The Obama Administration Department of Injustice went after him for only one reason: The Obama Administration did not approve of his politics and political actions. As it was, the only charge they could convict him of was a misdemeanor “contempt of court” ruling. Given the Leftist radical judges in the federal courts, most Americans should have contempt for them. They don’t even pretend to use the Constitution as the basis for their decisions anymore. CONGRESS needs to start holding federal court judges accountable as prescribed in the Constitution.

Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. August is back to school month which is normally the second busiest season for retailers like Target. Yet, while the Dow Jones was up 3.99%, Target was only up 1.14%. The boycott stills seems to be having the desired effect.

On the sixteenth anniversary of 9/11, it’s time for a reminder of the lessons we should have learned [And did not?]—and that we have now unlearned [Ouch. That’s even worse than not learning in the first place. Ideally, one learns and retains from the historical past.]. On that horrific day, on a bright sunshine-riddled morning, Islamist terrorists flew two passenger airplanes into the World Trade Center towers, collapsing them both and murdering nearly 3,000 Americans [Civilians. It was a planned, coordinated, deliberate attack on civilians. Pearl Harbor was a planned, deliberate attack on our navy in Hawaii and led to a declaration of war and our official entrance into World War II. This was a premeditated attack upon our civilian population.]; flew another passenger airliner into the Pentagon [Populated to a great extent by civilians.]; and were only prevented from flying a fourth into the White House or Capitol [Civilian political leadership.] by the bravery of passengers who forced the crash of the flight in a field in Pennsylvania [Saving countless lives in the process.].
America responded with the full brunt of her wrath. For a brief moment in time, we were united against a common enemy [Even the Left.]: we reduced Afghanistan’s ruling regime to powerlessness [Ruled at the time by the Taliban or officially known as the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.], then turned and reduced the Saddam Hussein regime to smoldering ash [Both military actions were approved by Congress including most Leftists together with Senator Hillary Clinton. If anyone would have known that the Bush Administration was “lying” about Saddam Hussein having weapons of mass destruction, it would have been her since she was the wife of the previous President. She voted for the attacks proving that she believed the regime did have weapons of mass destruction. If it did not, why didn’t she speak up? Surely, former President Clinton knew the “truth” of the situation and would have informed her.].

We increased bureaucracy [Which was a mistake.] and security at our airports. We poured money into building our military. Some of this was necessary; some of it wasn’t. But we knew one thing: we wouldn’t allow ourselves to be hit again. We wouldn’t be caught asleep at the wheel again.
We had learned our lessons.
But now those lessons have been largely forgotten. Here were some of the lessons we should have learned.
1) Global Retreat Is Not A Strategy [Or, is a terrible strategy.]: The Clinton Administration foreign policy of quasi-isolationism, combined with occasional human rights-driven interventionism, was a formula for failure. After Osama Bin Laden’s Al Qaeda bombed the American embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, the United States did virtually nothing [The trademark of Leftist regimes in the United States.]; again, the U.S. did virtually nothing after Bin Laden bombed the USS Cole. Bin Laden saw the United States as a paper tiger [For all practical purposes, it was. Doing nothing is an action. And actions have consequences. An action that signaled that enemies of the US may do as they please.]. That prompted him to strike, thinking that he would get away with it [Learned from past experience but misinterpreted the importance of a new President.].
The Bush Administration’s aggressive response took Al Qaeda by surprise. According to James Mitchell, the man who questioned Al Qaeda mastermind Khaled Sheikh Mohammed [KSM], KSM stated, ‘How was I supposed to know that cowboy George Bush would announce he wanted us ‘dead or alive’ and then invade Afghanistan to hunt us down?’ Mitchell writes, ‘KSM explained that if the United States had treated 9/11 like a law enforcement matter [Which was a major difference from our Leftist governments. The best thing the Bush Administration did was to take the fight to the enemy recognizing them as the enemy.], he would have had time to launch a second wave of attacks.’
But the blowback from the Iraq War led the Obama Administration to imitate the foreign policy of the Clinton Administration [I personally believe the Obama Administration would have followed the policies it did regardless.], and in many ways, has led the Trump Administration to do the same.
2) Money Doesn’t Buy Off Islamists. Neither Does Friendliness. For a decade, the Clinton Administration reached out to the Palestinian government with cash, pressure on our ally Israel, and symbolic moves to legitimize the regime. The response: on 9/11, the Palestinians danced in the streets and celebrated as Americans leapt to their deaths from burning buildings [Because like the Left, the agenda is paramount to islamists. And the agenda is world conquest. It has been since the beginning. Know thine enemy.].
One of the great myths purveyed by Bin Laden was that the United States had been overtly hostile toward Muslims around the world. That’s nonsense. We used the power of America’s military to stop the invasion of Kuwait [Muslim country invaded by another muslim country.]; we sided with the mujahedeen [See explanation below.] in Afghanistan against the Soviets; we activated NATO to prevent a genocide against Croatian Muslims in former Yugoslavia. Friendliness toward the Muslim world does not matter to Islamists, who seek only the domination of a religious caliphate [Exactly. The agenda is the goal and the goal is world conquest. We need to understand the obvious. The obvious is world conquest.].

