Right now, Illinois State government legislatively is controlled by the radical Left. This is how irresponsible the radical Left is. Illinois’s Constitution requires a balanced budget. If the estimated revenue is less than the collected amount and the government overspends for that year, it may borrow money to balance the budget. However, that borrowed money MUST be paid back through the next year’s balanced budget. I moved back to Illinois in 2004. The State had a deficit that year and did NOT pay back the borrowed money by the following year. That has been true for every year since. Today, the State is literally unconstitutionally billions of dollars in debt. The State has not passed ANY budget for the last two fiscal years. And yet, the radical Left wants Illinois taxpayers to go further into debt to pay for murdering babies within the womb. The radical Left is politically and fiscally insane.
If this bill passes and the Republican Governor signs it into law, he will lose his next election. I won’t vote for him and I don’t belief many pro-life voters will. He needs us to remain in office. I will not vote for anyone who encourages and supports the political and fiscal insanity of the radical Left.
Governor Rauner be warned. Your political future is at stake.
Of course, Illinois is not the only radical Left State which spends taxpayers’ money to murder babies within the womb. The radical Left is a primary sponsor/promoter of the American Holocaust. The members of which are responsible for the murder of millions of babies within the womb over the last 44 plus years.
