Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Looking for another link yesterday, I came across this one which falls in perfectly with the two posts I have just completed about Freedom of Speech. This is one of a multitude of examples where Freedom of Speech is punished because of the content of the speech. It illustrates why Freedom of Speech is fundamentally important in a free society and also illustrates that Freedom of Speech is under daily attack by the Fascist Left.

“University of Oklahoma Regent Forced Out for Remarks Against Homosexuality [For speaking the Truth.]

In a special meeting Thursday of the University of Oklahoma [OU. Oklahoma is a deep red State. Both Senators are Republicans and all five of its members in the House of Representatives are Republicans. The University of Oklahoma is a State run university. And yet, the university is denying the Constitutional right of Freedom of Speech to one of its regents.] Board of Regents, held behind closed doors in ‘executive session [Which normally means that what is said in the meeting IS NOT a public record and IS NOT part of any “open meetings” law which allows public access to the remarks made in the meeting. In short, what was said in the meeting is private and confidential.],’ OU Regent Kirk Humphreys was apparently persuaded by his fellow members to resign. Humphreys, who was soon to take over as chairman of the board, had indicated earlier this month that he would not resign following remarks he had made on a TV program [Nor should he.], in which he said that homosexuality was ‘wrong [Biblically, there is NO question that homosexual behavior is a sin and is wrong. In the Old Testament, homosexual behavior was punished by physical death. In the New Testament, unrepentant homosexual behavior is still punishable by eternal, spiritual death. Biblically, there is NO question about it. Homosexual behavior is a sin and is wrong.].’
OU President David Boren, a former governor of Oklahoma and former U.S. senator [Who should know better.], released a statement following Humphrey’s ouster. ‘I thank regent Humphreys for his years of service on the Board. I believe [He has obviously been co-opted by the radical homosexual elements within the State university.] he has made the right decision for himself and for the University of Oklahoma.’
Boren added, ‘We will continue to move forward with our steadfast commitment to building a strong and inclusive [Leftist buzzword for including those who agree with the Left and excluding those who do not. If they were really inclusive, by definition, people with whom they disagree would be included. The Left does NOT include those who disagree with them.] community where every member of the university feels valued [Liar. Does he actually believe that conservatives at the university who disagree with radical homosexuals feel valued? They can not even exercise their constitutional Freedom of Speech right. Is he serious?].’ Except, apparently, Christians who take the Bible seriously when it states that homosexuality is wrong [Exactly.].
Humphrey’s remarks that led to his resignation were made on a Sunday morning public affairs TV program, aired earlier this month on the Oklahoma City NBC affiliate, KFOR. While discussing the recent stories concerning sexual harassment in Congress on the TV show Flash Point, Humphreys said that homosexuality was ‘wrong [True. Homosexual behavior is a sin.],’ but ‘if it’s OK, then it’s OK for everybody and quite frankly it’s OK for men to sleep with little boys if it’s OK [And they do. Not all homosexuals are pedophiles. However, those who engage in homosexual behavior with people under the age of consent are by definition. Homosexuals recruit underage boys for men and girls for females since the earlier one can entice them the more likely that one will be successful. When young, they are less likely to know or understand the immorality of homosexual behavior.].’
This apparent comparison of consensual homosexuality with pedophilia by Humphreys made it possible for those calling for his ouster to succeed. But the reality is that his assertion that homosexuality itself is wrong was sufficient to get him forced off the Board of Regents.
Humphreys, a former mayor of Oklahoma City and a Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in 2004 (he lost to Tom Coburn in the primary), later clarified his earlier comments. ‘My moral stance about homosexuality is that it is against the teachings of Scripture [And it is.]. Although, I know that upsets some people, it is my belief [It is also the truth.]. In America, we have the right to believe as we choose and to freely express that belief [Obviously NOT if you are a regent for the University of Oklahoma.].’
But apparently there are many who disagree with Humphrey’s being able to freely express a Bible-based belief and continue to serve in public office. At the next meeting of the Board of Regents, held last week, about a hundred protesters [A very small minority of the University of Oklahoma population. Why are they the ones who are allowed to make decisions for the university?] showed up to protest, arguing for the position that while he may have the right to his opinion (for now, I should note), he did not have the right to hold that opinion and serve on the OU Board of Regents [And why exactly is that? Is there a requirement of “group think” to be a member of the board of regents for the university? What happened to “inclusiveness” and “diversity?” Hypocrites. The intolerance of the supposedly tolerant.].
