I began writing a political blog in Illinois in 2005. In 2006, I opposed Barack Hussein Obama when he ran for the U.S. Senate because the United States did not need another corrupt Chicago politician in elective office. I opposed him when he sought the Presidential nomination writing ‘Corrupt Chicago, corrupt Illinois; if Barack Hussein Obama wins the Presidency, it will be corrupt United States.’
Unfortunately, he did win the Presidency. Unfortunately, my prediction came true. In my opinion, the Obama Administration has become the most corrupt administration in the history of the country. The Constitution has, for the most part, become moot since the Obama Administration has been violating it with impunity for the last seven plus years turning every Department and agency of the federal government into an arm of the Democrat Party. The examples are endless—the Department of Education, the EPA, the Department of Injustice, and the IRS are all advancing the radical ideology of the Democrat Party while rewriting laws, violating laws, and violating the Constitution.
I am running for Congress from District 18 as a member of the Constitution Party. On June 29, 2015, Google—the company according to one source which has been to the White House more than any other company—locked me out of all six of my political blogs. My last day of posting was Saturday June 27. All four of my posts dealt with the Supreme Court’s unconstitutional sanctioning of immoral, faux ‘homosexual marriage.’ On one of those posts, I called for the impeachment of all five of the judges who rendered that unconstitutional decision. I mailed my nomination petition from Morton, Illinois to Springfield, Illinois which is less than seventy miles away on Tuesday, June 21 by certified mail, return receipt requested. According to the tracking system of the USPS, the petition reached its destination on June 23. Then inexplicably [I changed “inexplicable” to “inexplicably.” I hate proofreading my own material. I read it as I know it should read rather than what I actually type. Caught it today as I was reading the original letter], it was sent to St. Louis, Missouri. It was not returned to the Illinois State Board of Elections until June 30, 2016. The Board rejected the petition because it arrived after the June 27 deadline. Using the USPS, it took nine days for a certified package to travel less than 70 miles.
Is the Social Security Administration a part of the corruption of the Obama Administration? When I first applied for social security under my record, I was told I could change to my ex-wife’s employment record when she turned 62. For various reasons she had much more taxable earned income over our marriage than I did. Two months before she turned 62, I went to my local office in Pekin, Illinois to apply. I was told I could not do so until the month of her birthday. I was not told that I had to bring any records including our marriage certificate and our divorce certificate. Monday, May 2, 2016; I returned to the Pekin office. By Friday May 13, I had provided all the needed documentation. Verbally, I was told preliminarily that I would receive substantially more under her record— … [I removed the estimate of my original amount being paid times [X] the increase].
On July 25, 2016, I returned to the Pekin office because I had received no information from Social Security. My rental lease is up on September 30, 2016. I am considering buying a house in Illinois. My real estate agent wants me to pre-qualify for a loan. I asked the social security agent how much I am to receive and when I will begin to receive it because that information is necessary to pre-qualify. After some conferencing, he came back with this reply, ‘We are working on it. It is a complicated case.’ That response seems very similar to the IRS response to conservative groups who applied for tax exempt, non profit status. Applications that in some cases took over two years and in some cases were never completed with the IRS violating law and IRS policy.
My application went from ‘no problems’ this is how much you will receive to ‘It is a complicated case.’ I was told it might take from 20 - 40 days which translates into possibly taking months to a couple of years. It is not going to happen without pushback from me. I dealt with the IRS for 30 years. Before I retired one simple mistake made by the IRS took over 7 months to rectify. It is not going to happen with my social security.
I was told to call back in about 10 days to check the progress of my case. That is not going to happen. I do not do business over the phone—I do not have a record of what is said—and I do not give out my social security number over the phone.
It should not take this long to make a decision. This seems like corruption to me—a stalling tactic used by the Obama bureaucracy. I sent this letter by certified mail. You have 7 days after receiving this letter to give me an answer or I go public. Go public means asking this question: Is the Social Security Administration being used by the Obama Administration to once again stifle political opposition?

I do not do telephone calls and I will not be given the runaround. Either start giving me my new social security benefits based upon my wife’s record or tell me why it was rejected so that I can appeal. There are a number of people who should have been impeached, including the current IRS director, and/or tried for criminal offenses during the last seven plus years. If nothing else, your actions have given me a campaign issue. How many people have suffered under the hands of the SSA?

“Your item was forwarded to a different address at 9:19 am on August 3, 2016 in [I deleted the name of the city.], MD. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect. [The zip code is the same as the zip code that is inconspicuously on the letter that I received from the SSA today on a different matter. It may have been sent to a P.O. Box?].

It took a good deal of time to find a mailing address for the Acting Commissioner. It seems that the Administration, that CLAIMS to be the most transparent Administration in history, does not want her address found!]

[The original destination date was August 2, 2016. Is this delay for the routine checking for foreign dangerous substances or for some other nefarious reason. A postal clerk in Morton has her fingerprints on the letter too because I put an “attention” line at the bottom of the envelop and she said that could cause the “readers” to misread the address. I wrote it above the address and she blocked it out from the bottom of the envelop. Will she get a visit from the FBI? Will I? One reason why I am posting this today is to let the world know what was in the letter just in case this corrupt federal government tries to pull some hanky-panky.
