Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood], riding high on its massive, taxpayer-funded marketing campaigns of misinformation, is celebrating its political power on social media today. Pro-abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] Dems [Democrats] have sworn their allegiance to the abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] giant, promising to stand up for Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood], no matter what. The Democrat Party’s national platform specifically makes that declaration. Apparently, Medicaid-defrauding Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] is one form of corrupt capitalism that liberals love to celebrate [Of course. It is Leftist corruption. Leftist corruption is acceptable and expected.].
I’m just gonna make it plain: #PinkOut is just BS (bogus stuff). Of course, Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] knows they won’t get called out on it, because mainstream media’s got their billion-dollar back (alley). The abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] giant enjoys lots of free ad space disguised as news articles. So I’ll do the work that mainstream media is too lazy or too opposed to do: journalism.
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] simultaneously claims it’s not actually federally funded (merely reimbursed) yet ferociously fights to prevent defunding [Because money is money. Money doesn’t care what it is used for. It all spends the same. Always was a bogus argument.]. Which is it Big Abortion [Murder of a baby within the womb]? Of course, they claim if they’re defunded ‘women will have nowhere to go.’ Really? Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] serves less than 2.4% of all women ages 15-64 in the United States (and that’s only if every one of their 2.5 million ‘clients’ is female). That number, by the way, represents 670,540 less patients per year than when current Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] president, Cecile Richards, took over in 2006. The abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] biz increased its annual taxpayer-funding, however, from $336.7 million to $553.7 million [over half a billion dollars] in that same time period … an increase of $217 million for less patients! Scam. No Matter What.
‘Community health centers cannot absorb Planned Parenthood’s [Planned Murderhood’s] patient base!’ they cry as they provide memes and infographics that would never stand up to any real scrutiny. Guttmacher (the Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]-spawned ‘research arm’ that, up until several years ago, enjoyed millions of dollars in annual funding from the abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] giant) claims there are 103 counties (that’s 3.2% of all 3,146 U.S. counties, parishes and boroughs) where Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] is allegedly the only provider of the ‘full range of contraceptive methods [This is another bogus statement. Planned Murderhood considers drugs that cause the murder of a baby within the womb to be a type of contraceptive. The true healthcare facilities do not provide a “full range” because they do not participate in murdering babies within the womb.] for women.’ Let me just say this, Guttmacher has as much credibility as an in-house PR [Public Relations] firm at R.J. Reynolds tobacco company.
SIGN THE PETITION! Congress Must De-Fund Planned Parenthood Immediately
Taxpayer-funded health centers, as identified by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration [HRSA], provide comprehensive healthcare at over 10,400 sites (locate one near you here) across the country. In 2013, these centers cared for 21,726,965 patients. In 2015, that number increased significantly to 24,295,946. Funny that’s an increase of 2.5 million more patients (2,568,981) in just two years! They can’t handle more patients? Last year alone, the HRSA reported that they ‘increased funding for almost 430 new health center sites and increased access to care for more than 1.8 million additional patients.’
Women, men and children are served by these taxpayer-funded health centers, regardless of their ability to pay. In fact, 92.2% of those served as these facilities are at or below 200% of poverty; 70.9% are at or below 100% of poverty. The majority of patients are on Medicaid (48.9%) or are uninsured (24.4%).
In 2015, they performed 521,568 mammograms; Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] performed zilch. They administered PAP tests to 1.8 million patients; Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] did 271,539. They cared for 552,150 prenatal patients; Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] provided a measly 17,149 prenatal services (that’s total services, not patients). They intentionally delivered 292,286 babies alive; Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] intentionally delivered zero alive but killed [murdered] 323,999.

Community health centers under the Health Center Program served 24 million patients in 2015. The scope of their services far exceeds Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood], which has tried repeatedly to portray itself as a general healthcare provider. (CVS Minute clinics offer more than ten times the general healthcare than Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood], just to throw that out there.) But real healthcare isn’t what Planned Parenthood’s [Planned Murderhood’s] focus is.
“We aim to be the largest kick-[slang deleted] political organization,” declared Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] President, Cecile Richards, in a 2008 New York Times article. That explains a lot. It certainly illuminates why they aren’t a leading women’s health provider (I mean, they have over one billion dollars in assets and won’t pay for a single mammogram machine!) It explains why they provide ‘judgement-free’ rhetoric instead of medically-based healthcare.
Planned Parenthood’s [Planned Murderhood’s] whole ‘no judgement here’ claim is particularly ridiculous when they promote obesity. Yes, in their latest #IDefy video promos (which defy any common sense), they tackle ‘fat-shaming.’ The video begins: ‘My name is Samantha and I defy body-shaming.’ The very heavy-set, young, black woman goes on to declare: ‘because all bodies, fat bodies, queer bodies [What is a “queer body?” Homosexuality is a behavior. It is not a body. How unscientific.], trans bodies [What is a “trans body?” Bodies come in ONLY two models. A female body model or a male body model.], disabled bodies are all good and beautiful bodies [Really? Some are not even bodies. There is no such thing as a “queer body” or a “trans body.” Total nonsense. And anyone who believes that an obese body is good and beautiful is delusional. Not unusual for radicals of the Left.].’ Ok, first, if that disabled human being is in the womb, Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] doesn’t think twice about aborting [murdering a baby within the womb] that ‘good and beautiful’ body. Second, what??? What real healthcare organization promotes obesity [Planned Murderhood.]? Well, the same one that promotes all kinds of unhealthy behaviors, like telling teens that ‘there’s nothing bad [It is just immoral. A minor consideration to the Left.] or unhealthy about having a big number of sexual partners [Seriously? Does Planned Murderhood realize how many people have sexually transmitted diseases? How does that happen according to Planned Murderhood? Osmosis? Oh, wait. They ARE sexually transmitted.].’
Never mind that obesity is known to cause Type 2 diabetes, high blood cholesterol, heart disease, respiratory problems, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, osteoarthritis, urinary incontinence, gallbladder disease, emotional health issues and cancers of the esophagus, pancreas, colon, rectum, kidney, endometrium, ovaries, gallbladder, breast, or liver.
But hey, don’t judge [Unless judging those who disagree with the Left. Then judgment is necessary according to the Left.]!
This is why real health centers consider obesity to be a medical condition that is dangerous to the patient. According to the HRSA, they diagnosed 3.4 million people in 2015 with being overweight and obese.
When it comes to your whole health, Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] doesn’t care, no matter what. As long as they keep making millions in profit and adding to their billion-dollar bottom line, women’s healthcare is not their priority. Miseducation [Propaganda] is powerful. And #PinkOut is just another way for those in power to fool many into thinking they’re empowered.”
Congress needs to defund Planned Murderhood now as a stand alone budget bill. Taxpayers through federal law should not be giving money to any organization that murders babies within the womb or any organization that supports and promotes the murder of babies within the womb. The Republican Party has pledged to defund Planned Murderhood. The Party needs to keep their pledge. If the Party does not, it should be held accountable.
