Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. Here is the goal of ‘A Day Without a Woman’ day [according to the Leftist participants]:

Claims are easy. Identify them and PROVE them.] and gender nonconforming people [What? What does that mean? How do people “nonconform” to their sex?] continue to face…. We must have the power to control our bodies [Leftist speak for murdering their own children within the womb. Which is a lie since no child within the womb is the body of any woman since every child within the womb has different DNA than the mother. The women who do not have control over their own bodies are women from muslim countries. Do you every see or hear of the feminazis marching for these women? EVER? What does that even mean? What is their evidence for the claim that ‘agency’ is ‘disproportionately’ awarded to ‘masculinity’? Are ‘butch’ lesbians awarded greater power, agency, and resources than femme lesbians? Do they mean that the power and agency of men is unjust?
I say, let’s have a ‘Day Without a Man’ day and see how society fares [Is there an International Men’s Day that is celebrated just as much by the mainstream media and feminists? Hate to break it to the feminazis, without men there would be no women just as without women there would be no men. GOD made it so that BOTH are necessary to perpetuate human beings. No?
