Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. 113,111 votes minus 112,532 votes = 579 vote difference.
[Note: Doing research on the results, I found a conflict in relation to the District’s numbers. I had the Saccone/Lamb race being for District 18. Politics1 has it as District 14. Several other Districts I have listed in my posts are also wrong according to Politics1. The State Supreme Court redrew the Districts in a court ruling recently. I believe that is the reason for the conflict. As of today, I have changed the numbers. I will try to find out what is going on. When I do, I will let you know. If I remember correctly, the State is appealing the State court decision in a federal court. This may not be over if that is the case. State courts are involved in judicial tyranny just as the federal courts are.]
Update: There is another “frightening” budget deadline approaching at the end of this week. I don’t plan on writing about it unless something drastic pops up. We have played this song and dance many times before. Even though the Republican Party is now the majority party, it does not seem to matter. The question is NOT will the Republican Party capitulate? The question is how much will the Republican Party give away to the Left in their capitulation? The list of what the Capitulation Party has surrendered is long and damaging to the nation.

This update is just after midnight. The State Election Board and the Secretary of State’s office, which might not have any jurisdiction over elections, has zero information on the results as far as I can find. That is how totally incompetent this State is. This is the only State I have not been able to find unofficial election results from a State government body directly after an election.

The president nominated Gina Haspel—deputy director of the CIA (the number two position at the agency)—to replace Pompeo. If she is confirmed by Congress, Haspel will become the first female CIA director in American history [Republican Kentucky Senator Rand Paul has said he will vote no on both. With a 51-49 majority in the Senate, that is cutting a very thin line to their being approved. Rand Paul sometimes is more Libertarian than conservative which is why I did not support him originally while being supported by most Tea Party groups. He is making a very bad mistake, in my opinion.].

The incoming secretary of state has a long track record of tackling Islamic terror support networks. While serving as a Kansas congressman, Pompeo co-sponsored a bill designating the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization [Which it is and should so be designated. Still has NOT been.]. Meanwhile, Tillerson consistently balked at labeling the Muslim Brotherhood as a terror group, worrying that doing so would be ‘problematic [For whom?].’ The outgoing secretary of state found himself on the wrong side of the Gulf dispute involving Qatar’s support for terrorism. Too often, he turned his back on American allies in the Gulf while providing cover for Doha’s nefarious activities.
Perhaps Pompeo’s toughest task moving forward has nothing to do with foreign relations. In order to fight for American interests abroad, he must first fix the mess at home that is the organizational bureaucracy at Foggy Bottom [Nickname for the State Department. Exactly correct.]. Will Pompeo succeed where Tillerson failed, in draining the swamp of Obama holdovers and anti-Trump, leftist civil service bureaucrats who continue to populate the upper ranks of the State Department [Let’s hope he does. 1) Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s abrupt resignation Tuesday signaled the downfall of the pro-Paris accord wing of President Donald Trump’s administration [Those who support the nonsense of manmade global warming.] and the rise of officials skeptical of global warming policies [As they should be since it is all a lie.].
2) Tillerson was among a handful of top Trump administration officials to support the Paris Climate Accord, which former President Barack Obama’s administration joined in 2016. Tillerson’s the third pro-Paris official to leave the White House in the last month [Good. Get rid of all of them.].
3) Trump tapped CIA Director Mike Pompeo to replace Tillerson as head of the State Department. That’s good news for conservatives who pushed President Donald Trump to completely abandon Obama-era climate policies.
4) ‘President Trump himself stated that Pompeo is more closely aligned with him on international issues than was Tillerson, and both Trump and Pompeo have been vocal critics of the Paris Agreement,’ American Energy Alliance President Tom Pyle told The Daily Caller News Foundation.
‘Tillerson was a supporter of it at ExxonMobil and during his confirmation hearings. On this issue, Pompeo is definitely an upgrade,’ Pyle said. He once headed Trump’s Energy Department transition team.
Pompeo opposed the Paris accord. He criticized Obama for bowing ‘down to radical environmentalists, all the while refusing to stand up to radical Islamists [Valid criticism on both counts.].’
Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Myron Ebell, who headed Trump’s EPA transition team, echoed Pyle’s optimism on the news of Tillerson’s departure.
‘In terms of the climate [manmade global warming] debate, I would say this is very good news,’ Ebell told Politico Pro. ‘Pompeo has been very skeptical of the international negotiations that led to Paris, so I’d say we’re in a stronger position today than with Tillerson there.’
Ironically, Tillerson’s departure has [radical Leftist] environmentalists worried another pro-Paris voice on global warming has left the administration, including activists who opposed his nomination.
Tillerson distanced himself early on from Trump’s opposition to the Paris accord and belonged to a group of high level officials pushing to remain party to the agreement.
National Economic Council Chair Gary Cohn, former energy adviser to George David Banks and adviser to Jared Kushner and First Daughter Ivanka Trump, also supported the Paris accord. Two of those four have since resigned from the administration.
Cohn announced his resignation roughly eight days ago, and Banks left the White House in February after being denied a security clearance over past marijuana use. Kushner’s sway in the White House has been marginalized since being denied a security clearance.
Tillerson’s overtures for Trump to stay in the Paris accord largely failed. Trump announced in June the U.S. would withdraw from the accord, but administration messaging on the matter was muddled in the following months [A familiar pattern for the Trump Administration so far. Same pattern as during the Presidential campaign.].
U.S. diplomats have still participated in international climate meetings—including the United Nations summit in Bonn, Germany, last November—despite the planned withdrawal. Banks is still pushing for rejoining the Paris accord, though Tillerson’s exit may dampen his hopes [The accord should die a natural death.].

