Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.

The confirmation hearing process for President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 20. Gorsuch, from the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, has never ruled on an abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] case, but is considered to be conservative and pro-life in his views. A few cases he has ruled on offer clues as to how he could rule in the future on life issues.
Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. v. Sebelius
Gorsuch supported Hobby Lobby when they took on the Obama administration and the Affordable Care Act’s [Obamacare’s] contraception mandate. Hobby Lobby argued that under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, the company had the right to refuse to offer certain forms of contraception that violate their religious beliefs. The company was willing to provide most forms of birth control to employees through their insurance plan, but did not wish to cover IUDs or emergency contraception, such as Plan B or Ella, since research has shown these forms of birth control to cause abortions. [murder of a baby within the womb. Which they do because they stop the birthing process after conception. Anything and everything that artificially ends the birthing process after conception is MURDER since life begins at conception. For the uninformed, the complete birthing process takes about nine months to occur.].
Not only did Gorsuch vote in favor of Hobby Lobby, along with the majority of the 10th Circuit, he later wrote that he would have taken it a step further, allowing individual owners—not just for-profit corporations—to challenge the ACA [Affordable Care Act. i.e. Obamacare] mandate.
Little Sisters of the Poor v. Burwell
Gorsuch also sided with the Little Sisters of the Poor in their case against the ACA [Affordable Care Act. i.e. Obamacare] contraception mandate. He was a part of the dissenting opinion written in support of the Little Sisters:
‘All the plaintiffs in this case sincerely believe that they will be violating God’s law if they execute the documents required by the government. And the penalty for refusal to execute the documents may be in the millions of dollars. How can it be any clearer that the law substantially burdens the plaintiffs’ free exercise of religion?’
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] v. Gary Herbert
In 2015, Utah became the fifth state to vote to defund Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] due to the scandal involving their participation in the alleged sale of fetal [baby] body parts. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] would lose $275,000 in taxpayer funding; therefore, it challenged this decision. After a federal judge sided with the state, Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] appealed to the 10th Circuit Court, which sided with the corporation. A rehearing was requested, which the court denied. Gorsuch dissented, writing:
‘Respectfully, this case warrants rehearing. As it stands, the panel opinion leaves litigants in preliminary injunction disputes reason to worry that this court will sometimes deny deference to district court factual findings; relax the burden of proof by favoring attenuated causal claims our precedent disfavors; and invoke arguments for reversal untested by the parties, unsupported by the record, and inconsistent with principles of comity.
Preliminary injunction disputes like this one recur regularly and ensuring certainty in the rules governing them, and demonstrating that we will apply those rules consistently to all matters that come before us, is of exceptional importance to the law, litigants, lower courts, and future panels alike. I respectfully dissent.’
The Future of Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia
Outside of the courtroom, Gorsuch has also voiced his opinion on life issues. In his book ‘The Future of Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia,’ Gorsuch argued that human lives are intrinsically valuable [As established by the Declaration of Independence and Amendments V and XIV of the United States Constitution] and that ‘intentional killing is always wrong [Absolutely correct.].’
‘To act intentionally against life is to suggest that its value rests only on its transient instrumental usefulness for other ends,’ he wrote.
In addition, on page 82 of the book Gorsuch states:
‘In Roe, the Court explained that, had it found the fetus [baby within the womb] to be a ‘person’ for purposes of the Fourteenth Amendment [Roe vs. Wade was a Texas case and therefore the Fourteen Amendment was the guiding Amendment rather the Fifth Amendment which applies to the federal government], it could not have created a right [There is no “right” to murder a baby within the womb and NEVER has been.] to abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] because no constitutional basis exists for preferring the mother’s liberty interests [There is NO mother’s liberty issue to MURDER her own baby simply because the baby is still within the womb] over the child’s life.’
[That statement from the seven immoral, evil justices is absolutely correct. The justices recognized the obvious. Every baby within the womb IS PROTECTED by the Constitution through Amendment V and XIV of the United States Constitution. To get around that major hurdle, the justices LIED and claimed that it was not known when life begins. That claim was an outright lie. We have known since the 1800’s when life begins. I was taught that life begins at conception in my freshman biology class in high school in 1961-1962. Over ten years before Roe vs. Wade was decided. Then, the justices erred by claiming it was not necessary to know when life begins to reach a declarative decision. The justices compounded their felonious error by erring on the side of MURDER over the side of LIFE. At the right time, GOD will hold them personally accountable for this murderous decision if they haven’t repented. In the meantime, their wicked, evil decision has led to the murderous slaughter of literally millions of babies within the womb. It has become and IS the American Holocaust far outweighing the EVIL of the Nazi Holocaust in the number of innocent lives lost because of the evil actions of sinful men.]
Time will tell exactly where Gorsuch will fall on life issues that come before the U.S. Supreme Court if he is indeed appointed after the hearings. However, while some anti-abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] activists, such as Andy Schlafly, a lawyer at the Legal Center for Defense of Life, are wary about Gorsuch, abortion advocates [murder of a baby within the womb advocates] are even more concerned.”