Troy Stevenson, director of the LGBTQ [homosexual] group calling itself Freedom Oklahoma, said, ‘I think it sends an awful message to incoming students, to LGBTQ [homosexual] faculty and staff, and to the communities around the three universities the board oversees, to have someone who is so flagrantly anti-LGBTQ [homosexual] leading the Board of Regents [Because if one does not believe the lies of radical homosexuals believing the Bible instead, one is obviously unqualified for any position of authority. Isn’t it strange that radical homosexuals and the Left also support “oppressed” muslims and yet muslims, who are practicing the muslim religion, kill homosexuals for being homosexuals? Why is that? Why do they “tolerate” and support muslims when it is muslims who are killing homosexuals for being homosexuals. Christians neither preach that homosexuals should be killed nor do Christians kill homosexuals. Yet, it is Christians who must surrender their Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion or be driven from the public arena.’].’
Reduced to its fundamentals, the issue is whether a Christian who believes that the Bible is the authority for his faith and practice can serve in public office [Exactly. According to the Left and radical homosexuals, they can not.]. The Bible is very clear in both the Old and New Testaments that homosexual behavior is condemned [Absolutely true.], along with adultery and fornication [Intercourse when not married to the individual with whom one is having intercourse.]. Thus, the implication [Not the implication. Rather, the demand.] is that a person must choose to disavow the teachings of the Bible if he or she wishes to serve in public office in Oklahoma [Or anywhere else in America where the Left and radical homosexuals have taken control.].
Oklahoma has a provision barring ‘religious tests’ before a person can serve in public office. Humphreys said earlier this week, ‘Let me be clear. I do not think that homosexuality in any way disqualifies a person from full participation as a citizen in our community including service in public office.’
But apparently stating a biblically based religious position does disqualify a person from serving on the OU Board of Regents [According to the actions taken, it does.]. And the attitude that certain religious ‘tests’ can be applied to keep individuals from serving in public office is not unique to Oklahoma [Absolutely not. However, it is more a Christian disqualification than a religious disqualification. A similar belief by muslims does not disqualify a muslim.]. Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders announced this past year that he would not vote for a nominee, Russell Vought, to serve as deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget simply because Vought had written that only persons who believe in Jesus Christ have salvation [Biblically true. Although more is needed than belief alone. James 2: 18b-19 (NIV) “Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.” John 14: 6 (NIV) “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father [GOD] except through me.’”]. Perhaps most strangely, the 2016 ‘Libertarian’ candidate for president, Gary Johnson, even declared ‘religious liberty’ to be a black hole.
In his announcement, OU President Boren summed up his perspective on the entire episode. ‘I hope this experience will serve as an opportunity for all members of the OU family to recommit ourselves to the spirit of inclusivity [What nonsense. A regent was being specifically EXCLUDED. How is that inclusive? Only in the buzzword world of the Left.].’ In other words, members of the faculty and other employees of the University of Oklahoma should take note. If you spout off Bible-based religious opinions, you will be excluded from the ‘OU family.’ All in the name of ‘inclusivity,’ of course [Of course.].
The intolerance of those who “preach” tolerance. “Inclusive” is a Leftist buzzword for promoting the radical homosexual agenda.
I won’t judge how the regent reacted and the actions he took. However, it would not have been what I would have done. I would not have resigned. I would have fought them every step of the way. In my opinion, Christians should NOT let the Left and radical homosexuals bully them into “submission.”

Supposedly, Joel Osteen said his church would not be available during the current Houston flooding challenge. The Nashville Statement confirms the long standing Christian acknowledgment that homosexual behavior is sinful behavior.
The Left hates anyone and anything that disagrees with them and their agenda.

The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
Rules of Life:
1) Actions have consequences and may have a lasting impact on the rest of your life.
2) There is no reset, undo, or edit button in life.
