Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz was greeted to applause Thursday as he took the stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference, where he broke immigration news from the Texas border.
Cruz, who was joined onstage by conservative radio talk show host Mark Levin, told the audience that he had some breaking news from the Rio Grande section of the southern border.
‘Since Inauguration Day, illegal crossings have dropped 50 percent (in the Rio Grande section of the border [Change of President equaled a change in policy from an open border to actually enforcing Congressional law on immigration and illegal aliens.]),’ he said, as the audience broke out in applause and cheers. Cruz mentioned that he had gone on a ride-along on a midnight patrol of the area and that a border patrol agent had given him the information about the drop in crossing attempts.
‘Oddly enough, you and I have not seen that on 6 o’clock news [Of course not. The mainstream media supports open borders and allowing illegal aliens into the United States.],’ he added.

“400 ‘Criminal Illegal Immigrants [Aliens]’ Being Released Every 10 Days by Arizona Sheriff

If you live in Arizona, and you feel like the area you live in is turning into a real life version of ‘Mad Max,’ don’t worry. It’s all a part of new Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone’s vision for a safer world for illegal immigrants [Aliens. They are not immigrants. They did not immigrate to the United States. They violated our immigration laws by sneaking into the United States contrary to our law or overstaying their visas contrary to our law.].
The ‘safer’ part comes in when it was revealed that Penzone has been releasing 400 ‘criminal illegal immigrants [aliens]’ every 10 days, according to Judicial Watch.’
Judicial Watch reported:
‘During a recent 10-day period, more than 400 criminal illegal immigrants [aliens] were released from the Maricopa County Jail, according to federal law enforcement officials directly involved in the process in Phoenix. Weekdays are the busiest, with an average of about 40 criminal illegal aliens [The correct term for these individuals. They are aliens not immigrants. The mainstream media deliberately misidentifies them. The key misnomer being “undocumented immigrants” instead of the correct “illegal aliens.” Part of the manipulation of words used repeatedly by the Left. Read yesterday’s post.] getting released from Maricopa County Jail facilities, the sources said. On weekends the number drops to about ten each day. The illegal aliens have state criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, driving under the influence and drug offenses [All crimes against our laws in addition to the original crime of violating our immigration laws.].’

This move makes life much more difficult for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
Judicial Watch also reported comments by a federal agent ‘directly involved in the matter’:
‘We can’t stand out there and question everyone that walks out of that jail. Even if we did, we would have to make arrests on the street, in the middle of protestors, families and picketers and that will only heighten the danger to agents.’
ICE released a statement, according to the Arizona Republic, explaining that by releasing a hoard of criminal illegal immigrants [aliens], Penzone’s activities will bring ‘immediate, dangerous change [Didn’t President Obama pardon or commute the sentence of hundreds of convicted federal prisoners after Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election? This is the Left’s solution to public safety. Release convicted criminals and illegal aliens accused of additional crimes or convicted of additional crimes. For the good of the nation don’t you know.].’

The elephant in the room that no one seems to be addressing is a question of just how many ‘criminal illegal immigrants [aliens]’ there are in the prison system in Maricopa County that the sheriff can comfortably release 400 of them in a 10-day period [Lots and lots. They violated our laws to enter the United States. Why would they not violate our laws once within the United States? By definition, these aliens are not model citizens. What part of illegal does the Left not understand?]?
If liberals want a society in which there are no repercussions for one’s own actions, then maybe secession might serve those places well. But for the rest of use who abide by the law, these questionable activities only put our nation at greater risk [Undoubtedly. What part of illegal does the Left not understand?].
