Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. Target Corporation shares were suffering their biggest-ever price drop in active trade Tuesday, as the discount retail giant struggles to cope with the ‘rapidly changing’ behavior of consumers [Rapidly changing behavior because of the boycott?].
Target reported before the open bell fiscal fourth-quarter profit that missed expectations [Which included the all important Christmas season for retailers.], and provided first-quarter and full-year guidance that was well below analyst projections. The company said that investments it would make as it transitions to a new financial model [Does the new model include ending its restroom fiasco model? It seems not. If not, will the new model be any more successful than the old model?] will weigh on results in the short term.
That drove the stock TGT, +0.04% down $8.14, or 12.2%, to the lowest price seen since August 20, 2014. Recent volume of over 37 million shares was nearly six-times the full-day average.
The selloff was the biggest one-day price decline since Target’s stock started trading in January 1972, according to FactSet. The second-biggest price drop was $5.61 on May 18, 2016, also after reporting quarterly results.
The one-day percentage decline was the fifth-biggest ever, and the largest since it plummeted 12.50% on December 1, 2008, according to FactSet. The biggest decline was 33% on October 19, 1987, or Black Monday.
‘Our fourth-quarter results reflect the impact of rapidly-changing consumer behavior [Including the boycott?], which drove very strong digital growth [Where consumers would not have to be concerned with entering the restrooms located within the stores and occupied by “perverts” of the opposite sex?] but unexpected [Did not factor in the boycott?] softness in our stores,’ said Chief Executive Brian Cornell. ‘While the transition to this new model will present headwinds to our sales and profit performance in the short term, we are confident [Just as they were confident that their transsexual policy would be a positive for the company?] that these changes will best-position Target for continued success over the long term.’
Target’s disappointing results were in contrast to better-than-expected earnings reported by rival Wal-Mart Stores Inc. WMT, -0.20% and Home Depot Inc. HD, +0.53% last week.
In a meeting with Wall Street analysts, Target provided some detail on the investments and changes it was making to deal with the ‘new era’ in retail.
The investments include $1 billion in operating margins in 2017 to ensure prices are competitive, revamp more than 100 stores and other efforts. The retailer will invest more than $7 billion over the next three years with plans to update more than 600 stores and open more than 100 small-format stores by 2019, and introduce more than 12 new brands over the next two years.”

I don’t know if the repeat was intentional or not. To repeat it seems redundant. I was going to just remove it. However, when that happens, I’ve been accused of removing unfavorable material from the article. Therefore, I decided to keep it with this explanation. I don’t want the Left to get all excited for nothing.]

Target’s stock price based upon the ongoing boycott can only be affected one of three ways—an increase in the price, a decrease in the price, or no significant difference in the price. It would seem, based upon the information given in this article, that the boycott has been successful in decreasing the price of Target’s stock. Following the money, what do you think?
With this initial success, we need to renew our efforts. Prove that this attempt by Target will fail and will continue to fail until Target is forced to drop its dangerous policy of placating transsexual delusions.
