Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. This week, House Republicans released the latest draft of American Health Care Act which outlines how the House plans to address the significant health care problems facing our nation [The federal government and therefore the House of Representatives has NO constitutional authority over healthcare. The reason that healthcare has significant problems is that the Left hijacked 1/6th of our economy with the passage of Obamacare. The constitutional solution is easy. Repeal Obamacare and do not replace it. Return healthcare to the free market system and the States where it constitutionally belongs. Do not pass anything. Certainly, do not pass the American Health Care Act. And to this point, it has not passed. It should not even be considered. Congress: stay out of our healthcare.].
After learning more about the Republican’s plan to offer more options and lower costs towards health care [You claim. So did the Left with Obamacare. The Left lied and so does the Establishment Republican Party. Government interference is not going to decrease costs overall. It may select some winners at the cost of many more losers but it will NEVER lower costs overall. When the government increases demand it also increases costs. When the government forces those who are healthy and take care of themselves to finance the costs of those who are unhealthy and DO NOT take care of themselves, it increases costs. That is basic economics which both the Left and Establishment Republicans refuse to recognize. I do not engage in unhealthy, immoral behaviors. Why should I pay the costs for those who do? I am NOT responsible for their immorality and/or lack of self-control. Additionally, in February, hourly wages rose 2.8 percent compared to the year before. While this is good news, economists believe there is still room to improve our economic growth rate. A key component of this will be comprehensive tax reform in Congress [Why? How do you know?]—something that last occurred nearly 30 years ago. Both Republicans and Democrats [Which Democrats?] agree that our 70,000 page tax code should be reformed and simplified.
In your opinion, which measures proposed by the U.S. House of Representatives do you feel would be most effective in stimulating continued economic growth [Stimulating continued economic growth IS NOT a constitutional function of the federal government]? This is more economic idiocy from a Party that claims to be conservative and claims to support the Constitution. This, as government seems to strive on, selects winners and losers. Another moving of the pieces of unconstitutional government behavior that just occurred with Obamacare which was supposed to be repealed and not replaced. Is there any Republican in the House with influence who understands economics, the free market system, and the purpose and function of taxes? It seems the answer is no.
I understand economics, the free market system, and the purpose and function of taxes. Obviously, this Congressman and his staff does not. By the way, before retiring, I was a tax consultant for thirty years. What little that is being proposed here is NOT the way to improve the tax code. The only proposal in this e-mail worth doing is to eliminate the estate tax completely. That is a very small portion of the tax code.
