Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. “Georgia Special Election Headed To Runoff As Republicans Avoid Nightmare Scenario

Republicans escaped a potentially brutal loss [NOT true.] on Tuesday night—for now—by forcing a runoff in a closely watched Georgia special congressional election.
Democrat Jon Ossoff would fall short of the 50 percent needed to win outright in the crowded 18-way all-party primary [Louisiana does this too except not just for special elections. The Republicans run multiple candidates and the Democrat Party selects one candidate to support. The idea is to get that candidate in the top two and not take Democrat Party votes away from him by discouraging other Democrats from running. Other Democrats may run but usually don’t because they know they will not have the support of the Party. The result is those non-supported Democrat candidates almost never win and seldom take a lot of votes away from the supported Democrat. If this was not done, it is possible for the Republicans to win both the first and second spot and freeze out any Democrat in the runoff election.], the Associated Press projected early Wednesday. Ossoff, a 30-year-old documentary filmmaker and former congressional staffer, instead will face off against Republican and former Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel on June 20.
The race to replace now-Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price attracted national attention as Democrats tried to turn it into a referendum on President Trump.
‘There is no doubt that this is already a victory [?] for the ages [What? Seriously? He survived for the runoff election. That is not unusual in such a crowded field with most candidates being Republican candidates.],’ Ossoff told a rowdy group of supporters gathered at his election night party just before midnight at the Crowne Plaza in Dunwoody.
‘We will be ready to fight on and win in June if necessary,’ the Democratic candidate insisted, conceding that the vote tally may not be finalized for some time.
‘So bring it on. Because we are courageous, we are humble [Doesn’t sound like it.] and we know how to fight [Cheat?].’
Progressives from across the country flocked to Ossoff’s aid [The Democrats selected candidate.], helping him raise over $8.3 million and building an army of volunteers in hopes of delivering a knockout punch in the first round [Probably the only way he will win and they know it.]. In recent days, the Democratic candidate said he still believed that was possible [He was wrong.].
Democrats, however, privately maintained such a feat would be hard [Not as hard as winning the runoff when it is one Republican against one Democrat.], given the crowded field [The crowded field worked to the advantage of a selected Party candidate and they know it.] and the history of the district [The District is changing and Donald Trump lost in all three counties that make up District 6.]. Even though this is an area that Trump carried by less than 2 points in November—after Mitt Romney won it handily in 2012—Price won re-election easily each year [Redistricting occurred after the 2010 census and Congressman Price had the advantage of running for those elections as an incumbent.]. This is also territory once represented by former House Speaker Newt Gingrich [In the early 1990’s. Districts change overtime by demographics and by redistricting.].
Republicans have a better chance to win now that the race becomes more of a traditional two-party contest [Exactly.]. Democrats, meanwhile, will have to continue to keep their base motivated and engaged for what’s a decidedly more difficult climb.
Still, this is the type of district Democrats need to be competitive in to win back the House in next year’s midterms. The rapidly growing Northern Atlanta suburbs are a diverse, highly educated area that saw a big shift away from Republicans on the presidential level [President Trump lost in all three counties.]. There are plenty of areas that are more Democrat-friendly for the party to win the 24 seats needed to take back the House in 2018 [Prove this. Redistricting has been accomplished for three of the five elections.], but an outright victory by Ossoff would have been a major boon to their fundraising and recruiting.
Keeping Ossoff below 50 percent had been the GOP’s primary goal [Didn’t have a predetermined candidate.], and they poured in over $4 million to attack him in the race’s closing weeks [How much did the Democrats spend?], hitting him for allegedly inflating his resume and tying him to national Democrats like House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
The Republicans’ strategy seemed to work. Ossoff appeared to have built up a big lead early on in the night, but as totals trickled in, his share of the vote kept dropping [This has more to do with which precincts are reporting first rather than a change in voter sentiment. This, in fact, is a nonsensical sentence.]
‘The myth of Jon Ossoff died tonight. Despite a heavy advertising advantage and a national stream of unlimited resources, Jon Ossoff’s Hollywood-focused campaign finished no better than Hillary Clinton’s [Ouch.],’ Congressional Leadership Fund Executive Director Corry Bliss said in a statement. The superPAC aligned with House GOP leadership spent about $3 million on a heavy advertising blitz attacking Ossoff [Point?].
Ossoff will now face off against [Karen] Handel, who emerged as the second top vote-getter, ahead of 10 other GOP candidates. She easily bested rivals, like Johns Creek City Councilman Bob Gray, who ran as an explicitly pro-Trump candidate but was a distant third as the night wore on. State Senator Judson Hill, endorsed by [Newt] Gingrich [Obviously, he does not have the influence in the District that he once did.] and Florida Senator Marco Rubio, was in fourth place.
