Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. The NWI Times reports state Representative Curt Nisly, R-Goshen, said his goal is to ‘deregulate abortion [murder of babies within the womb] right out of existence in Indiana.
Nisly said he plans to introduce a measure to protect unborn babies’ right to life in January when the state General Assembly convenes. According to the report, Nisly’s proposal would make abortions [murders of babies within the womb] illegal and allow criminal prosecution of individuals, including abortionists [murderers of babies within the womb] and women, who participate in an abortion [murder of babies within the womb].
‘It’s time to bring the Roe v. Wade era to its logical conclusion,’ Nisly said. Later, he added: ‘The Supreme Court has been wrong before. On issues like slavery, on segregation and a host of other issues, and they’ve reversed themselves, eventually [for slavery it took a Civil War and a Constitutional Amendment.].’

Many pro-lifers agree that overturning Roe v. Wade is an important goal toward ending abortion [murder of babies within the womb], but the current Supreme Court justices are most unlikely to do so. Even with President-elect Donald Trump vowing to nominate a ‘pro-life’ justice to fill the late Justice Antonin Scalia’s seat, the high court still only would have four justices who likely would overturn Roe. The five other justices almost certainly would not overturn the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] decision [Why we need to attack this in Congress. However, do it at the State level too and have a case in the system if there is a second pro-Constitution justice appointed in the mean time. Plus, as more and more States abolish the murder of babies within the womb, the more pressure we put on the court to reverse its unconstitutional Roe decision.].
Overturning Roe could be a possibility in the future if Trump has the opportunity to nominate several justices to the high court during his presidency [Meanwhile, how many babies in the womb are going to be murdered while waiting for an “agreeable” court?]. However, it seems unlikely to happen in the near future, because there are so many factors involved [Why pro-life States should abolish murder of babies within the womb. Attack. Attack. Attack. Save lives.]. Current justices would have to leave the bench, especially ones who support abortion [murder of babies within the womb]; Trump’s nominees to fill their spots would have to support overturning Roe, and their nomination to the high court would have to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate [So we do nothing and let more and more babies within the womb get murdered because of an unconstitutional court decision?].”

‘Missouri is the Show-Me state,’ Moon said during the committee hearing. ‘The General Assembly recognized that life begins at conception back in 1986, and we must not stop, due to the failures or successes of other states [Exactly! Keep knocking on the door. That is exactly what the Left does. How did they get the government to sanction the murder of unborn babies? By waiting for a majority of Democrats to be on the court? No. The court was 6 Republican appointed justices and 3 Democrat appointed justices and a higher percentage of Republican appointees voted to sanction murder than did Democrat appointees. 5 Republicans voted for Roe. 2 Democrats voted for Roe. 1 Democrat and 1 Republican voted against Roe.].’
He previously said the legislation would lay the groundwork for laws or litigation to end abortion [murder of babies within the womb] in the future, but it likely would not ban abortions [murders of babies within the womb] right away because of Roe v. Wade.
Moon introduced a similar measure last year. It passed the state House but was not acted upon in the Senate.
