Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Senator Ted Cruz (Republican, Texas) introduced the Ensuring Lawful Collection of Hidden Assets to Provide Order [Clever.] (EL CHAPO) Act on Tuesday, intending to cover the cost of the southern border wall by seizing more than $14 billion in drug proceeds from infamous Mexican drug lord Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman [and other Mexican drug lords].
According to Cruz’s press release, the bill would use all funds forfeited to the federal government during the prosecutions of El Chapo and other Mexican drug lords to fund the construction of the border wall. The funds could additionally be appropriated for other border security needs [after the wall is paid for]. The government is currently seeking over $14 billion from El Chapo in drug proceeds and other illicit profits.
‘Fourteen billion dollars will go a long way toward building a wall that will keep Americans safe and hinder the illegal flow of drugs, weapons, and individuals across our southern border,’ Cruz wrote in the release [My first priority, in regard to the border, is to secure the border. How it is secured should be based upon the best method in that particular section of the border. If by a wall, fine. If by other means, also fine. I don’t think anyone plans on a wall stretching from California’s west coast to the east coast of Texas. As a reminder, both Republicans and Democrats voted for the original “fence.” Much of which has been built.].
‘Ensuring the safety and security of Texans is one of my top priorities [As it should be for every Congressman and for all of the citizens both along the southern border and throughout the United States. Even the Left should be for this since many of the illegal aliens, who are dangerous, move to large American cities after illegally crossing the border. Does the Left not understand this or do they just not care? The Obama Administration allowed thousands of dangerous illegal aliens to cross the border unhindered. Cruz also noted that the bill would lessen the impact on the federal budget while still fulfilling President Donald Trump’s campaign promise to increase border security.
‘‘We must also be mindful of the impact on the federal budget,’ Cruz wrote.
‘By leveraging any criminally forfeited assets of El Chapo and his ilk, we can offset the wall’s cost and make meaningful progress toward achieving President Trump’s stated border security objectives.’’
According to a Department of Homeland Security internal report, the wall would take over three years to build and would cost about $21.6 billion. The president had previously suggested that the wall would cost around $12 billion, while House Speaker Paul Ryan (Republican, Wisconsin) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Republican, Kentucky.) intimated it would cost around $15 billion [The way the federal government does federal contracts which is terribly cost inefficient and needs to be changed, the cost is probably in the $21 billion range, if not more.].
Cruz’s bill comes in the wake of a week in which uncertainty marred the future of the border wall. There were mixed messages from the Trump administration as to whether or not funding would appear in the FY [Fiscal Year which ends on September 30th] 2017 federal budget. On Tuesday, Trump insisted that the wall would be built ‘soon [In federal government speak, soon could be three elections down the road.].’ However, budget negotiations as of late Tuesday afternoon did not appear to include funding for the wall.
Guzmán was extradited to the United States in January, and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. On January 20 [The last day of the Obama Administration], the Department of Justice announced that it was charging the drug lord with ‘leading a continuing criminal enterprise’ and other drug-related charges. If convicted, he will face a mandatory life sentence.
On his website, Cruz issued a call to ‘build the wall and make El Chapo pay for it [Great idea.].’

This is the type of innovative thinking that made Senator Ted Cruz the best choice for President of the United States. I don’t agree with all his positions on the issues. However, I had no doubt that Senator Cruz was the best choice for President in 2016 and that position has not changed.
Certainly a Trump Administration is much better than another Clinton Administration. However, Donald Trump is not a conservative Republican. He’s not a Republican. And he is not conservative. I’m looking forward to a Ted Cruz Administration either eight years from now or four. Donald Trump needs to succeed in achieving such things as ending the murder of babies within the womb, defunding completely Planned Murderhood and other pro-murder of babies within the womb organizations, and other needed conservative initiatives within his first term or he needs to be replaced with a true, proven conservative. That conservative is Senator Ted Cruz.
