Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

This is also why homosexual radicals attack Christians who speak out against homosexual behavior. Christians who know the Bible know that homosexual behavior is sin punishable by spiritual death. There is NO “right” to homosexual behavior and people are NOT born homosexual. Homosexual behavior is learned behavior. Therefore, people do not have to be involved in the behavior and people can repent and STOP being involved in the behavior!]

Last year Morton, Illinois District 709 School Board established a transsexual policy to cater to the delusions of minor students who believe themselves to be of a different sex than their actual sex. The policy passed on a 4-3 vote and seemed to have the support of the superintendent of schools. I wrote several posts about the issue and sent links to all the board members and the superintendent.

I’m sure others communicated with the members of the board as well on both sides of the issue.
Illinois outside of Chicago has seven member school boards with members serving four year terms with either four or three members elected every two years in the spring of odd numbered years. This year’s election is April 4, 2017. Three of the four members who voted for the transsexual policy were up for reelection in 2017.
All three of the members up for election this year decided not to seek reelection. In my opinion, it was a wise choice on their part. The three who voted for the transsexual policy and are not running for reelection are:

The Superintendent also resigned earlier this school year. She was hired by an Illinois District she had worked at before to be its new superintendent. The current superintendent is retiring at the end of the school’s fiscal year. The Morton District has already hired a new superintendent to begin his duties on July first of this year.
One of the four school board members who are elected must live outside of the Village of Morton incorporated boundaries. In this election there is only one candidate who meets that requirement. Therefore, David Cross is guaranteed to be elected to the board. The other three seats have five candidates running. They are Kevin Austin, Thomas Neeley (incumbent), Bart Rinkenberger, Michelle Short and Aaron M. Seaman.
The Morton Tea Party sent a questionnaire to each of the school board candidates. I received an e-mail from them yesterday morning. The following is the e-mail from the Morton Tea Party without changes. I provided the red and bold print and the information in [ ].

“This email contains important information for Morton/Groveland residents before they go to the polls on Tuesday April 4th. If you are not in the Morton 709 School District you may disregard this email. This information is also available on mortonteaparty.com.
Based on available information and from our questions to the candidates, the following Morton 709 candidates for incorporated seats best represent the values of the Morton Tea Party.
1) Tom Neeley [Incumbent]
2) Kevin Austin
3) Bart Rinkenberger
Morton School District 709 is the largest line item on your property tax bill, and the direction of the Morton School District most directly impacts us because of its influence on our children. Therefore, the Morton Tea Party submitted questions to Board of Education candidates: Kevin Austin, Tom Neeley, Bart Rinkenberger, Michelle Short, Aaron Seaman, and David Cross.
Two candidates, Seaman and Cross, did not respond at all. Cross is running unopposed for the unincorporated seat and will automatically be elected for that seat (currently held by Shaun Bill).
Below are responses we received from the incorporated (Village of Morton) candidates. If answers weren’t received, we have provided public statements and other public information.
Question: Under what specific circumstances and to what degree should public schools expose students to political activism?
Austin: ‘In my opinion, the school should only instruct how our political systems work. Anything more than that, I believe, is beyond the scope of what the public schools should be doing.’
Neeley: ‘I’m concerned about students being polarized in school at a young age about political activism.’
Rinkenberger: ‘I’m not sure what this question is trying to refer to. I would need to know the context before giving a specific answer.’
Short: ‘I believe we need to focus on issues that actually effect our community, such as multicultural inclusion. We have so many kids who were adopted and kids whose parents are here working from another country. These kids often feel discluded because of the majority of the kids are Caucasian. We need to help bridge the cultural gap.’
Seaman: Did not respond. NOTE- Until recently, Seaman was listed as the administrator of the Facebook page of Tri-County Resist, a progressive activist group committed to resisting the Trump administration and agenda.
Question: Should a new Morton High School be built within the next 10 years? Why or why not?
Austin: ‘It is my opinion that it is currently not economically feasible to move forward with building a new high school. It would be wise to create a detailed, long term plan that may include a new high school. However, I believe that many Morton residents would be highly burdened by any additional taxes that would be required to build a completely new high school within the next 10 years.’
Neeley: ‘Based on the information that has been presented, No. We need to find more cost effective ways to address space needs. There may come a time for a new facility. Thus we should be seeking state grants for new facilities or additions to minimize the impact on property taxes.’
Rinkenberger: ‘I would love a new high school in the next 10 years. However, the question we must ask is who is going to pay for it? I don’t believe there is an appetite for higher taxes to pay for a school based on the uncertainty of the local economy.’
Short: ‘If our population continues to grow, as it has in the past 10 years, we will not have an option. I think we need to wait out this Caterpillar storm to see how our population fluctuates, we might not need more room.’
Seaman: Did not respond. NOTE: From the Morton Courier [local weekly newspaper], September 23, 2015, ‘Morton High School graduate Aaron Seaman also spoke to the board saying concerns about the district’s schools have become a crisis, he said investing millions of dollars into the current junior high building would be an irresponsible use of taxpayer money and also called for a new high school within the next 10 years.’ From the 709 minutes of the same meeting, ‘Aaron Seaman of Morton, addressed the Board concerning a longterm plan that includes a new high school, making the current high school a middle school and adding gyms at all elementary buildings within the next 10 years. He would not support any large investment in the current Jr. High building.’
Question: In public schools and at their off-site student activities, under what specific set(s) of circumstances should persons whose original birth certificates designate them as male, be allowed to use facilities such as lavatories, locker rooms, and lodging designated for and occupied by females?
Austin: ‘Under no circumstances should any student be using facilities of the opposite gender of their birth.’
Neeley: ‘NEVER or until the Supreme Court orders it.’
Rinkenberger: ‘My ideal view and opinion is that a biological male should never use facilities occupied by females. We must protect the innocence of the innocent. In practical reality, this dogmatic approach gets very difficult to enforce and police. I will do my best to balance truth and grace (Biblical approach) in this matter. I could write about this for hours. If anyone wants to talk, I am willing to have dialogue.’
Short: ‘I believe people need to use the facilities according to their birth gender.’
Seaman: Did not respond. Note: on his Facebook page Seaman wrote ‘there are those children who identify as transgender and those who are diagnosed by medical professionals to fit within the DSM-5 criteria of gender dysphoria. Those particular students do not fit the mold of what you may think of when you envision a shared locker room situation. I believe our district has done an excellent job thus far in handling these cases on a student by student basis, maintaining fairness, safety, and privacy for all of our students, while also upholding the laws set forth by our government. I support the continuation of this case by case method as we move forward.’”
I am strongly supporting Tom Neeley for reelection. He was one of the three members of the board who voted against the current policy.
