Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Two conservatives and one RINO. The two conservatives devoured each other allowing the RINO to win. Conservatives received almost 58% of the vote.

The website did not give the percent of voters who voted. Also the mail-in ballots are still being counted. Thus, there might be some variance in the final percentages.

In the People’s Republic of Iceland, abortion [murder of babies within the womb] has now nearly eradicated all Down Syndrome babies by close to 100 percent, according to a new report from CBS [Which, according to another report I read, praised the result i.e. the eradication of Down Syndrome.]

Down syndrome (DS or DNS), also known as trisomy 21, is a genetic disorder caused by the presence of all or part of a third copy of chromosome 21. It is typically associated with physical growth delays, characteristic facial features and mild to moderate intellectual disability. The average IQ of a young adult with Down syndrome is 50, equivalent to the mental ability of an 8- or 9-year-old child, but this can vary widely.
The parents of the affected individual are typically genetically normal. The extra chromosome occurs by chance. The possibility increases from less than 0.1% in 20-year-old mothers to 3% in those age 45 [Then it seems that chance alone is not the only factor. The age of the mother at the time of conception also seems to be a factor.]. There is no known behavioral activity or environmental factor that changes the possibility. Down syndrome can be identified during pregnancy by prenatal screening followed by diagnostic testing or after birth by direct observation and genetic testing. Since the introduction of screening, pregnancies with the diagnosis are often terminated [murdered within the womb. Without question, it is murder. Why are they murdered? Because they are not perfect? Why is this considered acceptable? Is it now a crime to be conceived with Down syndrome? Will having Down syndrome be a death sentence after birth because the children are high maintenance children which drains money out of the healthcare system?]. Regular screening for health problems common in Down syndrome is recommended throughout the person’s life.
There is no cure for Down syndrome. Education and proper care have been shown to improve quality of life. Some children with Down syndrome are educated in typical school classes, while others require more specialized education. Some individuals with Down syndrome graduate from high school and a few attend post-secondary education. In adulthood, about 20% in the United States do paid work in some capacity [Our local Kroger store has a Down syndrome lady who works as a checkout bagger. In 2015, Down syndrome was present in 5.4 million individuals and resulted in 27,000 deaths down from 43,000 deaths in 1990. It is named after John Langdon Down, the British doctor who fully described the syndrome in 1866. Some aspects of the condition were described earlier by Jean-Étienne Dominique Esquirol in 1838 and Édouard Séguin in 1844. In 1957, the genetic cause of Down syndrome, an extra copy of chromosome 21, was discovered.”]
‘[F]ew countries have come as close to eradicating Down syndrome births [By murdering the child. How barbaric. NO moral country murders its own children within the womb or outside of the womb.] as Iceland,’ the report begins. ‘Since prenatal screening tests were introduced in Iceland in the early 2000s, the vast majority of women—close to 100 percent—who received a positive test for Down syndrome terminated their pregnancy [murdered their baby. According to another report I read, the test is only about 85% effective. That means some babies who have Down syndrome are not detected and some babies who do not have Down syndrome are murdered within the womb and are perfectly normal. The medical profession acting as GOD?].’
LifeNews reports that ‘just a handful of children with Down syndrome have been born in Iceland in the past decade. Two are born each year, on average, but the rest are killed [murdered] in the womb. For most of the children who were born, their mothers decided not to have prenatal screening tests.’
Iceland hospital counselor Helga Sol Olafsdottir said in a CBS interview that she has no qualms with the fact Down Syndrome babies are being turned into members of an unfit class. She called it a ‘woman’s choice [Women do not have the “choice” to murder their own child. If they do not have it outside the womb, they do not have it inside the womb. Barbaric.].’
The interviewer prodded, ‘In America, I think some people would be confused about people calling this ‘our child,’ saying a prayer or saying goodbye or having a priest come in—because to them abortion is murder [Every abortion is murder. The taking of an innocent life.].’
Olafsdottir responded, ‘We don’t look at abortion as a murder [Then you do not understand or ignore what murder is.]. We look at it as a thing [A thing? A human life.] that we ended [You’ve murdered a child within the womb.] . We ended a possible [Possible? There is no such existence as a possible life. One is either alive or one is not. If one is alive, the life has been ended. If one is not alive, there is nothing to end. Rationalizations for murder.] life that may have had a huge complication … preventing suffering for the child and for the family [Preventing suffering by murder? Is that now the new medical standard? What nonsense. A person is in a serious car accident. Is it now the medical standard to end that person’s suffering by murdering the patient?]. And I think that is more right than seeing it as a murder—that’s so black and white. Life isn’t black and white. Life is grey [Really? There is no right or wrong? There is no moral and immoral? Life is grey? Then who decides the grey? Each individual becomes his own GOD? Then, individual A may murder individual B because it is not wrong to murder individual B according to individual A’s perspective? Life is grey and we each get to decide the grey? What “choice” does the baby within the womb have? None. He/she is a non-person?].’

