Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. “Jeanne Ives Targets Illinois ‘Sanctuary State’ Law in Republican Primary

Illinois State Representative Jeanne Ives (R-Wheaton) has launched a biting new ad against incumbent [Leftist] Republican Bruce Rauner that brings the ‘sanctuary state’ issue to the fore in the Republican primary [The whole concept of a sanctuary State is in direct violation of the United States Constitution. Article VI Section 2 of the United States Constitution: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”].
In 2017, Rauner signed a law that essentially made Illinois a sanctuary state. Conservatives warned that it marked the ‘beginning of the end’ of his administration [Then he signed a bill to FORCE taxpayers to pay for the murder of babies within the womb and another bill to allow fraudulent birth certificates, which are legal documents, for delusional men and women allowing them to change their sex on the certificates. As if the sex of a person can actually be changed after birth.].
Now, Rauner’s signature on that bill is coming back to haunt him.
Ives’s new TV ad focuses on the murder of Denny McCann, who was run down by an illegal alien in June of 2011.
The ad introduces the victim’s brother, Brian McCann, who recalls that Denny was run down by an illegal alien named Saul Chavez, who was driving drunk. Denny was dragged for nearly a city block and died a violent death, Brian says.
Unfortunately, Saul Chavez absconded back to Mexico and escaped punishment for murdering McCann.
The Ives campaign points out that the prosecution of Chavez ‘didn’t happen in the sanctuary county of Cook.’
‘And, thanks to Governor Bruce Rauner, it now won’t happen in the sanctuary state of Illinois,’ the campaign said in a Friday press release.
‘Rauner stands with illegal immigrant [Poor choice of words. Should have said alien not immigrant. Why do conservatives continue to use Leftist inappropriate and misleading vocabulary?] criminals,’ Ives said in the press release. ‘McCann stands with Jeanne Ives because she stands for the rule of law and with the families of victims like the McCanns.’
The Rauner camp disputes the claim that his signature on the 2017 ‘Illinois Trust Act” makes the state a sanctuary state, because it does not in all cases completely forbid police departments from working with federal authorities on the detention and deportation of illegal aliens. Local police departments will still be allowed to cooperate with federal authorities when a federal judge has issued an arrest warrant [How kind of them.].
‘Illinois has been welcoming of immigrants [Illegal aliens ARE NOT immigrants. People who enter the country legally under the laws of the country are immigrants. Individuals who enter the country illegally are by definition NOT immigrants. They do not have the approval of the host country. They are NOT undocumented immigrants. Would anyone, other than Leftists, refer to a bank robber as an undocumented customer?] for a long time, and this bill will continue that tradition,’ Rauner said in a statement issued last August when he signed the bill into law. ‘It also makes clear that stopping violent crime will be law enforcement’s mission rather than working on federal prerogatives that a federal court has found illegal [A Leftist federal court. Leftist federal courts have been unconstitutionally rewriting the Constitution by unconstitutional decisions for a very long time.].’
However, the bill prohibits law enforcement from arresting an illegal alien based solely on his or her violation of immigration laws [Which are federal laws which then go back to Article VI Section 2.]. It also prevents local officials from alerting federal authorities when an illegal alien has been detained and prevents law enforcement officials from even inquiring if a suspect has legal status. The bill essentially makes Illinois a sanctuary for illegals except in the case of the issuance of a federal warrant.
Federal officials also criticized the law.
‘As the Attorney General [of the United States] has said, when cities and states refuse to help enforce immigration laws, our nation is less safe,’ DOJ [Department of Justice] spokesman Devin O’Malley told Fox News last year. ‘Failure to deport aliens who are convicted for criminal offenses puts whole communities at risk—especially immigrant communities in the very sanctuary jurisdictions that seek to protect the perpetrators.’
Governor Rauner also touted the bill as ‘bipartisan [One of the Left’s distorted concepts. If one Republican supports the bill, it becomes a bipartisan bill when a Leftist bill is passed.]’ when he signed it into law. However, only six of the state’s Republicans crossed the aisle to support the bill, and many of those six were already retiring from their offices [Which means they could not be voted out at the next election. This is also a common practice. Those who are retiring or not running again feel free to vote against those who originally elected them to office.].
Indeed, a group of six Republicans launched a counter-bill to repeal the governor’s law after it was signed [Since Republicans are the minority in both Houses of the General Assembly, it would not pass.].
On Sunday, the Ives campaign released an extended version of the ad online, in which Bruce McCann says: ‘Governor Rauner should not remain in office.’