While Handel has said she thinks Trump is doing a good job, she didn’t exactly wear her support for him on her sleeve [Why would she? He lost in all three counties.]. That distance could help her in the runoff if Democrats continue their anti-Trump message.
Handel is familiar to voters in the district. She served as chairwoman of the Fulton County Commission, in the most Republican part of the district, and she ran unsuccessfully for the GOP nomination for governor in 2010 and for Senate in 2014.
But Republicans in the area would have to unite to get voters back out in June after a fractious primary, with many of them attacking Handel as an out-of-touch politician. Georgia GOP officials have maintained the party will come together, and Handel struck a note of unity when addressing her supporters Tuesday night.
‘Tomorrow, we start the campaign anew,’ she said, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. ‘Beating Ossoff and holding this seat is something that rises above any one person.’
Democrats, however, argue that Handel must now combat high negatives from her two statewide races.
‘After successfully weathering $4.2 million in television smear attacks from D.C. Republicans, Jon Ossoff can finally draw a contrast between his vision [Murdering babies within the womb. How do I know that? The Left which has co-opted the Democrat Party does not support a Congressional candidate unless he/she supports the murder of babies in the womb.] for Atlanta’s high-tech future and Karen Handel’s background as a career politician with a history of wasteful spending [In what elected offices? The Left is notorious for wasteful spending. Everyone should know that. Just examine the last eight years of the Obama Administration.],’ the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee wrote in a memo.
For Ossoff now, the challenge will be keeping up the momentum he has built. Moving forward, the race is likely to break fundraising records and will probably attract even more money from outside the district and state.
While Ossoff’s massive haul was impressive, Republicans were quick to point out that 95 percent of that came from outside the state, buoyed by progressive blogs like Daily Kos and fundraising platforms like ActBlue.
Celebrities tweeted support for him and donated to his campaign, actress Alyssa Milano drove voters to the polls during early voting and actor Samuel L. Jackson cut a radio ad in support of Ossoff in the closing days.
With the Georgia election’s unusual contours—an 18-way primary and a GOP field split among 11 candidates—Ossoff soon rose to the top of the pack [Democrat Party supported.]. Even though there were five other Democrats in the race, major local Democratic figures lined up early behind him, including neighboring Representative Hank Johnson [District 4] and John Lewis [District 5], and the national party apparatus soon followed.
With his plush campaign coffers, Ossoff was able to blanket the local airwaves, running ads that both called out Trump and promised to stand up to the president. But others struck a decidedly more centrist tone, talking about how he wanted to cut wasteful spending [A Leftist cut spending? Impossible?], boost infrastructure investment [Didn’t the Obama Administration spend over a trillion dollars for infrastructure? What happened to that money?] and attract new tech jobs to the area [Is that the constitutional job of a Congressman? He should be running for a State office.].
And while it was clear many of his supporters saw his candidacy as a way to send a shockwave to the Trump White House, Ossoff himself rarely mentioned the president directly. Still, the message he delivered to volunteers over the weekend was clear.
‘The eyes of the whole nation are on us [And he failed.]. The eyes of the world are on us [And he failed.],’ he said at a canvass launch in Sandy Springs on Saturday afternoon. ‘And it’s a rare chance for us to stand up and make a statement about what we stand for [Murdering babies within the womb, immorality, socialism, wasteful spending, corruption.], and to prove that we believe in a country that is decent and kind [Murdering babies within the womb?], compassionate [Murdering babies within the womb?], courageous and tough, that we reject fear and division [Really? The most intolerant people in this country are people on the Left. Who uses mob tactics to elicit fear?], that we stand together in all of our diversity [immorality. When did diversity for diversity sake become a virtue?, working for a better community here, and a better country [Seriously? Does he really believe that the last eight years resulted in a better country? The voters throughout the nation do not. Republicans gained control of Congress and the Presidency during the eight year Obama reign. Plus, capturing over a thousand State and local offices.].’
Democrats had already been aiming to nationalize the race against Trump, campaigning on a slogan of ‘Make Trump Furious.’ If the president’s Twitter account was any indication these past few days, they’d done just that.
‘Democrat Jon Ossoff would be a disaster in Congress. VERY weak on crime and illegal immigration, bad for jobs and wants higher taxes. Say NO,’ Trump tweeted Tuesday morning. He also recorded a robocall hitting Ossoff and to try to boost GOP turnout.
‘Just learned that Jon @Ossoff, who is running for Congress in Georgia, doesn’t even live in the district. Republicans, get out and vote!’ he continued tweeting. Ossoff grew up in the district but lives just outside of it with his longtime girlfriend who is in medical school at Emory University. After she finishes, he says they will move back into the district. Members of Congress aren’t required to live in the district they represent.”

