Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. During the presidential campaign, President Donald Trump said that the nation’s largest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] company could continue receiving taxpayer dollars as long as it stopped doing abortions [murders of babies within the womb]. He repeated that offer to the New York Times:
‘As I said throughout the campaign, I am pro-life and I am deeply committed to investing in women’s health and plan to significantly increase federal funding in support of nonabortion [murder of babies within the womb] services such as cancer screenings,’ he said. ‘Polling shows the majority of Americans oppose public funding for abortion [murder of babies within the womb], even those who identify as pro-choice. There is an opportunity for organizations to continue the important work they do in support of women’s health, while not providing abortion [murder of babies within the womb] services.’
Today a representative of the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] corporation said no.
The Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] abortion company official wrapped up the language in terms of not abandoning ‘patients’ even though it abandons women who are victims of botched abortions [murders of babies within the womb] and abandons the babies who die in abortions [murders of babies within the womb].
‘Dawn Laguens, the executive vice president of the Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] Federation of America said ‘Offering money to Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] to abandon our patients and our values [What values? Since such a bill would be part of the budgetary process, by Senate rule it can not be subject to a filibuster in the Senate and needs only a simple majority to pass in both Houses of Congress.].

I asked him why in a certified letter return receipt requested that was signed for by his wife. He never responded. I said before the primary that Mark Kirk would not be reelected. He was not. Luke 6: 9 (NIV)
“Then Jesus said to them, ‘I ask you, which is lawful on the Sabbath [any time]: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it?’”
Life begins at conception. That life begins at conception is a biological, scientific fact. Life is protected from conception by the Constitution of the United States specifically in Amendment V and Amendment XIV.
Amendment V
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
Amendment XIV Section 1
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
