Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. Christianity Today reports four in five white evangelical Protestants voted for Trump on Tuesday ‘at their highest margin since 2004.’
Evangelicals strongly identify as pro-life, and the two top party candidates’ positions on abortion [murder of babies within the womb] appears to have had a strong sway on evangelicals’ votes. According to Pew Research, 75 percent of white evangelical Protestants [No Christian should have voted for Hillary Clinton.] believe that having an abortion [murder of babies within the womb] is morally wrong [It is evil. It is murder.]. So it makes sense that Democrat Hillary Clinton’s extreme pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] position did not sit well with this large block of voters.
According to the Washington Post:
‘Exit polls show white evangelical voters voted in high numbers for Donald Trump, 81-16 percent, according to exit poll results. That’s the most they have voted for a Republican presidential candidate since 2004, when they overwhelmingly chose President George W. Bush by a margin of 78-21 percent. …
White evangelicals are the religious group that most identifies with the Republican Party, and 76 percent of them say they are or lean Republican, according to a 2014 survey. As a group, white evangelicals make up one-fifth of all registered voters and about one-third of all voters who identify with or lean toward the GOP [In short, it is almost impossible for a Republican candidate to win without their support. Only two Republican Senators lost their election in 2016 even though the vast majority of Senate seats up for election were held by Republicans. Both Senators who lost were openly in favor of murdering babies within the womb. One was a Senator from Illinois. I said in the primary that I would not vote for him in the primary running against a pro-life candidate. The incumbent Senator did not receive my vote in the primary or the general election and he went down to defeat just as I predicted. Being pro-life wins elections. An ABC/Washington Post poll in October found that while 55 percent of the public overall held an unfavorable opinion of Clinton, displeasure grew to 70 percent among white evangelicals [It should have been higher than that for any Christian. It should have been 100%.].
A CNN exit poll of voters based on religious affiliation found that white evangelicals and Mormons backed Trump in large numbers on Tuesday. According to the poll, 81 percent of white evangelicals and 61 percent of Mormons voted for Trump.
Christianity Today reports Clinton’s campaign largely neglected evangelical voters, while Trump spent a lot of time reaching out to the voting block [For good reason. It was the only way he was going to win the election and he knew it. He owes us. And he knows it.].

A fitting end to this unexpectedly remarkable election year came last Saturday when three pro-life Republicans won the runoffs in Louisiana. National Right to Life [NRL]-endorsed State Treasurer John Kennedy (R) bested Public Service Commissioner Foster Campbell (D), 61%-39%, in the open Senate seat.
In addition Captain Clay Higgins (R) beat Public Service Commissioner Scott Angelle (R), 56%-44%, in the 3rd congressional district to replace pro-life Representative Charles Boustany. (Both Higgins and Angelle are pro-life.) National Right to Life-endorsed State Representative Mike Johnson (R) defeated Marshall Jones (D), 65%-35%, in the 4th congressional district to replace pro-life Representative John Fleming [All three seats were expected to go to the Republican candidate.].
This brings to 50 the number of NRL-supported candidates who won their elections, in spite of dismal warnings from major media and most political pundits [All Leftists who have a negative opinion of pro-life candidates.].
To be fair, prior to the 2016 general election, prospects to maintain pro-life leadership in the U.S. Senate looked grim. To begin with there were many more pro-life Republicans up for re-election than pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] Democrats.
Moreover, millions upon millions of dollars would be spent by pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] groups to defeat our pro-life candidates [The symbiotic relationship between baby murdering organizations and the Left. See yesterday’s post.]. Emily’s [“Early Money Is Like Yeast”] List, the extreme pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] PAC that only works for Democrat women who support abortion [murder of babies within the womb] for any reason, claimed to raise more than $60 million for the 2016 election cycle [And no doubt did. The Left thinks they can buy their way into office even as they support and promote evil.].
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood], the nation’s largest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] provider, announced its political action committee would spend nearly $30 million targeting pro-life candidates. NARAL [National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League] Pro-Choice America spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in digital ads targeting pro-life senate candidates in highly competitive races during the last weeks of the campaign.
Larry Sabato, a prominent political analyst, predicted a net gain of four Democratic seats in the U.S. Senate, thus leaving a 50-50 tie [He was wrong.]. The tie-breaking vote would be cast by the vice president, who (we were all told to expect) would be pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] Senator Tim Kaine. Others predicted the U.S. Senate would flip to pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] Democratic leadership.
It looked impossible. But with your assistance, we proved otherwise.

National Right to Life and its political entities, National Right to Life Political Action Committee and National Right to Life Victory Fund, were actively focused on 60 of the most competitive federal races overall: the Presidential race, twelve U.S. Senate races, and 47 races for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Despite the dire predictions and huge financial disparity, National Right to Life’s political entities won 10 of the 12 closely contested Senate races [Both losses were to incumbent Democrats, I believe. I would hope NRL did not support the two Republican In Name Only Senators who lost. I did not check this though. If they did, they wasted their money needlessly.], or 83%.
In the most competitive pro-life/pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] U.S. House races, National Right to Life political entities won 39 of the 47 races, again 83%. Overall, we won 50 of the 60 closest races in the country, once more, 83%.
