Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Technology giant Google is being sued by the Department of Labor [This initiative began during the Obama Administration] over accusations that the company systematically underpays women for the same work as men.
Janette Wipper, a Labor Department regional director, made the claims during a court hearing in San Francisco on Friday, according to the Guardian.
“We found systemic compensation disparities against women pretty much across the entire workforce [An accusation. Not an established fact.],” she said.
Further, Labor department regional solicitor, Janet Herold added, according to the Guardian:
‘The investigation is not complete, but at this point the department has received compelling evidence of very significant discrimination against women in the most common positions at Google headquarters [Does the federal government have any constitutional authority to regulate the pay received by anyone employed by a private company? If so, where in the Constitution is the federal government given such power?].
The government’s analysis at this point indicates that discrimination against women in Google is quite extreme, even in this industry.’
Google vehemently denied any wrongdoing in a statement.
‘Every year, we do a comprehensive and robust analysis of pay across genders [sexes] and we have found no gender [sex] pay gap,’ they said.
But for years, there has been a problem with Silicon Valley’s hiring practices, considering that a large portion of tech company employees are white and Asian men [Is that somehow illegal? Is that somehow proof of discrimination? Is that somehow unconstitutional? When I was teaching, the vast majority of elementary teachers were white females? The same was true for special education teachers and for a time in Illinois special education teachers received signing bonuses that other teachers did not receive. All discrimination? All illegal according to federal law? All illegal according to the Constitution?]. According to the Associated Press, just one-third of Google’s employees are women [Relevant? Is every industry suppose to have a fifty/fifty split between men and women? Why? On what basis is that even possible?]. Even then, just 19 percent of the overall workforce consists of women in technology roles [Relevant? Is every industry suppose to have a fifty/fifty split between men and women? Why? ‘The Labor Department’s probe evolved from a lawsuit filed in January [of 2017] seeking to bar Google doing business with the federal government unless the company complied with an audit of its employee-compensation records. Is this an opinion of the reporter or actual factual material included in the news article?] sexual and racial imbalances [What does that mean? Happy belated Equal Pay Day! The U.S. Department of Labor testified in court today that pay inequities at Google are ‘systemic,’ The Guardian reports. Earlier this month, Google said it had closed the gender pay gap globally.
‘We found systemic compensation disparities against women pretty much across the entire workforce,’ Department of Labor [DoL] Regional Director Janette Wipper said in court today.
More specifically, the DoL alleges that Google violated federal employment laws in relation to salaries for its female employees. But Google, unsurprisingly, denies Wipper’s claim.
‘We vehemently disagree with Ms Whipper’s claim,’ a Google spokesperson told TechCrunch in an email. ‘Every year, we do a comprehensive and robust analysis of pay across genders [sexes] and we have found no gender [sex] pay gap. Other than making an unfounded statement which we heard for the first time in court, the DoL hasn’t provided any data, or shared its methodology.’
Back in January, the DoL filed a lawsuit against Google in an attempt to obtain compensation data from the tech giant as part of a routine compliance evaluation. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs [OFCCP. Typical bureaucratic name. Why establish such laws in the first place? They increase the costs for the federal government in buying goods and services. Costs that we the taxpayers pay. The answer is that it is the federal government choosing winners and losers while attempting to do some type of social engineering against marketplace factors.] asked Google to submit information about the company’s equal opportunity program and practices in September 2015 [Obama Administration], but Google did not comply, according to the lawsuit.
Because Google is a federal contractor, it is required to let the government review documents and other information that is relevant to the company’s compliance with equal employment laws.
‘Like other federal contractors, Google has a legal obligation to provide relevant information requested in the course of a routine compliance evaluation,’ OFCCP Acting Director Thomas M. Dowd said in January. ‘Despite many opportunities to produce this information voluntarily, Google has refused to do so. We filed this lawsuit so we can obtain the information we need to complete our evaluation.’
The OFCCP said that if Google did not comply, it would ask the court to cancel all of Google’s current contracts with the government [Would this not cost the federal government money as well as Google?], and also prevent it from obtaining contracts in the future. But Google said it had provided ‘hundreds of thousands’ of records, including information related to compensation, to the OFCCP, a Google spokesperson told TechCrunch when the lawsuit surfaced in January.
At the court hearing today, Lisa Barnett Sween, one of Google’s lawyers, said the DoL’s request is unconstitutional, The Guardian reports, calling it a ‘fishing expedition [For what are they fishing?] that has absolutely no relevance to the compliance review.’”
Google is a Leftist policy oriented company. According to reports I have read, the company has visited the White House more than any other company during the eight years of the Obama Administration. Why is the Department of Labor going after them during the Obama regime?
I posted this for several reasons.
1) Curiosity over the attack on Google.
2) The fraud of “equal pay” Leftist propaganda and identity politics.
3) The unconstitutionality of the federal government dictating and regulating the compensation policies of private companies.
4) The bureaucratic jungle created and expanded by Congress and the bureaucracy.
5) And my dislike and contempt for google since it locked me out of my blogs because of my political position on issues. On Saturday June 27, 2015, I wrote posts for my blogs criticizing the Supreme Court decision on “homosexual marriage” and calling for the impeachment of the five justices who rendered the unconstitutional decision. On Monday June 29, 2015, google locked me out of all my blogs without explanation.
