Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. Political observers and commentators are devoting unparalleled attention to the astonishing results of last Tuesday’s national election [Posted on November 15, 2016].
Many reporters and political analysts are cataloguing their list of those who emerged as winners and losers as a result of the results of November 8th.
What is unmistakable is that one of the biggest losers was the Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] Federation of America and its nationwide chain of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] clinics.
Political affiliates of Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] spent approximately $38 million in efforts to elect Hillary Clinton President and pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] candidates to the U.S. Congress.

Clinton has been an unthrottled cheerleader for Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] and the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] industry. Had Clinton won, Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] would have owned the Oval Office [President Donald Trump owes his election to the vote of pro-life voters. Hillary Clinton’s rabid pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] views have been known for quite some time. The extreme nature of those views was on ugly display during the third presidential debate when she heartlessly defended the barbaric practice of partial-birth abortion [murder of babies within the womb. “Partial-birth abortion” has been illegal by Congressional law for a number of years. Would have been even longer except President Clinton vetoed the bill. I believe twice but didn’t check to verify.].
With the election of Donald Trump, the real prospect exists that Congress will pass legislation or appropriations bills defunding Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood. Congress had better.]. The abortion [murder of babies within the womb] giant receives approximately $500 million a year in taxpayer funding, which is estimated to comprise as much as 40% of its annual budget.
While Trump was quoted during the campaign as saying that Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] does ‘many good things [Which is incorrect. By far, its primary purpose is to murder babies within the womb. By far.],’ he has been adamant that he opposes federal funds being allocated to the organization so long as it continues performing abortions [murders of babies within the womb].
President-elect Trump’s website states that his new administration will work to ‘protect innocent human life from conception to natural death’ and ‘protect individual conscience in health care.’
Trump can deliver on this pledge in short order on a number of subjects. First of all, it is hoped that any replacement to Obamacare [Should be repealed and NOT replaced. Congress has no authority over healthcare.] will put an end to federal taxpayer subsidies of health insurance plans that include abortion [murder of babies within the womb] coverage.
It is also hoped that the new Secretary of Health and Human Services will abolish the contraceptive and abortion [murder of babies within the womb] drug mandate, which required that all health insurance policies include no-cost [There is a cost. It is just paid by others including taxpayers.] coverage of abortifacient [murder of babies within the womb] drugs and devices.
Trump has also pledged to sign legislation banning late-term abortions [murders of babies within the womb]. Known as the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, it would prohibit abortions [murders of babies within the womb] after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
While it will be an uphill battle to win passage of the bill in the Senate [Why? The Republicans have a majority in the Senate.] and it would have an uncertain fate before the Supreme Court [Congress should take control of the issue and remove the courts from the process which they have the Constitutional authority to do.], it will nonetheless be most helpful to have a favorable pen in the Oval Office on this and other pro-life priorities.
Trump’s most lasting contribution to the pro-life cause will be his appointment(s) to the U.S. Supreme Court [How does the author know? Five of the seven justices who gave us Roe vs. Wade were appointed by Republican Presidents.]. Trump is the first presidential candidate in American history to forthrightly declare that he will appoint ‘pro-life judges’ to the High Court [As I have said in previous posts, Congress can and should abolish the murder of babies within the womb bypassing the Supreme Court. However, it is always good to have members of the court who will actually rule based upon the Constitution as written and intended.].
In similar unprecedented fashion, Trump has released two lists of potential nominees, all of whom would be expected [Expected is the key word. What is expected is not necessarily what occurs.] to decide cases based on a strict construction of the original meaning of the Constitution.
First up will be the selection of a replacement for deceased Justice Antonin Scalia. Even if Trump is successful in appointing a conservative justice to replace him, the High Court would still be split between four liberals, four conservatives, and one moderate swing vote in disgraced Justice Anthony Kennedy [Anthony Kennedy is much more Progressive/Regressive than moderate.].
However, if one of the liberal justices on the Court were to retire or die while still serving, Trump would have the opportunity to appoint a fifth conservative justice. That could lead to the reversal of Roe v. Wade, and the return of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] jurisdiction to the states [The murder of babies in the womb DOES NOT belong to the States. It belongs to Congress based upon Amendment XIV and has belonged to Congress since its passage in 1868.].
Please be praying that a President Trump will be an instrument for legislative and judicial actions which will protect preborn children and all those who are vulnerable to anti-life forces in our culture.