Yet the Obama Administration sought friendship with the Iranian government, essentially handing them a nuclear program and control of a vast swath of the Middle East [Not essentially. Rather intentionally.].
3) Immigration Matters [It most certainly does. Muslim immigration should not be allowed. NO ONE has the right to immigrate into the United States. Certainly not a group that intends to do us great harm.]: President Trump is right to look to immigration vetting as a serious problem in handling of the terror threat. All 19 of the hijackers arrived on visas, either student, tourist, or business [Meaning we allowed them to enter the US legally.]. Several of them overstayed their visas [Which is a major illegal method used to remain in the US. It is illegal to overstay one’s visa.]. While Trump worries mostly about immigration via the southern border, an estimated 40% of illegal immigration occurs through legal entry and then visa overstay. Our porous southern border is a problem. A bigger problem is the government’s utter failure to vet people entering the country generally and then their complete unwillingness to follow up on those who overstay their visas [Building a wall does not stop this illegal activity. This needs laws to be enforced.]. While the Left complains about Trump’s refugee stay, the fact is that the government ought to be deeply concerned about those who enter the country from Islamist-rich regions [Without question. Their objective IS world domination.]. Europe is finding that out the hard way through increased crime and terrorism.
4) Major Terrorist Attacks Require Sponsor States: This was a widely-accepted truism in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks—that major attacks require planning [Duh], coordination [Duh] and resources [Duh] that demand a home base [A safe haven.]. That’s why the Bush Administration took out the Taliban, and looked (wrongly) to Iraq as a sponsor state of terrorism (they should have looked more closely at Iran [However, they attacked Iraq for two other reasons. First, Iraq was repeatedly violating the Treaty signed to end the Gulf Conflict. Iraq had and was hiding weapons of mass destruction. That is, illegal chemical weapons.]). That logic led the Bush Administration to think that replacement of regimes with more democratic institutions would naturally effectuate less terror; the Obama Administration, in its bizarre argument in favor of the so-called Arab Spring, felt the same way. That was a problem with the implementation of the theory, not the theory itself. Major terrorist operations do require state sponsors—that’s why ISIS’ territorial integrity matters to its sponsorship of major terror operations overseas [Can’t do much while hiding in caves.].
5) America Has Real Enemies [Yes, it does and we are allowing them to enter into the United States. In some cases, the Left is demanding it.]: It’s tempting for the United States to look inward for threats to its citizens—we’re the freest, most prosperous country in human history. As Obama noted, Al Qaeda was never an existential threat to us, nor is ISIS. But when it comes to threats to American citizens, the first duty of the government is to prevent those threats and stop those who would perpetrate them [Protection of its citizens is the primary purpose of the federal government. Read the powers of Congress in Article I Section 8.]. We should be unified in that effort, not divided for political reasons [The Left wants our current system of government to be overthrown. How can we be united when the Left wants our destruction?].
Many of the lessons we learned on 9/11 have faded with time. We seem to be back where we started—in the miasma of Clintonian isolationism, although tempered by a stronger anti-terror mechanism abroad. That’s why it’s imperative that we once again remember what happened on 9/11—and what we must do to stop the next 9/11.

4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
