Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. Let’s be clear. When the Left speaks of “climate change,” they are using Left Speak to reference their lie about “man-made global warming.” When the original concept failed, they just changed the name. Of course, climate change is real since climate is weather over time and over time weather is always changing. Climate can only do three things over time in relation to temperatures: go up, go down, or stay the same.
Man has nothing to do with it. It has been occurring since the creation of the universe by GOD. In the 1970’s, the Left was pushing global cooling as a coming disaster. Since the earth has changed to a warming pattern, the claim is now that global warming is the coming disaster.
If the disaster is caused by man, that means to the Left, that if you spend enough money, the Left through the government can prevent the disaster. The Left’s mantra of “never let a crisis” real or imagined go to waste. The Left can solve anything IF the government (the Left) is given enough money. Both premises are patently false.

Bill Nye, known for his 1990’s science kid’s show who has since become an outspoken advocate on ‘climate change [Man-Made Global Warming],’ accused CNN of doing a ‘disservice’ to its audience on Saturday by having a real scientist [Someone who actually knows what he is talking about and someone who is willing to speak scientific truth.] on their network to discuss climate change [Man-Made Global Warming].
The CNN ‘New Day Saturday’ panel, which included Nye and William Happer, a physicist at Princeton University, became heated after Happer said the climate change [Man-Made Global Warming] that Nye talks about is a ‘myth [I prefer lie. However, myth is good enough.].’
“There’s this myth that’s developed around carbon dioxide that it’s a pollutant [The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) during the Obama Administration declared carbon dioxide to be a pollutant. Thus, making it a pollutant by declaration.], but you and I both exhale carbon dioxide with every breath. Each of us emits about two pounds of carbon dioxide a day, so are we polluting the planet [According to the EPA, we are.]?’ Happer, who has advised President Donald Trump on climate issues, said.

