However, Johnson has a long track record of supporting abortion. [Murder].

When it comes to abortion [Murder], Johnson previously told Slate he believes that abortion [Murder] should be legal ‘until the viability of the fetus [He means baby doesn’t he? How many times has anyone ever said, “I’m going to have a fetus! We are going to have a fetus! She is going to have a fetus!”].’ Furthermore,

In a Rolling Stone Magazine interview from 2011, Johnson added:

‘I support women’s rights [sic] to choose up until viability of the fetus [He means baby doesn’t he? How many times has anyone ever said, “I’m going to have a fetus! We are going to have a fetus! She is going to have a fetus!” Life begins at conception. Therefore, the baby’s life is protected by the Constitution at conception! There is NO right for a woman to choose to murder her own child in the womb or outside of the womb!]. I’ve supported the notion of parental notification. I’ve supported counseling and I’ve supported the notion that public funds not be used for abortions. But I don’t want for a second to pretend that I have a better idea of how a woman should choose when it comes to this situation. Fundamentally this is a choice that a woman should have [Absolutely, positively WRONG! WRONG morally, legally, and constitutionally!].’

Now, in a new interview with TownHall, Johnson confirmed his pro-abortion [Murder] views. He appeared to not understand how the Supreme Court needed to protect Hobby Lobby, the pro-life business that did not want to be forced by Obamacare to pay for abortion [Murder]-causing drugs for its employees in their health care plans.

‘On abortion [Murder], Johnson expressed support for the Hyde Amendment, which bars taxpayer funds being used to pay for abortions [Murders], and explained why he’s open to backing mainstream restrictions on the practice, such as the proposed 20-week (6th month) ban and parental notification laws. He said abortion [Murder] laws should generally be left up to the states, which can easily be defended as a consistent pro-choice but anti-Roe v. Wade position [He is also constitutionally wrong as the courts have been constitutionally wrong. Amendments V and XIV specifically prevents the federal government and State governments from legalizing or sanctioning the murder of unborn babies!

The U.S. Supreme Court acknowledged that the Constitution protects life in Roe vs. Wade. In both Roe vs. Wade (1973) and Doe vs. Bolton (1973), the Court then proceeded to immorally and unconstitutionally give government sanction to the murder of unborn babies. That government sanction to an immoral, unconstitutional action has resulted in the illegal murder of an estimated 55 million or more unborn babies. These two immoral, unconstitutional decisions, as well as others in following years, have resulted in an American holocaust. These immoral, unconstitutional court decisions are now and have always been null and void.

Abortion/murder was not, is not, and can not be the law of the land until and unless the Constitution is amended as provided in the Constitution itself. Unconstitutional court decisions are not the law of the land and are null and void.

Every abortion/murder is a criminal act and a direct assault upon the child’s constitutionally protected right to life.

First, define life stating that life begins at conception as it does.

Then, state clearly and emphatically in law that the federal court decisions sanctioning the murder of unborn babies are null and void since they violate the Fifth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment.

Finally, federal court decisions are not the supreme law of the land. Laws passed by Congress pursuant to the Constitution are the supreme law of the land and supersede any and all federal court decisions. [Article 6, ¶ 2]

The 2016 Presidential Election: The Constitution Party, Ballot Access, and Competing for the Presidency of the United States

“Open and equal access to the ballot is the political rights issue of 21st Century America. Without all political ideologies having a place in the free marketplace of ideas, on an equal footing with the top two in power, life is like an ice cream shop that only serves two flavors—customers grow weary and no longer buy. That is, if the nation really wants a flourishing republic, the political process should be opened to MORE competition not less. Competition makes everyone better and more importantly makes the outcomes better. Competition is the key in the economic world, in the sports world, and in the political world. Isn’t it strange that the Democrat Party that always talks about choices and the Republican Party that claims to value competition both work to restrict political competition? On second thought, no it is not strange. Both are trying to protect their own power by restricting access to those who might be a threat to that power. Both are more concerned about their own welfare than the welfare of the nation.

Ballot access is the process by which candidates are allowed to place their name on the ballot, according to the rules of their state.

WHO IS IN CHARGE OF BALLOT ACCESS?

Ballot access is defined by each state legislature. The rules and regulations are put into place by each state’s Secretary of State, then filtered down to the county, parish, or borough auditors, who run and monitor each election in their respective jurisdictions.

IS BALLOT ACCESS EQUAL FOR ALL POLITICAL PARTIES?

No. Ballot access is generally free and open to all candidates running as Republicans and Democrats. Alternative parties and independents have other steps they must follow which vary from state to state. These steps are often expensive, time-consuming, and convoluted.”

RESIDENCY: United States citizen for seven years. Inhabitant of Illinois at the time of the election and a registered voter. [Unconstitutional for individuals running for Congress. The U.S. Constitution only gives three requirements for a member of Congress. Being “a registered voter” is not one of them. NEW PARTY CANDIDATES

Not less than 5% of the total number of persons who voted at the next preceding regular General Election within the congressional district. There is no maximum signature requirement. [10 ILCS 5/10-2]. (See Signature Requirements Section.)

