The Obama Administration Department of Injustice went after him for only one reason: The Obama Administration did not approve of his politics and political actions. Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. August is back to school month which is normally the second busiest season for retailers like Target. Yet, while the Dow Jones was up 3.99%, Target was only up 1.14%. The boycott stills seems to be having the desired effect.
This was not my planned post for today.
Note: I stopped paying attention to professional sports several years ago when Disney which owns both ESPN and ABC turned professional sports political. Two examples being the firing of Craig James for his political position on homosexual behavior when he ran for the Senate in Texas in 2012. Second, the firing of Curt Schilling for his posting on facebook, or wherever it was, about males delusively pretending to be females being allowed in facilities reserved for females.
Curt Schilling also should be in the Hall of Fame. He is one of the best pitchers in the history of the game. He has a phenomenal playoff record. I have personally seen him pitch while he was with the Arizona Diamondbacks. I have no doubt he has been blackballed because of his political positions. I’d like to see him run for the Senate from Massachusetts in 2018 although he’d better get started if he is going to run. Disney may fire who they wish. I may stop all activities in relation to professional sports as I wish.
I stopped caring about college sports when college athletics joined the outcry against North Carolina and its “bathroom bill.” I was a season ticket holder for Arizona softball never missing a game at home and driving up to Phoenix to see them play against Arizona State. I kept the season ticket after moving back to Illinois in 2004 and gave it to a client for his use. No more. I’m done with college sports. My money. My time. I’ll invest them both as I see fit.

Every week, America implodes over yet another seemingly stupid cultural battle. The latest blow-up over NFL [National Football League] players kneeling for the National Anthem, however, takes the cake. That’s because over the last week, the debate has moved from a relatively clear consensus—protesting the National Anthem is idiotic, but people shouldn’t be fired for doing it—to outright warfare.
Here’s what you need to know.
1) It’s Idiotic To Protest The National Anthem.
Protesting the National Anthem is foolish politics [It is. However, look at the “news” it generates. It is the numbers of people who see and hear about it that is important to the Left. That is why they choose the venues that they do. Large TV audiences. Seen by millions. Riots in large cities which will also protect the rioters since large cities are inevitably controlled by Leftists.]. It’s foolish because that’s one of the symbols that unites us [The Left does not want us united on anything EXCEPT their agenda. Otherwise, they strive on conflict, chaos, and victimhood. The Left is at war against all things that pertain to a Christian, moral nation. They do not want unity. They want divisiveness and conflict.]. It’s the equivalent of burning the American flag; no successful American political movement has built itself on flag-burning or Anthem-protesting [The Left is a revolutionary moment not a political movement.]. There have been historic figures who say they have a hard time with the National Anthem, most prominently veteran and American hero Jackie Robinson—but that was back in 1972, not in 2017, when America has largely moved beyond the shadow of legally enshrined racism. Protesting the National Anthem on the basis of police brutality is particularly stupid, given the lack of statistical evidence of national law enforcement discrimination against innocent black Americans [The Left does not need facts or truth. They lie and propagandize.]. National Anthem protest-initiator Colin Kaepernick is largely and correctly seen as a dolt who divides the country [The Left does not care one iota about Colin Kaepernick. He is a useful propaganda tool and that is all he is to the Left.].
2) It’s Idiotic For President Trump To Call For Firing Those Who Protest The National Anthem.
As Jamie Weinstein suggested, it’s worthwhile doing a little thought experiment: imagine that Tim Tebow had taken a knee during the Anthem to protest against legal abortion [murder of babies within the womb. However, he would not and neither would any other true conservative. Conservatives respect the past and the good that the flag represents regardless of the evil now being perpetrated unconstitutionally.]. Now imagine that President Obama had suggested that Tebow should have been pulled from the game and fired [He would have. And he has the privilege of so stating just as anyone else does whether or not they are correct. I believe the President did so because he knew the reaction he would get from the Left and that is the reaction he wanted. Look at the venue he used. A political rally for a candidate in a contested primary race. In a State that does not have a professional football team. It was timed for this event. I have no doubt about it. It was a prepared speech was it not?]. Would that have been proper behavior from the White House [Which of the last two Presidents care about proper behavior? My answer is neither of them.]? Of course not. It’s one thing for the president to speak about his strenuous disagreement with public positions taken by public figures outside the government; it’s another for the president, with the force of the White House behind him, to seemingly pressure businesses to run the way he wants them to run. That’s inappropriate [When did President Trump begin to care about being appropriate? He said during the campaign that his “true believers” would remain true to him even if he killed someone.], and we on the Right wouldn’t stand for it if the situation were reversed.