In a previous article, we covered the crowded Democratic Party primary for Illinois Attorney General, so now we turn to the two-way race for Republicans.
As with the Democrats, the Republicans are talking a lot about using the office to combat corruption—something the 4-term incumbent Lisa Madigan has been roundly criticized for failing to do. As noted previously, the fact that her father is Democratic House Speaker Michael Madigan is often seen as the reason for that seeming lack of effort.
Here are the brief bios of the two Republican Party candidates for Illinois Attorney General:
Gary Grasso:

State statute outlines fifteen duties of the Attorney General—you can find them here. Examples are:
1) To appear for and represent the people of the State before the supreme court in all cases in which the State or the people of the State are interested.
2) To defend all actions and proceedings against any State officer, in his official capacity, in any of the courts of this State or the United States.
3) To consult with and advise the governor and other State officers, and give, when requested, written opinions upon all legal or constitutional questions relating to the duties of such officers respectively.
As important as they might be, most of the fifteen are fodder for eyes to glaze over. Since this is Illinois, one of the hottest questions in every AG’s race is, if elected, what will the candidates do to fight corruption.
The Chicago Sun-Times asked, ‘What would you do as attorney general to identify and combat public corruption at the state, county and local levels?’
Erika Harold answered:
‘I would use the Office’s express statutory authority—whether it is through the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, the Freedom of Information Act or the Attorney General Act—to investigate and combat government corruption.’
In addition, she would ‘help draft legislation that would strengthen Illinois’ public corruption laws’ and ‘expand the Illinois Attorney General’s tools (such as subpoena and grand jury powers) to investigate and prosecute government corruption.’
Gary Grasso agreed that the AG’s powers should be expanded and promised to ‘focus the Attorney General’s office and repurpose its resources on public corruption and those in the private sector that facilitate it.’ He referred to ‘the unfettered proliferation of corruption in Illinois,’ and cited the need to ‘investigate the clout based, corrupt property tax assessments system’:
‘We must restore confidence to the people of Illinois that they are being treated equally and fairly when property taxes are being assessed. We must not tolerate the status quo and the political corruption at any level. The public should know that when elected, the powers that be, at all levels of government, should be on high alert that the Office of the Illinois Attorney General will not tolerate any form of cheating the system.’
One of the largest differences between Harold and Grasso is age and experience. Harold graduated from law school just a decade ago, and Grasso posted this on his website:
‘Gary is the only candidate with the extensive public service and the right legal experience necessary to eradicate the clout-plagued epidemic that systemically infects government in Illinois.’
His website also touts his ‘39 years of litigation as both plaintiff and defendants at three well known and regarded Chicago law firms at which I was a partner at each one.’ Grasso told the Chicago Tribune:
‘My actual lengthy litigation and legal experience, and my actual governance experience with proven results, respectfully distinguishes me from my opponent at every level and dimension.’
Grasso also stressed his independence, ‘I am not beholden to any candidate for Governor, politician, interest group or organization.’
‘I am the only independent Republican candidate for Attorney General. My campaign has not been welcomed by GOP party insiders, including Governor Rauner. His administration and staff are supporting my opponent and actively tried to kick me off the ballot—and deny choice to Republicans and independent voters.’
After doing research and speaking personally to both candidates, we highly recommend voting for Gary Grasso. His legal experience, independence and willingness to engage with conservative grassroots activists speaks volumes.
Unfortunately, Harold has avoided publicly answering questions from conservative organizations, including failing to respond to candidate surveys from pro-life organizations in the state. It is frustrating to observe her answer questions from liberal media sources but refuse to answer questions (and questionnaires) from pro-life and pro-family groups.
Their differences were dramatically different when they were asked about defending unconstitutional and tyrannical Illinois laws that force medical professionals to give abortion [murder of babies within the womb] referrals (SB [Senate Bill] 1564) or ban professional therapists from helping minor children with unwanted same-sex attraction or gender confusion (HB [House Bill] 217). Even after pointing out that the next Attorney General will take an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution and Illinois State Constitution, Harold said she would defend the laws of the state whereas Grasso indicated that he did not think those laws were constitutional.
Moreover, it is troubling to read or hear her interviews in the media (WBEZ for example) and listen to her give politically correct or even liberal responses to questions. The Chicago Sun-Times reported last month that Harold ‘believes Illinois should start ‘exploring’ (marijuana) legalization.’ In the WBEZ interview, Harold waves the white flag of surrender, saying that she believes that recreational marijuana is ‘inevitable [Death is inevitable. Particular laws are not.].’
Finally, the fact that Harold has aligned herself with Bruce Rauner and his campaign apparatus is indicative of the establishment politics we’ve come to loathe in Illinois.
We simply do not need another squishy establishment type in the Illinois GOP.
Please make every effort to cast your ballot on or before March 20th to ensure that the best candidates are nominated. IFA [Illinois Family Action]-pac has a list of endorsed candidates for your consideration.

We need many more conservatives in the Senate to abolish the sinful EVIL that is the murder of babies within the womb. That is why I will be concentrating on Senate elections in 2018 although also dealing with some important House races. We need to end the abomination that is the murder of babies within the womb. Every day is a day too late.
It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.

We need to replace as many Establishment Republicans will conservatives as we can. We all know Mitch McConnell and his crew are going to support the Establishment Republican over a conservative. They have time after time. We last saw it in Alabama where Establishment Republicans including Mitt Romney actually helped the Leftist win the special election.
This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections. The Illinois primary is currently underway. In the primaries, I will concentrate on the Republican candidates most often.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year. The sooner the murder of babies within the womb is abolished, the more innocent lives that will be saved. Pray and then get actively involved in the solution. If we are not part of the solution, we are part of the problem. Words have consequences. Actions have consequences. Inaction has consequences.

Supposedly, Joel Osteen said his church would not be available during the current Houston flooding challenge. The Nashville Statement confirms the long standing Christian acknowledgment that homosexual behavior is sinful behavior.

1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