4) A candidate for whom a nomination paper has been filed as a partisan candidate at a primary election, and who is defeated for nomination, is prohibited from being listed on the ballot as an independent candidate or as a candidate of another political party and may not file a Declaration of Intent to be a Write-In candidate at that General Election. Since the Constitution Party is considered a new Party (has not been on the ballot) I had to gather at least 12,603 valid signatures. The incumbent Republican Congressman had to only gather 1,014 valid signatures and the challenging Democrat candidate had to gather only 626 valid signatures. The system is designed specifically to keep new parties and independents off of the ballot! The system is designed specifically to limit political competition and to give a monopoly to the two major political parties.

The 2016 Presidential Election: the Media Determines Which Candidates Are Important and Which Candidates Are Not Important Based upon Their Own Biases?

Not since Ross Perot in 1996 has a third-party presidential candidate polled as strongly as Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson is right now—he’s currently averaging more than eight percent, according to RealClearPolitics. At the same time, other polls show record levels of voter disapproval for the Democratic and Republican nominees Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

In spite of this, the broadcast network evening newscasts are essentially blacking out the existence of alternatives to Clinton and Trump—a potentially fatal blow to candidates who are required to average 15 percent support to qualify for the upcoming presidential debates [Why is 15 percent some magical cut-off point? There are THREE third Party candidates who are on the ballot in at least twenty States. The Republicans had 17 Presidential candidates and all of them were included in either the main debate or a supplement debate in the beginning. When a majority of the voters are dissatisfied with the two candidates from the major parties, it seems the three other candidates should be given a voice nationally!].

MRC analysts examined all 1,713 campaign stories on the ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts from January 1 through August 31 (1,472 full reports, 104 brief items and an additional 137 stories on other topics that included some discussion of the campaign or candidates).

Not surprisingly, Trump has drawn most of the attention: 1,773 minutes of evening news airtime during the first eight months of the year, far ahead of Clinton’s 1,020 minutes of coverage. Since the primaries ended on June 7, the networks’ focus has stayed on Trump, who received 705 minutes of coverage—much of it about various controversies—vs. 437 minutes for Clinton [With very little time on her controversies?].

But compare those totals to the third party or independent candidates: Thus far in 2016, [Gary] Johnson [Libertarian Party] has received a mere 11 seconds of evening news coverage—just a single sentence on the NBC Nightly News as he was formally nominated back in May. That means Clinton has received more than 5,000 times more coverage than Johnson, while Donald Trump garnered nearly 10,000 times more evening news airtime than his Libertarian challenger.

To date, neither ABC nor CBS has mentioned Johnson’s candidacy on their evening newscasts, although ABC has hosted him on This Week, and he’s been discussed on CBS’s Face the Nation and CBS This Morning.

Green Party candidate Jill Stein has fared even worse, drawing a paltry three seconds of discussion in August on the NBC Nightly News. Stein’s name wasn’t even mentioned; in his report, NBC’s Jacob Soboroff included the response of a voter in Iowa to the question of whether she supported Clinton or Trump.

‘I don’t want either one of them,’ the woman shot back. ‘I’d have to go Green.’

While Stein was a guest on ABC’s This Week, like Johnson, ABC and CBS evening news viewers have yet to hear about her candidacy.

The story is similar for conservative independent Evan McMullin, who hopes to pull votes from Republicans fiercely opposed to Donald Trump. When he launched his candidacy in early August, ABC’s World News Tonight devoted 32 seconds of a larger campaign segment to McMullin [According to http://www.politics1.com/p2016.htm, he is NOT on the ballot in 20 States.].

Reporter Tom Llamas suggested he was a spoiler: ‘What do you say to Republicans who support Trump, who say a vote for you is gonna be a vote for Hillary Clinton?’ McMullin replied that Trump had spoiled his own candidacy: ‘He’s alienated broad swaths of our population. Donald Trump cannot win.’

The third party possibility that drew the most attention this year was former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg [MONEY!] primary season flirtation with a possible independent challenge drew roughly eight minutes of evening news airtime—on all three networks—before he opted not to run [If he had decided to run, he would have continued to receive more attention than other third party candidates. The media decides what is news and what is not! What is viewed and what is not! And the media follows its own biases! Why we need MORE competition in the media as well as more competition in politics!].

Writer David French, whose name was put forward as a potential conservative independent candidate before McMullin, garnered 32 seconds of airtime on ABC’s World News Tonight. Constitution Party candidate Darrell Castle, who is on the ballot in 29 states, [Counting write-ins?] has received zero coverage from the Big Three evening newscasts. [Their anti-conservatives bias!!!]

There’s been some coverage of these candidates on cable news (CNN has hosted town halls for Johnson and Stein, for example [But NOT for Darrell Castle? Their anti-conservatives bias?]), but the totals pale in comparison to the coverage of Trump and Clinton. And entrepreneurial voters who want to learn more about these candidates can get additional information from alternative news sources, social media and/or the candidates’ own Web sites [If they know they are running!].