This post contains a sampling of documented quotes by Margaret Sanger on the topics of race and eugenics. I say ‘documented’ because (unlike most other Web pages citing Sanger) in each case I provide a direct link to scanned pages from the original editions of books she wrote featuring these quotes, which have been put online by a politically neutral academic library whose impartiality is unimpeachable; furthermore, I provide photographs of each quote in situ from her various books, along with accurate transcriptions.
The reason for these extreme steps is that one must be very careful when researching online the intersection of Margaret Sanger, eugenics and race, because her modern defenders (that is, Planned Parenthood and other ‘pro-choice’ advocates) do everything they can to suppress and deny Sanger’s racism, while on the other hand her detractors (‘pro-life’ advocates) often cite abbreviated quotes from her in order to make it look like she was only racist against blacks—when in fact she was also racist against immigrant groups, other minorities, and ‘defectives’ of any skin color, all of whom threatened what Sanger saw as the ‘purity’ of the educated white middle and upper classes [In other words, she was a white, racist, aristocratic, superior race eugenist.].
The following quotes are all taken from two of Margaret Sanger’s books: The Pivot of Civilization, published in 1922; and Woman and the New Race, published in 1920. There are countless other Sanger quotes about race and eugenics, not just in these two books but in many of her other books as well, not to mention various letters and essays of hers which have been preserved. The quotes you see here, therefore, are not a thorough examination of her views on these topics, but rather just a few verified examples which researchers, pundits and advocates on either side can use, cite, republish, download or link to freely.”
“That Margaret Sanger was an enthusiastic eugenicist, and that her beliefs were essentially racist (and classist), is beyond dispute. Take for example this random quote from pages 175-6 of The Pivot of Civilization:
‘(Eugenics) sees that the most responsible and most intelligent members of society are the less fertile; that the feeble-minded are the more fertile. Herein lies the unbalance, the great biological menace to the future of civilization. “Sanger founded Planned Parenthood to counteract the influence of the typical ‘maternity center’ of the day, whose pro-life advice to lower-class pregnant women
‘… encourages the healthier and more normal sections of the world to shoulder the burden of unthinking and indiscriminate fecundity of others; which brings with it, as I think the reader must agree, a dead weight of human waste. Instead of decreasing and aiming to eliminate the stocks that are most detrimental to the future of the race and the world, it tends to render them to a menacing degree dominant.”
“Sanger’s reflexively low opinion of blacks can be seen on pages 131-2 of The Pivot of Civilization, where she first writes
‘Evidence of racial and biological degeneracy are apparent to this observer’
and then goes on to approvingly quote another eugenicist who claims that factory work has degraded the intellect of the British lower classes to the level of (gasp!) ‘the African negro:’
‘‘Compared with the African negro,’ he writes, “the British sub-man is in several respects markedly inferior.’
There’s no question that in this context ‘negro’ is cited as the benchmark for racial inferiority, a degenerate state to which the white British man is unfortunately descending.”
“On pages 84-7 of Pivot, Sanger once again reveals her true opinions by using the example of a black family to illustrate how ‘feeble-minded’ women contaminate society with their criminal offspring:
‘Here is a typical case showing the astonishing ability to ‘increase and multiply,’ organically bound up with delinquency and defect of various types: ‘The parents of a feeble-minded girl, twenty years of age, who was committed to the Kansas State Industrial Farm on a vagrancy charge, lived in a thickly populated Negro district which was reported by the police to be the headquarters for the criminal element of the surrounding State…. The mother married at fourteen, and her first child was born at fifteen. In rapid succession she gave birth to sixteen live-born children and had one miscarriage. …’’
The quote then goes on for several paragraphs to list how nearly all of the black woman’s children had become scourges on society:
‘‘… The eighth, a boy who early in life began to exhibit criminal tendencies, was in prison for highway robbery and burglary. The ninth, a girl … had also been arrested several times for soliciting. The tenth, a boy, was involved in several deliquencies. … The twelfth, a boy, was at fifteen years of age implicated in a murder …’’
and so on for all sixteen black children. Sanger concludes,
‘The notorious fecundity of feeble-minded women is emphasized in studies and investigations of the problem…. Feeble-minded women constitute a permanent menace to the race….’”

In her 1920 tract Woman and the New Race, Sanger sometimes expressed the kind of deep racism typical of the era which was so thoroughly intertwined with her worldview that it usually didn’t even need to be mentioned because it was the starting point of the discussion.
For example, when talking about how large family sizes lead to illiteracy on page 38, Sanger casually describes white people as being of ‘pure stock’ whereas the high rate of Negro illiteracy merits an ‘of course’ which needs no further explanation:
‘Moreover, there were in the United States in 1910, 5,516,163 illiterates. Of these 1,378,884 were of pure native white stock. In some states in the South as much as 29 per cent of the population is illiterate, many of these, of course, being Negroes.’”
“On page 31 of the same book, Sanger reveals a view of racial hierarchies which in modern terms would be deemed incredibly racist: At the bottom are ‘Negroes, Indians, Chinese,’ all of whom count as ‘colored;’ next comes not only anyone born outside the United States (mostly immigrants from southern and eastern Europe, as the text later reveals) but also their American-born children, all of whom still nonetheless count as ‘of foreign stock;’ and at the top, needless to say, are Caucasians who have lived in the United States for multiple generations, who are ‘native white:’
‘Among our more than 100,000,000 population are Negroes, Indians, Chinese and other colored people to the number of 11,000,000. There are also 14,500,000 persons of foreign birth. Besides these there are 14,000,000 children of foreign-born parents and 6,500,000 persons whose fathers or mothers were born on foreign soil, making a total of 46,000,000 people of foreign stock. Fifty per cent of our population is of the native white strain.’
“The goal of birth control in Sanger’s view was to decrease the number of babies being born to ‘lower’ types, while increasing the number of offspring produced by ‘the native white strain.’ To this end, Sanger arranged to have one of her birth-control how-to manuals translated into Yiddish so that new Jewish immigrants could learn how to avoid pregnancy (and—the whole point—thereby limit Jewish population growth in the United States).”

Not if you conveniently don’t consider a human fetus [baby within the womb] to be human.”
The murder of babies within the womb because the baby is deemed to be “imperfect” occurs within the United States too. Just not to the extent that it does within Iceland in relation to Down syndrome. It is past time to end the barbaric, immoral slaughter of our most innocent.
The best, most constitutional way to accomplish this is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.
2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
Rules of Life:
1) Actions have consequences and may have a lasting impact on the rest of your life.