3) Trump Will Make Bank Off This Issue.
President Trump can always count on the media and the Left to lose their minds over everything he does, to the point that their tactics backfire in spectacular fashion on them [Exactly. He knows what buttons to push. Sometimes, he doesn’t know when to push them.]. This issue is no different. Trump overstepped by suggesting from the White House bully pulpit that NFL owners should fire players who protest the Anthem—that’s a particularly egregious position to take when the Trump administration is actively and rightly fighting for the rights of religious business owners to run their own businesses as they see fit. But that doesn’t matter. By turning the Anthem protests from a settled issue into a referendum on him, Trump pushed the Left’s buttons—and the Left responded in the stupidest possible fashion, by suggesting that everyone kneel for the Anthem. The Left thinks they’re protesting Trump’s overreach. The image that will hit the newspapers, however, is Leftists supporting protesting the Anthem itself [Exactly.], which is deeply and properly unpopular [And the Left knows that too. They do not care about millionaire athletes—Black, white, or green. They care about causing division and tearing the county apart. The Left is about revolution. The Left is about taking control of this nation for the benefit of the elites. That is, for their own benefit.]. If the Left believes they’re going to win hearts and minds by kneeling for the National Anthem, they’re insane [That is not the purpose. The purpose is the long game. Revolution and control. The athletes and Hollywood “stars” are just “useful idiots.”]. Even the New England Patriots were booed for protesting the Anthem on Sunday. The biggest winner of the day was Pittsburgh Steelers offensive tackle and former Army Ranger Alejandro Villanueva, who bucked his team’s boycott [The rest of the team stayed in the locker room. Discussing game strategy I’m sure. It didn’t seem to work. They lost to the winless Chicago Bears in overtime. Yes, I checked to see who they played and what the final score was.] of the Anthem to appear and stand for the Anthem (his jersey sales skyrocketed). The biggest loser was Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy, who stretched during the Anthem. Trump may have stepped in [Slang deleted.], but he’s the one who will come out smelling like a rose politically [Which was his intent. It looks like his Alabama endorsement may go down in defeat. I certainly hope so.].
4) Democrats [Leftists. There is a difference. The Left has subverted the Democrat Party for it own purposes. They could not get elected as a third party so they took control of the Democrat Party just as they took control of the two major education unions.]. Will Make Bank Off This Issue.
It’s not just Trump who will do well with this issue. Democrats [Leftists] will do well with their base, even if they suffer with the middle of the country [They will. The Democrat Party has suffered tremendous losses at the local, State, and federal level the last eight years and should in 2018 too especially in the Senate where they have 25 seats up for reelection.]. They may not win back the Rust Belt based on this issue—they’ll almost certainly push a lot of those people into Trump’s camp—but they’ll raise enormous sums of cash from celebrity backers [True.], and increase their cultural dominance and cache [Not sure this is true. The country is beginning to turn away from their extremist positions and lies.]. Trump may win Ohio, but Democrats will still be the cool kids hanging out with Steph Curry, LeBron James, and Stevie Wonder. That seems to matter to them.
5) Our Cultural Fabric Is Eroding. Quickly.
In February 2017, I wrote a column titled, ‘Can The Super Bowl Save America? [No.]’ The basis for the column was simple: America needs to take a breath from politics every so often. Football is one of those breaths. As I wrote:
‘Hollywood and pop culture would do well to remind themselves that if they don’t want to alienate half their audience and exacerbate our differences [Actually, I think they do. They hold us in contempt.], they can allow us room to breathe. The Super Bowl did that this year. For that, we should be just a little grateful, even if it didn’t solve any true underlying problems. Those will require a bit more time and a bit more space.’
So much for that rosy notion. The NFL has become ground zero for the culture wars. Which means that we can’t see movies anymore [I don’t.], watch TV shows anymore [I don’t. I haven’t even owned a TV since 2004 when I gave it away before moving from Tucson to Illinois.], or even watch sports anymore without feeling that we’re being judged [I only watch high school girls’ basketball. Three years in a row Illinois State Champions for Morton’s girls’ basketball team and this past spring listed as the 55th best team in the country by MaxPreps.]. That means our common spaces are disappearing. And we have so little political common space already that cultural common space was our last relic of togetherness.
