is not required. We’re developing an alternative authentication option, besides text messaging, that we’ll begin implementing within the next six months.

We strive to balance security and customer service options, and we want to ensure that our online services are both easy to use and secure [Right?]. The my Social Security service has always featured a robust verification and authentication process, and it remains safe and secure.

We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced [Right?].

There is no requirement that you access your personal my Social Security account as a result of the steps we are taking. However, when you do access your account, we encourage you to sign up for the extra security text message option. You can access your account by visiting www.socialsecurity.gov/myaccount.”

I went to my account and got in without a text message. What a shock! The Social Security Administrated backed down, at least for the moment. You can fight a federal bureaucracy and win! One small victory for the American people!
