Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

A little different post for tonight:
Many, many years ago, I played basketball for Morton Junior High School located in Morton, Illinois in sixth, seventh, and eighth grade. At that time, only boys played sports. My seventh and eighth grade coach didn’t seem to think I was very good. I never played at the high school level.
While working to complete my Masters degree in summer school, I accepted a teaching position at a small high school located in Illinois near the Indiana border. I taught American government, American history, and one physical education class. I was also the second coach for the school. I coached varsity baseball which was played in the fall, fresh-soph basketball, freshman basketball, and was an assistant coach in track. Girls didn’t play sports.
I taught at a much larger school for another nine years in a Chicago western suburb. In 1980, we moved to an unincorporated area near Tucson, Arizona. In 1982, I was elected to our local school board. At that time, Arizona girls’ basketball was played in the spring. As a school board member, I thought I should support the sports programs and attended games which I enjoyed having always been a sports fan. My wife worked the graveyard shift so I took our two children, a girl and a boy, to varsity football in the fall, boys’ basketball in the winter, and girls’ basketball in the spring. My daughter began playing softball and basketball in sixth grade and I naturally attended her games. In 1986 during my last year on the school board, I pushed for and obtained a school board resolution to change basketball to the winter months. In a few years, girls’ basketball was changed to the winter season throughout most, if not, all of Arizona.
I moved back to Morton, Illinois in June of 2004. I began attending girls’ basketball games during the 2004-2005 season. Before the 2004-05 season, the Morton girls’ basketball coach won-lost record was one game under .500.
Illinois for a basketball State Championship currently has 4 Classes after 2 Classes were added before the 2007-2008 season. Before the 2007-08 season, there were 2 Classes which first started in the 1971-1972 season. Before the 1971-72 season, there was only one Class.
The smallest schools by school population play in Class 1A. The largest schools by school population are in Class 4A. Since the 1971-72 season, the State Tournament consisted of a Regional Championship, a Sectional Championship, a Super-Sectional Championship, and the State Championship. In the 2004-05 season, Morton lost the first game of the Sectional. The next year, Morton lost the first game of the Sectional once again. For the first time in school history, the Morton girls won the Sectional in the 2006-07 season, the last season of the 2 Class system.
Since it was a 2 Class system, the formula was different for the Championship weekend than it is today. Eight teams went to the Championship Tournament and four games were played on Friday. The four losers went home and the four winners played two games on Saturday. The semi-final games were played early in the day. The two losers played in the first evening game for third and fourth place. The two winners played the final game for the State Championship.
Morton won its game on Friday putting it in the final four. However, they lost both Saturday games and finished fourth in the State with a 31-3 record overall. 2006-2007 was the first time ever that Morton girls’ basketball won a State Championship Trophy. This one for fourth place. All eight of the teams at the Championship except for Morton would play in Class 4A the following year after changing to the 4 Class system. Morton was the last 3A team to win a game and lose a game in the 2 Class system.
The next year began the four class System. Here are Morton’s results since 2007-08 and the State Champion team for each year for Class 3A. The State Championship result gives the name of the school, the school’s won-lost record for that year, and the school’s coach:

The Chicago Tribune reporting on Morton’s semi-final win against Chicago Simeon referred to Morton as “Mighty Morton.” A Peoria TV sportscaster called Morton a “dynasty” while reporting Morton’s Championship victory.
Morton won by 31 in the Regional semi-final game.
Morton won by 20 in the Regional Championship game.
Morton won by 30 in the Sectional semi-final game.
Morton won by 16 in the Sectional final game.
[The Sectional had four teams ranked in the final poll before the Sectional. Morton was ranked second. The other three teams were ranked 5th, 7th, and 12th.]
Morton won by 17 in the Super-Sectional game.
Morton won by 15 in the semi-final Championship game against Chicago (Simeon).
Morton won by 7 in the Championship game against Rochester.