Then he ripped CNN for not having only climate change alarmists on their network.
‘And I will say, much as I love the CNN, you’re doing a disservice by having one climate change skeptic and not 97 or 98 scientists or engineers concerned about climate change [Climate is always changing. Notice how he avoids the Left’s real mantra of “man-made global warming.”],’ Nye said.
When asked why he’s a skeptic, Happer—a real scientist—explained that climate change alarmism is built on a dishonest foundation [Lies.].
‘Let me point out that science is not like passing a law,’ he said. ‘You don’t have a vote to say how many are for the law of gravity and how many are against—it’s based on observations [In short, there is no such thing as science by consensus. I had three years of science in high school—biology, chemistry, physics—and twelve hours in college and never heard of “science by consensus” which is now a new Leftist mantra.]. And if you observe what’s happening to, for example, the temperature, the temperature is not rising nearly as fast as the alarmist computer models predicted [Does the Left actually believe that computer models can accurately predict the future? That is what they are claiming for their models on “man-made global warming.” How exactly is predicting the future scientific?]. It’s much, much less—factors of two or three less. So the whole basis for the alarmism is not true, it’s based on flawed computer modeling [Garbage in; garbage out.].’
Nye, who is not a real scientist [His bachelor degree is in mechanical engineering.], immediately shot back at Happer.
‘That’s completely wrong,’ Nye shot back. ‘He’s cherry picking a certain model. The heat ended up in the ocean. This is not controversial in mainstream science [What is mainstream science?], everybody.’
Nye added that he ‘encourages’ everyone to look at the facts [I have. Man-made global warming is a lie and a fraud. It is also arrogant.]. For years, climate change [Man-Made Global Warming] alarmists said the polar ice caps would melt completely by the mid-2010’s causing the sea levels to rise by meters, which would then put low-lying coastal areas across the world under water. None of these things ever happened. In fact, ocean waters have not warmed on an overall average basis, despite claims made by people like Nye and former Vice President Al Gore.
Not only that, but a recent National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the government agency that monitors the climate, whistleblower said the agency for years manipulated climate data [lied.] for political reasons [The Obama Administration politicized almost all of the federal government executive branch and much of the judicial branch.]—meaning to show that climate change is happening when it really isn’t [The same with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).].
Still, Nye spouted his talking points and lectured Happer for being a ‘climate change [Man-Made Global Warming] denier [Name calling term for anyone who disagrees with the lies of the Left.].’
He said:
‘I encourage you to cut this out so we can move forward and make the United States a world leader in technology. We want advanced wind turbines … advanced concentrated energy plants. If we were to do that, we would have at least 3 million new jobs in the United States that could not be outsourced [Now it is about jobs?]. We would not need to have our military on the other of the world defending what people call ‘our oil [What? With fracking we have become the major oil producer in the world. However, the Left never let’s facts get in the way of their arguments. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2014-07-04/u-s-seen-as-biggest-oil-producer-after-overtaking-saudi ].’ We could move forward and we could export this technology. We could be world leaders in this instead of wringing our hands and cherry picking data and pretending that this problem that’s obvious to the scientific community [Liar. He does not count anyone who disagrees with the lies to be part of the “scientific” community, whatever that is.] but it is somehow not obvious to you.’
Later in the interview, Happer said the Trump administration should back out of the 2016 Paris Agreement [Agreed.], a global agreement made last year on greenhouse gas emissions. Happer compared the agreement to former British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain’s appeasements of Germany dictator Adolf Hitler in 1938, known as the Munich Agreement.
That agreement allowed Hitler to take over territory in what was then Czechoslovakia known as the ‘Sudetenland.’ Hitler said he wanted the territory because it was occupied mainly by Germans and Austrians. We now know, however, that it was just one more step in Hitler’s plan to begin conquering Europe.
The comparison Happer made stunned Nye and the CNN hosts, who demanded that Happer explain his comparison.
‘It is an appropriate comparison because it was a treaty that was not going to do any good,’ Happer explained. ‘This treaty [Actually, it is not even a treaty. It was NEVER approved by the Senate as required by the Constitution. The President could cancel it today, if he wanted to cancel it.] also will not do any good. Anyone who looks at the results of doing what the treaty says can see that the effect on the earth’s climate is—even if you take the alarmist computer models trivial—it will not make any difference and yet it will cause enormous harm to many people [True.].”
The contentious exchange came on ‘Earth Day 2017,’ also the same day that people across the world were marching ‘for science.’

According to NBC News’ report of the murder, ‘And so on September 9, 1977, (Einhorn’s girlfriend) went back to the apartment that she and Einhorn had shared in Philadelphia to collect her things, and was never seen again. When Philadelphia police questioned Einhorn about her mysterious disappearance several weeks later, he claimed that she had gone out to the neighborhood co-op to buy some tofu and sprouts and never returned.’

“On top of that, Pew noted that older people are actually more likely that Millennials to say they recycle often, and only 32 percent of all Americans say it bothers them when people throw away things that could have been recycled.
Evidence to back up this study isn't hard to find. Take, for example, the so-called ‘environmental’ protesters who set up camp in North Dakota to protest the Dakota Access Pipeline. After weeks of ranting against the threat oil pipelines pose to local water sources, the massive hoarde vacated the campground, leaving more than 835 dumpsters worth of trash, abandoned cars, and about a dozen live puppies behind [Because they care so much.]. It took $1.1 million and about a month just to clean up the mess before it could seep into the local river [They were expected to clean up after themselves?].
Similarly, the Women’s March on Washington back in January featured thousands of protesters railing against Trump’s ‘anti-environment’ agenda [Among many other Leftist issues such as supporting and promoting the murder of babies within the womb.]. Their signs, along with their water bottles, and miscellaneous debris, ended up scattered all over the streets of D.C.
Looks like when it comes to protecting the environment, more Americans would rather chuck money toward fixing ‘climate change [Man-Made Global Warming]’ and force coal miners into joblessness than actually practice what they preach [Typical of the Left. “Do as I say not as I do.”].”
The Left cares about their agenda. All of their actions and policies are based upon their agenda. “Environmentalism” is just one means to an end. Don’t expect them to actually be concerned about the environment.