1) ‘Opposed repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (DADT):
Pompeo opposed the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (DADT) in 2010, as GLAAD reports, arguing that ‘when you enter the army you give up a few of your rights.’ In 2011, while speaking at the Values Voter Summit, shortly after DADT was repealed, ‘we cannot use military to promote social ideas that do not reflect the values of our nation.’
2) Sustained campaign to destroy marriage equality:
The former CIA director and House of Representative member has been one of the most vocal opponents of marriage equality, fighting it even after the 2015 Supreme Court ruling making it the law of the land [Court rulings ARE NOT law and therefore can not be the law of the land.]. He called that ruling ‘a shocking abuse of power’ that ‘flies in the face of centuries of shared understanding of our Constitution.’
Pompeo co-sponsored the State Marriage Defense Act, an attempt to place the state’s anti-marriage equality laws ahead of federal law.
3) Said same-sex parents [Don’t exist in reality. Two homosexuals of the same sex can NOT be parents. It is impossible biologically.] aren’t ‘ideal’
‘I think as you look back at civilization, look back at history, you find the strength of these families having a father and a mother is the ideal condition for childbearing,’ Pompeo said during a 2014 interview. ‘Doesn’t mean there aren’t great families with single parents, great young men and women raised without either parent. If you’re asking for what is ideal, I think it’s being raised by a man and a woman.’
4) Introduced legislation to give religious people a ‘license to discriminate [Nonsense.]’
Pompeo also co-sponsored the Marriage and Religious Freedom Act, to give religious people a ‘license to discriminate’ against the LGBTQ [homosexual] community and others, so long as they could cite their beliefs in so doing. The legislation is similar to the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA), recently reintroduced in Congress. The Trump administration has already shown they are in favor of such legislation.
5) Opposed protections against domestic abuse for LGBTQ [homosexual] people
Pompeo opposed reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act due to language expanding the law to cover LGBTQ [homosexual] people.
The vote was to amend ‘the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (VAWA) to add or expand definitions of several terms used in such Act, including … underserved populations’ as populations that face barriers in accessing and using victim services because of geographic location, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity.’
6) Canceled a planned speech at the CIA about diversity and LGBTQ [homosexual] rights
As acting CIA director, he cancelled a planned speech about diversity and LGBTQ [homosexual] rights, to be given by Judy and Dennis Shepard, the parents of Matthew Shepard, whose murder drew global attention and for who is the partial namesake of the country’s federal hate [There is no such thing as a hate crime separate and apart from a crime. More Leftist nonsense. Are there love crimes?] crime law.
The Shepards are the founders of the Matthew Shepard Foundation.
Sources said the cancellation ‘left employees disheartened—particularly those invested in the diversity reforms that were emphasized during the tenure of John Brennan [Leftist], the former CIA director.’’
Another high profile LGBT [homosexual] group, GLAAD—which defines itself as ‘a dynamic media force,’ leading to cultural change—similarly criticizes Pompeo for what it sees as anti-LGBT [homosexual] behavior, as part of the organization’s ‘Trump Accountability Project.’

Final conclusion: Mike Pompeo seems to be a far better choice for Secretary of State than was Rex Tillerson or Hillary Clinton or John Kerry.
A major problem in our country at every level is holding those in power accountable. A Democratic Republic does not work if the powers that be ARE NOT held accountable. Decisions have consequences.
The problem is not guns. The problem is evil people doing evil things. Banning guns does nothing in relation to the problem. The way to stop bad guys with a gun is with good guys/gals with a gun. The 2nd Amendment is to guarantee a person’s right to self protection and to guarantee the right of people to protect themselves against a tyrannical government. We need many more conservatives in the Senate to abolish the sinful EVIL that is the murder of babies within the womb. It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.

This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections.
