1) Photo Voter ID card for all federal elections. Follow Texas model, as created before changed by the federal courts, unless a specific State model is approved by Congress.

Every State must have in place a Congress approved Photo Voter ID card law before any and all primaries and general elections for members of Congress. The States may adopt the Texas photo voter ID card law as required by Texas before federal court interference. States that already have a photo voter ID card law may present that card law to Congress. If accepted by Congress, its photo voter ID card is valid for all federal elections. States may also present their own proposals for an acceptable photo voter ID card law. If accepted by Congress, its photo voter ID card is valid for all federal elections. All photo voter ID card laws must be strictly enforced for all federal elections.

2) Congress takes control of federal elections as allowed by the Constitution.

Article I Section 4 of the United States Constitution
“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations….”

a) Congress establishes the same requirements for all candidates for each State’s members of the House of Representatives to get on the primary ballot. The current practice of it being more difficult for some candidates and/or political parties to get on the ballot will be ended.

Independent Candidate 5% - 8%: 17,901 – 28,640 signatures
New Party: 17,901 signatures

Equality of access to the ballot for candidates will increase competition.

b) Congress will approve the Congressional Districts for each State, create the Congressional Districts for each State, or require all candidates for the House of Representative to run Statewide as was originally done. Congressional Districts are not mandated by the Constitution.

c) Congress establishes the same requirements for all candidates for the US Senate to get on the primary ballot. The current practice of it being more difficult for some candidates and/or political parties to get on the ballot will be ended.

d) The primary dates for each State for federal primary elections will be determined by Congress.

e) Congress shall determine the qualifications for voters for all federal elections based upon the Constitution and its Amendments.

3) Congress defines who should be included in census count to determine Representatives for each State. End the use of gender. Use “sex” instead. Stop collecting data that is irrelevant to the census. Do not count illegal aliens in census.

Article I Section 2 ¶ 3 of the United States Constitution
“Representatives [for the House of Representatives] and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons [The “three fifth of all other Persons” in this sentence was referencing slaves. This was repealed by Constitutional Amendment.]. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years [The required ten year census to determine population within the States to reapportion the House of Representatives every ten years], in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.”

Congress shall specifically mandate and require that illegal aliens NOT be counted for purposes of determining the number of members of the House of Representatives for each State.

Data Show LA [Los Angeles], San Diego, San Francisco Have More Registered Voters than Eligible Adult Citizens – LA Voting Rolls Have 144% of the Total Number of Eligible Residents

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced it sent a notice-of-violation letter to the state of California and 11 of its counties threatening to sue in federal court if it does not clean its voter registration lists as mandated by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). Both the NVRA and the federal Help America Vote Act require states to take reasonable steps to maintain accurate voting rolls. The August 1 letter was sent on behalf of several Judicial Watch California supporters and the Election Integrity Project California, Inc.

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that public records obtained on the Election Assistance Commission’s 2016 Election Administration Voting Survey and through verbal accounts from various county agencies show 11 California counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).

[When I ran for political office in Arizona in the 1980s, I would collect my own signatures going door to door with voting lists provided by a private company. The company obtained the lists from the county. Sometimes, two or three family names would be given for the same address. The lists were organized by address. For example, the list would state that Bob Jacks and Becky Jacks were registered voters at address A. Next on the list, Bill Jones, Bonnie Jones, and Brenda Jones [of age daughter or elderly parent] were registered voters at address A. You knew who actually lived there by the signatures you got from address A. It seems the problem is still occurring today in some States.]

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that Los Angeles County officials ‘informed us that the total number of registered voters now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age [Ouch. “Something is rotten in Denmark.”].’

Under Section 8 of the NVRA, states are required to make a reasonable effort to remove the names of ineligible voters from official lists due to ‘the death of the registrant’ or ‘a change in the residence of the registrant,’ and requires states to ensure noncitizens are not registered to vote [It seems the State of California is failing.].

There is ‘strong circumstantial evidence that California municipalities are not conducting reasonable voter registration list maintenance as mandated under the NVRA [So it seems.],’ Judicial Watch wrote in the notice letter sent to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla [The Secretary of State office is normally in charge of State elections.].

Judicial Watch referred California officials to a settlement agreement it reached with the State of Ohio in which Ohio agreed to update and maintain its voter registration lists and to keep a current voter registration list online and available for public access.

‘California’s voting rolls are an absolute mess that undermines the very idea of clean elections [Indeed],’ Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. ‘It is urgent that California take reasonable steps to clean up its rolls. We will sue if state officials fail to act [Good for Judicial Watch. Why isn’t the federal government doing a better job of policing this law?].’

