All my natural life, there has been in our political landscape the battle over abortion [Murder]. Many, on both sides of the isle, have decried the violent murder of the unborn. They have promised that they would seek to do something about the practice that most Americans see as a great evil.
But, inevitably we see little to nothing done about this barbaric practice. We are told that Roe v. Wade has set things in such a place that we can do little more than curtail the murder of children [Absolutely wrong! Court decisions are not the law of the land!]. This has always puzzled me for two reasons. First, court decisions do not make law [correct], and second, how can murder be constitutionally protected [It is not! In fact, LIFE is constitutionally protected!]?
Now, there is a movement that is calling men and women to action. Not to stop certain forms of Abortion [Murder]. Not to do away with the [sic] abortion [Murder] in later stages of pregnancy. No this organization and others like it are a part of a movement to do away with the murder of the unborn altogether [Amen!].
Abolish Human Abortion’s (AHA) website explains
‘Pro-life is the expression of a moral opinion. Abolition is the expression of a moral action. When you call yourself ‘pro-life’ you are letting people know what you think about abortion. When you call yourself an abolitionist, you are telling them what you aim to do about it [There is no question what I aim to do about it! I aim to help end it permanently!]’
If you have not guessed, this new group is call abolition. This group true to its name is seeking to absolute abolish [sic. I think he means “seeking the absolute abolishment of all abortion.”] of all abortion [Murder] everywhere. As we see from the above quote, they are not about talk but action. This for them means that they are telling people that this is not only wrong but a sin [Murder most certainly is! Every abortion is murder!].

‘A majority of pro-life leaders and organizations argue that one need not convince a person that God exists or that abortion is sin, in order to convert them to the pro-life position. While this may be true, abolitionists never choose to remove God or the gospel from the conversation. Abolitionists believe that abortion exists because men deny that God does. The pro-life movement argues that we should talk less about sin and more about science. Less about salvation and more about ‘saving the babies.’
Central to the work abolition is the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Bringing abortion [Murder] and its justifications into conflict with the Gospel is the primary mechanism of Abolition. Abolitionists understand our work as being part of the Great Commission. Abolitionists adopt these Five Tenets of Abolition and practice these Two Modes of Abolitionism.’
This is a major change from the modern pro-life movement. It recognizes and seeks to fix the problem with most political crusades. They not only believe that there should be changes in laws, but that there should be changes in hearts and minds [Only way to accomplish it, I believe. Which is why, if either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump wins, things will continue to get worse unless the church finally gets involved.]
They recognize that there is a cultural problem. Only a wicked society would allow this practice to continue [True! Only a wicked society would advocate the murder of their own children and deem such murders to be a “right.”]. So, if we are not only going to regulate this practice for a few years to save a few babies, we are going to have to raise up a generation that will no longer stand for the practice to exist.

Life begins at conception. That life begins at conception is a biological, scientific fact. Life is protected from conception by the Constitution of the United States specifically in Amendment V and Amendment XIV.
Amendment V
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
“AMENDMENT XIV Section 1
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The U.S. Supreme Court acknowledged that the Constitution protects life in Roe vs. Wade. In both Roe vs. Wade (1973) and Doe vs. Bolton (1973), the Court then proceeded to immorally and unconstitutionally give government sanction to the murder of unborn babies. That government sanction to an immoral, unconstitutional action has resulted in the illegal murder of an estimated 55 million or more unborn babies. These two immoral, unconstitutional decisions, as well as others in following years, have resulted in an American holocaust. These immoral, unconstitutional court decisions are now and have always been null and void.
Abortion/murder was not, is not, and can not be the law of the land until and unless the Constitution is amended as provided in the Constitution itself. Unconstitutional court decisions are not the law of the land and are null and void.
Every abortion/murder is a criminal act and a direct assault upon the child’s constitutionally protected right to life.

Government sanctioned murder is not due process of law.
The constitutional solution to government sanctioned murder:
Congress nullifies the court decisions by law:
First, define life stating that life begins at conception as it does.
Then, state clearly and emphatically in law that the federal court decisions sanctioning the murder of unborn babies are null and void since they violate the Fifth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment.
Finally, federal court decisions are not the supreme law of the land. Laws passed by Congress pursuant to the Constitution are the supreme law of the land and supersede any and all federal court decisions. [Article 6, ¶ 2]