6) The NFL Will Lose Most From This Nonsense. They Deserve To.
The NFL will be destroyed by this [Here’s hoping.]. Thousands of Americans were already tuning out due to concussion coverage and domestic abuse issues [Politics in sports issues.]. Now that will accelerate. That’s due in large measure to the NFL’s utterly inconsistent stance with regard to political posturing. When St. Louis Rams players engaged in ‘Hands Up, Don’t Shoot [Nonsense, lie.]’ protests in 2014, the league did nothing [Exactly.]; when Dallas Cowboys players wanted to wear Dallas police decals to honor the department after a massacre of officers by a black radical, the NFL turned them down flat [Leftists.]. When Kaepernick knelt for the Anthem, and other players followed, the NFL did nothing [Exactly. It could have been ended immediately. This was a workplace situation. It was not appropriate. People don’t tune into a game to watch millionaire athletes because they want to see or hear their political opinions. Express your opinions on your own time.]; when some players wanted to wear cleats on September 11, 2016 honoring the fallen, the NFL threatened fines [Because it was not inclusive?]. Is it any wonder that fans feel like the NFL took a side here [Because they do and they did. It is always the side of the Left. Do they not understand that their base audience is NOT Leftists?]?
Here’s the bottom line: this conflict isn’t good for the country. We need our shared symbols, and we need our shared spaces. Both of those elements are being destroyed for political and ratings gain. If that doesn’t stop, we’re not going to have anything at all in common anymore [Which is what the Left wants. They want to destroy the country and rebuild it in their Leftist totalitarian image. Since football has sided with the Left, let’s say good-bye professional football. Cut off their money.].”

My last two years of service in the military I was provided an opportunity to experience a very honorable and humbling position. Picture, if you will. The United States flag drapes the casket of deceased veteran. This is to honor the memory of their service to our country. The flag is placed on a closed casket so the union blue field is at the head and over the left shoulder of the deceased. Taps is played, the flag is carefully folded into the symbolic tri-cornered shape. The folded flag is emblematic of the tri-cornered hat worn by the Patriots of the American Revolution. It is then presented as a keepsake to the next of kin. I have stood facing many family members, holding the folded flag. I would bend on one knee looking into the face of the family member and slightly lean forward and solemnly present the flag to them. I would then say ”On behalf of a grateful Nation, and (the United States Army; the United States Marine Corps; the United States Navy; or the United States Air Force), it is my privilege, to present this flag as a symbol of our appreciation for your loved one’s honorable and faithful service.’
This is why you do not kneel during the National Anthem. I cannot recall the number of flags I have presented there were many, I can recall the eyes of every family member though.
The employees of the NFL, some call them sports figure, hero, legend, and so fourth, they are in all actuality highly paid employees. they are paid to entertain us, just like movies stars, we pay their salaries through the consumption of their product.

NFL RULES!! The specific rule pertaining to the national anthem is found on pages A62-63 of the league rulebook. It states:
‘The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem.

The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. Maybe, just maybe, the NFL should enforce its own rules and hold players accountable. I don’t see anything exempting “free speech rights.” These players are employees at the “office” for work.

Oh, hey, by the way, there was a mass shooting at a church in Tennessee yesterday morning [Sunday September 24, 2017].
A Sudanese immigrant [Is he a muslim? We know he is Black because of his picture. Was this a “hate crime?” Would/did the mainstream media even ask this question?] named Emanuel Kidega Samson murdered someone in the parking lot and then walked into Burnette Chapel Church of Christ and started shooting indiscriminately [Do you think he was a licensed gun owner?]. The [innocent] victim who died was a 39-year-old woman and mother of two named Melanie Smith. According to her family members, she was a Godly and compassionate woman. She was killed [murdered] for committing the crime of attending church on a Sunday morning [And being at the wrong place at the right time.].
Samson wounded six other people, including the pastor before an usher stopped him. The hero, 22-year-old Caleb Engle, was pistol-whipped in the face during the confrontation. He struggled with Samson until the terrorist, by the grace of God, accidentally shot himself. Engle then went out to his car to grab his own firearm, and stood guard over the wounded shooter until police arrived [He should have had it with him within the church since he is a concealed carry holder. My church in Texas has concealed carry holders carrying during and after the services. Every person has the absolute right of self defense.].