In Illinois, we tell our name and sign a register to receive the ballot. In Texas, after I moved there, I had to send back to Illinois to get a copy of my original birth certificate to receive a photo ID card. In my case, a driver’s license. I’ve had a driver’s license in Illinois, Arizona, Illinois again, Texas, and Illinois once again. Texas was the only State where I needed an original birth certificate, I think. Since I now have an original birth certificate, I can’t remember if Illinois required it this last time. It may have. I then had to show the photo ID card before I could vote. Ballotpedia has Texas as a non-strict photo ID State. That is because a Leftist federal court judge unconstitutionally rewrote the law.].

In April, Judicial Watch sent notice-of-violation letters threatening to sue 11 states having counties in which the number of registered voters exceeds the number of voting-age citizens. The states are: Alabama [Which is currently involved in a special election.], Florida, Georgia, Illinois [Chicago has a long history and reputation for voter fraud. Chicago which gave use Barack Hussein Obama and eight years of lawlessness.], Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Tennessee.

On July 18, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit [Link below.] against Montgomery County and the Maryland State Boards of Elections under the NVRA. To insure election integrity, Congress needs to enact a strong, enforced Photo Voter ID card law for all federal elections. The federal government can not require a photo voter ID card for State elections. However, it certainly can and must for all federal elections. If the State holds its State election at the same time as the federal election, then the federal law should reduce voter fraud at the State level also even if the State does not have its own photo voter ID law.

The Left does not want photo voter ID card laws. That is why the Obama Administration attacked Texas and other States that passed strong photo voter ID card laws. The Obama Administration won in some federal court jurisdictions. It lost in others. Congress should and must require it for all federal elections.

I have never asked permission from the Democrat Party to run for office and I never intend to ask for permission. No Democrat has ever successfully told me what my position on any issue should be. I am a Jeffersonian Democrat and a Jeffersonian Republican. I am a Christian, Constitutionalist, Conservative.

In 2016, the Republican Party made it clear they did not want competition in the Republican primary against an incumbent. Therefore, I decided to run as a candidate of the Constitution Party which meant I needed thousands of more signatures than either the Republican or Democrat candidates. When I mailed my nominating petition to Springfield as allowed using the mailing address given on the State Board of Elections website, the petition arrived in Springfield and then, for some reason, was sent to St. Louis by the postal service. By the time the petition was returned to Springfield the filing deadline had passed and my petition was rejected.

I intend to run for the House of Representatives for Congressional District 18 as a Jeffersonian Democrat who is 100% pro-life. I have never lost a Democrat primary and I don’t intend to start losing now.

We need to vote issues rather than Party. Vote issues in the primaries. Vote issues in the general election. I’ve been saying since the 2010 election that conservatives should run conservative candidates in every Republican Primary AND run conservative candidates in every Democrat primary. The Left has taken over the Democrat Party but there are still plenty of conservative Democrats who HAVE BEEN ABANDONED by the Left including Christians who have been life-long Democrats, all white heterosexual males, conservative women and Blacks, conservative small business owners, and conservative legal immigrants.

Who won the election for Donald Trump? Pro-lifers and conservative Democrats who fled from Hillary Rodham Clinton and her pro-murder, pro-homosexuality, pro-illegal alien, anti-small business policies. The election was not a pro-Donald Trump election. The election was an anti-Leftist election. The Left has lost the Presidency, the Senate, the House of Representatives, and over a thousand State and local government offices since the passage of Obamacare. It was not because the Republicans were so much more conservative. It was because they were not as radical as the Left. Why would they now want to adopt Leftist policies?

It is past time for conservatives to get actively involved in retaking control or taking control for the first time of the Republican Party. Texas is moving in that direction. The largest remaining obstacle is a RINO Speaker of the House who was elected by a combination of Democrats and some Republicans. Originally, many more Democrats than Republicans. Since the Left has all but destroyed the Democrat Party in many States including downstate Illinois, conservatives need to take over the Democrat Party as well. Run conservatives in both Republican and Democrat primaries. If the Democrat candidate is more conservative than the Republican candidate, vote the Democrat in. Vote issues rather than Party and make EVERY election a competitive election. In competition with the Left, conservatives will win.

Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.

Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.

Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!

Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

This is also why homosexual radicals attack Christians who speak out against homosexual behavior. Christians who know the Bible know that homosexual behavior is sin punishable by spiritual death. There is NO “right” to homosexual behavior and people are NOT born homosexual. Homosexual behavior is learned behavior. Therefore, people do not have to be involved in the behavior and people can repent and STOP being involved in the behavior!]

See how the faithful city has become a prostitute! She once was full of justice; righteousness used to dwell in her—but now murderers! Your silver has become dross, your choice wine is diluted with water. Your rulers are rebels, partners with thieves; they all love bribes and chase after gifts. Zion will be delivered with justice, her penitent ones with righteousness.
