Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

First, except for very limited purposes, it is an unconstitutional expansion of federal power and authority. For the most part, these are State issues. Second, wasn’t this done early in the Obama Administration? “Shovel ready projects.” How did that work out? Third, from where is the money coming. We are rapidly approaching 20 trillion dollars in national debt with no end in sight and the Republican Party wants to spend even more money? Seriously?
4) Should President Trump renegotiate the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and other trade agreements to ensure American jobs are put first? Absolutely NO. The purpose of free trade is NOT to put American jobs first. That negates the whole purpose of free trade. Free trade is to have the best competition possible in free market economies to have EVERY nation involved benefit by doing what they do best. It is about competition not about American jobs. Does President Trump believe that American companies can’t compete globally without government help? Are other countries willing to put American jobs first or will they naturally put their country’s jobs first if that is what the United States does. It is obvious and has been obvious that President Trump does not understand free trade and now, it seems, neither does the Republican Party.
5) Do you support reducing the federal tax rate for corporations to stop companies from moving their headquarters overseas and to encourage investment in facilities that will lead to job growth in the United States? Absolutely NO. I am, however, in favor of doing away with the ridiculous concept of profit-nonprofit business entities. I am in favor of NO federal income tax on any business/organization entity while that money is within the entities and being used by the entities for entity purposes. I am in favor of no business/organization entities receiving any federal money except for services and/or products rendered to the federal government as contracted by secret, competitive bidding by the entities. In other words, I am in favor of going back to the free enterprise system. Why isn’t the Republican Party?
6) Should President Trump issue an Executive Order to suspend government unions so that the Administration can quickly move to fire federal employees found to be unnecessary, incompetent, or unresponsive to their mission of serving the American people? Absolutely NO. Does President Trump have the constitutional authority to issue such an order? Absolutely NOT. However, Congress should change the law to end the power of unions over the federal government. Unions should NEVER have been allowed to negotiate with the federal government. It is a surrendering of the authority and power of the federal government to an outside entity contrary to the Constitution.
7) Do you support efforts to eliminate the federal Common Core education program for K-12 public school? Absolutely NO. It does not solve the problem. The problem is that the federal government has no constitutional authority over education at all. Education is a State power not a federal power. Therefore, I am a strong supporter of eliminating the Department of Education all together and eliminating federal government involvement in education all together. Give education back to the States where it belongs. A side benefit is that one unconstitutional Department and its bureaucracy is eliminated.
8) Should the Republican Majority in the United States Senate take whatever steps are necessary [What does that mean? Do things that are illegal and/or unconstitutional?] to overcome Democrat opposition to get confirmation of President Trump’s choices for the federal courts, especially for vacancies to the U.S. Supreme Court? The question as written is unanswerable. The Constitution requires a majority vote of the Senate to confirm federal court appointments. The filibuster rule is a Senate rule not a constitutional requirement. The Senate can and has changed Senate rules. The Senate should always follow the Constitution in whatever it does.
9) Do you believe the Democrats [Left] have [has] any intention of working in good faith with President Trump and Republicans to address the pressing issues facing our nation? Absolutely NOT. Should they?
10) Are you optimistic [My underline.] that President Trump and Republican in Congress will pass reforms and conservative policies to improve our economy, strengthen our security, and protect our freedom? No. The Republican Party has been the Capitulation Party for the last eight years. They have already capitulated on their promise to repeal Obamacare lock, stock, and barrel. They have already capitulated on their promise to defund Planned Murderhood. It seems likely the Republican leadership is going to capitulate yet once again on the approaching “budget/Continuing Resolution crisis.” I’m hopeful. However, the current leadership is almost all talk and very little conservative action.
