Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. As the ‘Roe’ of the 1973 Supreme Court decision legalizing [Sanctioning; not legalizing. The murder of babies within the womb has never been legal at the federal level. Never.] abortion [murder of babies within the womb], she would have been expected to be a staunch pro-choice advocate for the rest of her life [Only by someone who does not know the power of GOD and the HOLY SPIRIT.].
She wasn’t.
Roe, whose real name was Norma McCorvey, died Saturday in Texas [Roe vs. Wade was a Texas case back when Texas was controlled by the Democrats.] of a heart ailment. She was 69.
In an ad from 2008, as the Catholic News Agency noted, McCorvey detailed her change of views on abortion [murder of babies within the womb] after she became a Christian in the mid-1990s.
‘Upon knowing God, I realized that my case, which legalized [government sanctioned. Not legalized.] abortion [murder of babies within the womb] on demand, was the biggest mistake of my life [Even huge mistakes can be forgiven with repentance.],’ she said.
‘You see, abortion [murder of babies within the womb] has eliminated [murdered] 50 million innocent babies [50 million in 2008.] in the U.S. alone since 1973. Abortion [Murder of babies within the womb] scars an untold number of post-abortive mothers and fathers and families, too.”
It wasn’t the first time she’d spoken about her pro-life perspective.

She detailed her journey over the years from abortion [murder of babies within the womb] advocate to pro-life activist in that testimony, in which she mentioned the baby she ultimately chose not to abort [murder]:
‘I am glad today that that child is alive and that I did not elect to abort [murder]. I was actually silent about my role in abortion [murder of babies within the womb] for many years and did not speak out at all. Then, in the 1980s, in order to justify my own conduct, with many conflicting emotions, I did come forward publicly to support Roe v. Wade. …
Then around 1992, I began to work in abortion [murder of babies within the womb] clinics. Like most Americans, including many of you senators, I had no actual experience with abortion [murder of babies within the womb] until that point. When I began to work in the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] clinics, I became even more emotionally confused and conflicted between what my conscience knew to be evil [murdering babies within the womb], and what the judges, my mind and my need for money were telling me was OK. I saw women crying in the recovery rooms. If abortion [murder of babies within the womb] is so right, why were the women crying?
Even Senator Hillary Clinton on January 25, 2005 was reported by The New York Times to finally admit ‘that abortion [murder of babies within the womb] is a sad, even tragic choice for many, many women [and always a murderous choice].’ Actually it is a tragic choice for every child that is killed [murdered] and every woman and man who participates in killing [murdering] their own child, whether they know it at the time or not. I saw the baby parts, which are a horrible sight to see, but I urge everyone who supports abortion [murder of babies within the womb] to look at the bodies [murdered bodies of babies within the womb] m to face the truth of what they support. I saw filthy conditions in abortion [murder of babies within the womb] clinics even when ‘Roe’ was supposed to clean up ‘back alley’ abortions [murders of babies within the womb]. I saw the low regard for women from abortion [murder of babies within the womb] doctors.
My conscience was bothering me more and more, causing me to drink more and more and more [Drinking is no solution.]. If you are trapped in wrongdoing then all you can do is justify and defend your actions, but the pain gets worse and worse, so I drank a lot to kill the pain.
Finally, in 1995, a pro-life organization moved its offices right next door to the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] clinic where I was working. I acted hatefully towards those people. But those people acted lovingly to me most of the time. One man did angrily accuse me at one point of being responsible for killing 40 million babies, but he later came to me and apologized for his words and said they were not motivated by love. The answer to the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] problem is forgiveness, repentance, and love [And abolishing government sanctioned murder of babies within the womb].’
McCorvey was, to understate it, an unlikely pro-life activist.
But her own conversion on abortion [murder of babies within the womb] gives hope that other Americans will follow in her footsteps.”