Perhaps I’m giving you details you already know. Maybe you read about this story on page 14 of the newspaper. I’m not exaggerating, either. The New York Times [NYT] put this mass shooting on page 14 [Given the situation, it is surprising the NYT even published it.]. The front page was dominated by athletes kneeling [Of course. Promote the Left at every opportunity.]. Or perhaps you heard it mentioned in a 12-second blurb at the end of a cable newscast last night [Don’t ever watch any news programs.]. I flipped through a few different channels and didn’t hear it even mentioned one time, but maybe they got around to it. Of course, in a 60-minute broadcast they had to allot at least 59 minutes to cataloging the posture of NFL players. If you managed to sit through all of that, you may have heard the ‘P.S. There was a mass shooting at a church today okay that’s all goodnight’ at the end. I don’t know.
Most likely, though, you didn’t hear much about this story. I wasn’t aware of it myself until this morning. That’s because a terrorist attack at a church, which was cut short due to the incredible heroism of an usher, is a minor and insignificant event compared to political demonstrations of millionaire football players, according to the media and a large portion of our society [The Leftist portion of our society which is not nearly as large as it seems.].
I’m embarrassed on behalf of all of America. Consider how the members of this church must feel. First, their place of worship is attacked by a terrorist, and then they look around and see that nobody really cares [Mainstream media doesn’t really care.]. We’re all too busy arguing about the correct physical positioning for football players during the national anthem. I’m sure media coverage is the least of their worries at the moment, but it’s still shameful. There is no excuse for putting these stupid NFL antics on the front page and burying a story that by any rational measure is approximately one billion times more relevant and important.
Of course, I realize that the media has additional motivations here. Not only is the NFL story sexier and more watchable, but it’s also vastly more politically convenient [There is the key. The political Leftist angle is the front page news.]. The church shooting does no favors to the liberal [Leftist] narrative, so it must be ignored. The shooter was black. He’s a Sudanese immigrant [He is probably a muslim.]. He killed [murdered] a white woman. He was stopped by a good guy with a gun [Not at the time he was stopped.]. If the races were switched and you removed the pesky pro-Second Amendment element of the story, perhaps it may have fighting chance to compete with choreographed protests in professional sports for airtime [It would have. Especially if it could be linked as a “hate crime.”]. But the details being what they are, the outcome was predetermined. This was destined to be buried. The NFL distraction just made it that much easier.
But those of us who do take a second to reflect on Sunday’s truly newsworthy event will come away with, among other things, a riveting picture of what real courage looks like. If you were to compare the minutes the media has spent slobbering over the heroism [What heroism?] of kneeling athletes compared to how many minutes they’ve spent even acknowledging the heroism of the guy who tackled and neutralized a crazed [Not known.] gunman in a Tennessee church on Sunday, I’m guessing it would be about 9,000,000 to zero. But I’m of the radical opinion that the ratio should be exactly reversed [Of course.].
It requires no bravery whatsoever to participate in a trendy form of protest [Especially when there is NO accountability.], especially when the protest is guaranteed to win you admiration [From whom? Leftists? Like minded millionaire athletes?]. Granted, it will also earn you contempt from some corners, but they are corners populated by exactly the sort of people that a liberal [Leftist]-minded millionaire enjoys antagonizing [People who buy their product. They need the consumer more than the consumer needs them even if the consumer does not realize it.].
On the other hand, one must possess a breathtaking amount of courage to charge into the midst of gunfire and attempt to neutralize a terrorist with your bare hands. A man of ordinary or slightly above average fortitude would run for the exits. Even the most dutiful and dependable church usher probably would not consider detaining terrorists to be a part of his job description. But this was no ordinary man or church usher. This was a hero. A real hero. Just don’t tell him that he’s a hero. The NFL players kneeling for the anthem will gladly accept your applause and admiration. But Caleb Engle, the hero of Burnette Chapel Church of Christ, has tried desperately to shutdown such talk. He issued a statement labeling the police and first responders as the true heroes. Then he asked for prayers for the victims and the gunman.
Incredible. Absolutely incredibly. But not newsworthy, evidently.
And in case you’re wondering, media: This why people despise you [Ouch. I don’t really think they care. If they did, they would change. The agenda is what matters. Must always advance the agenda.].”

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. 4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
