Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Target’s store policy endangers women and children by allowing men to frequent women’s facilities.
The American Family Association is calling for a boycott of Target after the retail giant said it would allow men to use the women’s restrooms and dressing rooms in their stores.
On its web site, Target announced, ‘[W]e welcome transgender [transsexual] team members and guests [customers] to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity [sex “identity” rather than their ACTUAL sex. What you delusively think you are is more important to Target than what you actually are?]. ... Everyone deserves to feel like they belong [Feelings are MORE important than FACTS. What about the majority of customers who feel they don’t belong in the same restroom or dressing room as a member of the opposite sex. What about their feelings? If I feel that a price for a product Target sells is too high, will Target sell that product to me at the price that I feel is correct? I didn’t think so. Don’t I deserve the price I feel is correct? ].’
This means a man can simply say he ‘feels like a woman today’ and enter the women’s restroom ... even if young girls or women are already in there [Why not? Obviously, their feelings DO NOT matter.]. Target’s policy is exactly how sexual predators get access to their victims [Of course. Just as obviously, Target DOES NOT care. The agenda is more important to the Left than ANY collateral damage.]. And with Target publicly boasting that men can enter women’s bathrooms, where do you think predators are going to go [The best customers company policy can lure to its stores.]?
Clearly, Target’s dangerous new policy poses a danger to wives and daughters. Over 1 million people agree with us and pledged to boycott Target stores until protecting women and children is a priority [Over the agenda? Get real.].
One solution is a common-sense approach and a reasonable solution to the issue of transgendered [transsexual] customers: a unisex bathroom. Target should keep separate facilities for men and women, but for the trans community [Community? A community of delusional people? How can anyone actually be “trans” sexual? i.e. across sexes? There ARE only two sexes. One is either male OR female.] and for those who simply like using the bathroom alone, a single occupancy unisex option should be provided [Why provide a special restroom? How about this? Males use male restrooms and females use female restrooms. How novel. Now, Target is a private business and can do what they desire as long as it does not violate State law. However, what they decide WILL have consequences. I will not give my hard earned money to Target and haven’t for a long time before the official boycott. Target has been supporting a Leftist agenda for years. It use to be one of my two most used stores. NO more.].
