“Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) [Which is an unconstitutional Department] recently proposed an absurd rule which will prevent states from blocking Title X funding (federal dollars for family planning services) to abortion [Murder] providers like Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood].
This is not only an attack on states’ rights [Amendment X], but forces states to fund Planned Parenthood and other local abortion providers.

The tour, believed to be the first of its kind, is being promoted in partnership with national pro-life organizations including March for Life, Students for Life of America, the Susan B. The Constitution protects ALL human life—born and unborn—through Amendments V and XIV. There is no question about it. Pro-lifers need to change their approach and their reliance on unconstitutional rhetoric. The Amendments:

The U.S. Supreme Court acknowledged that the Constitution protects life in Roe vs. Wade. In both Roe vs. Wade (1973) and Doe vs. Bolton (1973), the Court then proceeded to immorally and unconstitutionally give government sanction to the murder of unborn babies. That government sanction to an immoral, unconstitutional action has resulted in the illegal murder of an estimated 55 million or more unborn babies. These two immoral, unconstitutional decisions, as well as others in following years, have resulted in an American holocaust. These immoral, unconstitutional court decisions are now and have always been null and void.
Abortion/murder was not, is not, and can not be the law of the land until and unless the Constitution is amended as provided in the Constitution itself. Unconstitutional court decisions are not the law of the land and are null and void.
Every abortion/murder is a criminal act and a direct assault upon the child’s constitutionally protected right to life.

The constitutional solution to government sanctioned murder:
Congress nullifies the court decisions by law:
First, define life stating that life begins at conception as it does.
Then, state clearly and emphatically in law that the federal court decisions sanctioning the murder of unborn babies are null and void since they violate the Fifth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment.
Finally, federal court decisions are not the supreme law of the land. Laws passed by Congress pursuant to the Constitution are the supreme law of the land and supersede any and all federal court decisions. [Article 6, ¶ 2]