(CNSNews.com) - Democrat Jon Ossoff, the 30-year-old U.S. congressional candidate who couldn’t even vote for himself on Tuesday [because he does not live in the District], was the top vote-getter in Georgia’s special election, by far.
But since none of the 18 candidates received at least 50 percent of the vote, Ossoff will face the top Republican vote-getter, Karen Handel, in a June 20 run-off election.
Ossoff, who does not live in the congressional district he wants to represent—and therefore could not vote for himself—received 92,390 votes, or 48.1 percent.
Handel, the leading Republican, received 37,993 votes, or 19.8 percent.
However, the 11 Republicans, added together, received 4,026 more votes than the five Democrats vying to replace Representative Tom Price, who is now President Trump’s Health and Human Services Secretary.
A total of 97,937 votes were cast for the 11 Republicans in the race, compared with 93,911 for the five Democrat candidates (and a mere 176 votes for the two independent candidates).
Nevertheless, Ossoff, a documentary filmmaker and political newcomer, told his supporters Tuesday night, ‘There is no doubt that this is already a victory for the ages [Arrogant.].’
Speaking before all the votes were counted, Ossoff said he has ‘shattered expectations,’ and will be ready to ‘fight on and win in June, if it is necessary,’ which it is [If he could not get 50% of the vote with so many Republicans running, it is doubtful he will win in an one on one election. 48% is probably his high point unless something unusual happens.].
‘And there is no amount of dark money [One of the Left’s meaningless buzz words. There is no such thing as “dark money.”], super-PAC negative advertising [Of course, the Left never uses negative advertising which, conveniently, is not defined. Another Leftist buzz word.] that can overcome real grassroots energy like this,’ said the man who raised more than $8 million [Hypocrite.], much of it from anti-Trump activists from out of state, press reports said.
‘So bring it on,’ Ossoff said. ‘Because we are courageous, we are humble [Seriously?], and we know how to fight [Cheat?].’
In a midnight tweet, President Donald Trump called the election results a ‘BIG ‘R’’ win.
‘Despite major outside money, FAKE media support and eleven Republican candidates, BIG ‘R’ win with runoff in Georgia. Glad to be of help!’ said the president who taped a robocall for the Republican Party and issued several tweets criticizing Ossoff.
Handel, a former Georgia secretary of state, and a former gubernatorial and U.S. Senate candidate, said the race for Georgia’s open congressional seat begins anew today.
‘The eyes of the nation will be watching,’ she said Tuesday night. ‘We cannot let an untested, unproven, inexperienced ally of Nancy Pelosi steal the seat that has been held by the great leaders like Tom Price, Johnny Isaccson and Newt Gingrich.’
The Democrat Party, which cast the special election as a national referendum on the Trump presidency, also weighed in:
‘Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and Paul Ryan can’t be feeling great right now,’ Democrat National Committee Chair Tom Perez said in a statement Tuesday night.
‘In a district that Tom Price won by 23 points just last November [What did President Trump do in the District? Tom Price was a long time incumbent.], tonight was an early round victory [Seriously? He counts being one of two as a victory? Isn’t that expected?] for Democrats because of the hard work of Jon Ossoff and a groundswell of grassroots volunteers who organized, knocked on doors, and made phone calls to put Jon in a strong position to win in June. Donald Trump and his billionaire, special-interest friends [George Soros?]—which outspent us by nearly 2-to-1 on the air—thought that Democrats would be lucky to get 40% of the vote [How does he know what Republicans thought? Does he read minds?]. Tonight’s results are further proof that the grassroots energy we’re seeing across the country can translate to electoral progress [Progress? Politics is about winning. Wait for the final outcome.] in every zip code.
‘We’re not even 100 days into Donald Trump’s administration, but the voters of Georgia’s 6th district are already fed up with Republican leadership [Seriously?]. Georgia voters want a bold vision of inclusion [Leftist buzz word that means nothing. Including conservatives? Including Christians? Including Pro-life women? April 19, 2017 (LifeSiteNews) – Pro-life Catholic Karen Handel will face Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]-supported Democrat Jon Ossoff in a run-off election on June 20 for Georgia’s sixth congressional district.
Handel and Ossoff emerged as the top two candidates in yesterday’s special election to fill the congressional seat of Tom Price, appointed by President Trump to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.
‘We are encouraged to see Karen Handel, a fearless champion of unborn children and their mothers, move forward in this critical race for the pro-life movement,’ said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, which endorsed Handel. ‘Handel is by far the best qualified to replace recently confirmed HHS Secretary Tom Price. Her opponent, Jon Ossoff, is an extremist backed by America’s largest abortion [murder of a baby within the womb] business, Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood].’
SBA List contacted more than 25,000 voters in the sixth congressional district with three mailers. They advertised Handel’s commitment to vote to ban late-term abortions [murders of a baby within the womb] on babies capable of feeling pain, opposition to taxpayer-funded abortions [murders of a baby within the womb], and willingness to investigate and defund Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood].

Handel is well-known to the pro-life movement for her role at Susan G. Komen for the Cure when it announced in 2011 it would stop funding Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] responded with a media blitz that led Komen to retract its decision. Ossoff won’t be able to vote for himself because he lives with his girlfriend outside of the sixth congressional district.

There have been two special elections in 2017. A Republican won the first one. A Republican and Democrat are in a runoff election in the second one. So far it is Republicans one. Democrats zero. There is no evidence at this point that the Democrats will pick up any additional seats because of the special elections. So far one pro-life Republican. Zero pro-murder of a baby within the womb Democrat.
The truth about abortion:

Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.
