Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. But it’s a WIN for the Democrats!
Kansas Treasurer Ron Estes won the special election in the 4th [Congressional] district against Democratic civil rights attorney James Thompson. Estes won with 52% [Now given as 53% of the vote] of the vote.
Democrats tried to spin the win into a positive because the margin of victory was small. Naturally, many members of the political media joined them [Naturally. Losing is considered winning to the Left. Hillary Clinton lost but won according to the Left. It is all about feelings and control of the narrative.] .

The Kansas seat opened up after Mike Pompeo left to head the CIA. The Hill reported:
‘Even national Democrats got involved a day before the race with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) doing 25,000 live calls in the final two days to support Thompson.
Thompson, who won the endorsement of Senator Bernie Sanders-aligned group Our Revolution, repeatedly tied Estes to Kansas Governor Sam Brownback (R), who was ranked the most unpopular governor in the country in a poll from late last year.’
The New York Times was not much better:
‘While Mr. Thompson fell short, his unexpected strength represents a warning shot toward Republicans [Really?]. And it will galvanize Democrats’ candidate-recruitment efforts for next year’s campaign [How does the reporter know this? Clairvoyant? Wishful thinking?].’

‘But then the House Republican campaign arm released a venomous [Opinion?] ad [Was it truthful?] accusing Mr. Thompson of favoring abortion rights for gender [sex] selection [Does he? If he supports Planned Murderhood, he does because Planned Murderhood does. If he does not support Planned Murderhood, he is not a true Leftist.]. Soon after, Senator Ted Cruz of Texas scheduled a rally for Mr. Estes on Monday. And Mr. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence recorded automated get-out-the-vote calls.
A ‘super PAC’ aligned with the House speaker, Paul D. Ryan, also intervened, paying for live-turnout calls to likely Republican voters. All told, national Republicans spent about $150,000 on the race [How much did national Democrats spend on the race?].’
Thompson could not even take the high road:
‘‘Mr. Estes did not beat us [Really?],’ Mr. Thompson told supporters after the race was called. ‘It took a president of the United States, the vice president, the speaker of the House, a senator coming into our state and a bunch of lies to drum up a vote.’
His campaign and the DNC [Democratic National Committee] also tried to make this look like a win for the left:
‘‘I think the momentum we’ve seen here on the ground, and outpouring of support from Democrats across the country into races [This is the first Congressional special election since the 2016 election, that I’m aware of. I never received any e-mails about this race.] like this, is a good signs for Democrats nationally regardless of what happens tonight [Really?],’ Thompson campaign manager Colin Curtis said before the election.’

‘Kansas’ 4th Congressional District is ruby red and should never have been on the table [Was it? The Democrat lost the election by 7-8% of the vote. Getting one more vote than the other candidates is a win. And as we all know, a win is a win, not a loss.],’ DCCC communications director Meredith Kelly said in a statement. ‘This massive swing from the 2016 presidential results [Is irrelevant.] should set off alarm bells for House Republicans [Why?].’

Every election is unique. People vote the way they do for a variety of reasons.
1) the candidates personal appeal to the voters.
2) the candidates position on the issues.
3) the party. The major parties concentrate their get out the vote efforts on getting out their voters. Get out the vote efforts often are the difference in special elections because voter turnout is significantly lower.
4) incumbency. Many vote for the incumbent because he/she is the incumbent. Some because they will not vote for the incumbent.
5) sex of the candidate.
6) name recognition. Candidate John Kennedy will get votes just because he has a famous political name.
7) position on the ballot. Candidates listed first tend to receive more votes.
8) shortness of last name. Shorter, more recognizable names tend to receive more votes.
9) race of the candidate
10) age of the candidate
11) money spent in the campaign
12) length of the campaign
And many more variables that make every election unique. In short, it is nearly impossible to draw national conclusions from one or two localized special elections. There are way too many localized circumstances to do so accurately.
The only real, viable, actual conclusion: The Republican won the special election in Kansas Congressional District 4. The Democrat lost. By the way, in most off year, non-presidential year elections, The non-presidential Party wins more seats than they did in the Presidential election year. For the Democrats to win more seats in Congress in 2018 would be normal.