But it’s the day-to-day mass media coverage that validates candidates in the eyes of most voters. During his independent run in 1992, Ross Perot received enough media coverage to be seen as a real competitor to George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton, and as a result garnered enough public support to win a slot in the presidential debates. On Election Day, Perot won nearly 19 percent of the vote, the best showing by an alternative candidate since ex-President Theodore Roosevelt ran on the Bull Moose ticket in 1912.

Without significant media coverage, most voters probably won’t even consider the alternative candidates of 2016, no matter how dissatisfied they are with the two major party nominees.”

Plus, the voters have been fed the lie that third parties do not make a difference. Yet, Ross Perot, who ran in both 1992 and 1996, did make a difference. According to reports I’ve read, he ran in 1992 specifically to defeat fellow Texan George H. W. Bush. That was accomplished. Whether or not President Bush would have lost without Ross Perot in the race, we do not know.

This was noted for being the strongest vote share of a third-party candidate since 1912, though he did not obtain any electoral votes [Meaning that he did not actually win in any specific State].

Furthermore, ideas originating with third parties which generate support are often co-opted by one of the two major parties. Finally, a third party has become a major party. The Republican Party supplanted the Whig Party as one of the two major parties in 1860 with the Whig Party not even running a Presidential candidate and the Republican Party winning its first Presidential election.

Personally, I think we are ready for a third Party to supplant the present Republican Party which has now nominated a New York liberal Democrat to run for President. Our choices based upon the two major political parties are New York liberal Democrat A or New York liberal Democrat B. That is one reason why I have become a member of the Constitution Party. I can not and will not vote for either candidate from the two major political parties. The only Constitutional conservative running for President, who is on the ballot in over 20 States, is Darrell Castle of the Constitution Party. He has my vote as a write-in candidate in Illinois. (His write-in candidacy in Illinois is pending. The deadline to file is September 8.)

From my experience, many Catholics are on the front lines fighting for unborn children. Yet, almost, if not, every Catholic Democrat elected Congressman is pro-abortion/murder. Whereas: Schools including Georgetown University and Texas Christian University have allied with Planned Parenthood despite their history as Christian learning institutions; and

Whereas: Meanwhile, Students for Life’s pro-life groups are often shunned or outright banned from having a presence on Christian campuses across the country; and

Whereas: Planned Parenthood has put more than 7,000,000 preborn babies to death by abortion since the tragic [illegal, immoral, unconstitutional] Roe v. Wade decision; and

Whereas: A Lifeway Research study published late last year revealed close to 70% of women who have had an abortion claimed to be Christians [There is a difference between claiming to be a Christian and being a Christian. Even so, 70% seems awfully high. Were pro-abortion/murder non-Christians deliberately claiming to be Christians to skew the results and make it seem that Christians support abortion/murder? That would not surprise me at all!]; and

Whereas: If we ever expect to end abortion in our lifetime, Christians must proudly [and boldly] lead the way;

“Fellow Conservative:

State senator Andy Biggs (R-Arizona) has won the Republican primary election for Congress in Arizona’s 5th district. [The conservative Republican incumbent retired. This was a open seat election with RINO Republican vs. conservative Republican. It will be good if we can keep it in conservative hands.].

As we reported last week, Biggs was 876 votes behind moderate Christine Jones (R-Arizona) in the initial count, but the results were not final because there were still outstanding mail-in ballots that hadn’t been counted.

After over 19,000 additional mail-in and provisional ballots were counted this past Thursday and Friday, Andy Biggs won the race by 9 votes!

This is a very important victory for conservatives. Jones self-funded her campaign and outspent Biggs by 4 to 1. Jones led in the early-August polling, but Biggs surged late with the support of the grassroots.

While Jones has praised President Obama and Hillary Clinton in the past, Biggs has fought for conservative principles even when he’s had to stand up to leaders in his own party.

AUTOMATIC RECOUNT

The fight for this congressional seat is not over.

Arizona state law requires an automatic recount when an election is decided by less than 1% of the vote [In 1986, I won a primary election for the Arizona House of Representatives by 43 votes. We had a recount and I lost 2 votes in the recount going from a 45 vote victory to a 43 vote victory. In some elections, every vote does count!].

We don’t anticipate the vote to change [In 1986, Arizona was using a different method for voting. This one should be more accurate than the one in 1976. Still 9 votes is not a lot of votes to make up!], but we do expect the Jones campaign to wage an expensive legal battle over the next two and a half weeks.

That’s why I’m hoping you will help Andy Biggs raise the money he needs to keep Christine Jones and her lawyers from stealing this election.

Please donate to the Biggs for Congress Recount Fund today.

This fund is treated by the Federal Election Commission as a separate election so individuals can donate up to $2,700 beyond what they may have contributed toward the primary and general elections.

This is an urgent request because the legal challenges will be made in the next two and half weeks leading up to the deadline for when the ballots must be printed and sent to military personnel serving overseas.
