Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Provo is one of only two “sanctuary cities” in Utah. That alone excludes John Curtis, in my opinion.
Between the two, the clear choice is conservative Chris Herrod.
And they did vote NO overwhelmingly in a Leftist city overturning an ordinance passed by a Leftist city council!

It is apparent now one of the strategies of the left is attempting to impose sexual deviancy on the rest of us [It has been for a very long time. It is to follow the trail of cities that are awarded special sporting events, and then pressure the states in which those cities reside to support or oppose legislation that would be detrimental to their causes.
Sports has now been taken over by the immoral left [At both the college and professional level. And in some cases, at the high school and junior high school level.], and are being used to beat governments into submission. The lever is the money accompanying these events [Exactly. Plus, the usual name calling and intimidation used constantly by the Left including acts of violence.].
With the Dallas Stars, it was the awarding of the NHL [National Hockey League] draft to the city with lots of fanfare. Not long after, we now have the bizarre and irrelevant opposition to the Texas ‘Bathroom Bill,’ which would keep [delusional] mentally ill and rebellious men and women from going into bathrooms of the opposite sex.
Why Stars’ President Jim Liltes came out with this statement concerning sending men into women’s or little girl’s bathrooms and women into men’s or little boy’s bathrooms, is puzzling to say the least [Not really. You’ve already given one major reason. Follow the money.].
He said in a statement that the Stars are ‘strongly opposed to any legislation perceived [Perceived by whom? The Left, of course.] as discriminatory [In reality, the Left has deliberately distorted the concept of discrimination and when discrimination is illegal and when it is not. We all discriminate every day of our lives. We choose which products to buy and which products not to buy. We choose which sports we like and which sports we do not like. We choose who should use what restrooms and shower facilities and who should not.].’ So a perception of discrimination means the Dallas Stars hockey organization supports potential sexual predators going into bathrooms [Correct.], and at least, supports the idea of men or women of the opposite sex being in bathrooms with our spouses or children . This is sick [Immoral. The Left is all about supporting and promoting immorality. They realize that no moral society would support their tyrannical agenda. Therefore, they must promote and create an immoral society.].
When this happened in North Carolina, pressure from the totalitarians to boycott the state, including the NBA [National Basketball Association. Also the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)], in response to a similar law, forced lawmakers in the state to roll back most of it.
The Texas Legislature is controlled by Republicans. We’ll now see whether or not they deserve the well-earning moniker of ‘cuckservatives [see definition below.],’ as it’s increasingly apparent they have lost the will to even conserve women’s and men’s bathrooms [According to his facebook page, his hometown is in Minnesota and he now resides in Kentucky. One thing is certain, he does not know Texas politics. I lived in Texas for over two years from 2013 to 2015. I paid attention to Texas politics. Most of the Republicans in the Texas House of Representatives are conservative. The major problem is that the current Speaker of the House, who is all powerful in the House, is an admitted RINO who was originally elected to the Speakership by a combination of Democrats and a small number of RINO Republicans. His power is such that most Republicans are afraid to challenge him although there is a movement afoot to do just that. Until he is removed as Speaker, it is going to be difficult to pass conservative legislation in the House. The Speaker rewards those who support him which means all Democrats and punishes those who oppose him. The Senate has already passed this legislation twice. There is hopefully going to be a second special session. Texas has only one regular legislative session every two years and that is completed. Only special sessions can be called until the new legislature convenes after the 2018 election. Each special session is for 30 days and then automatically ends.] My question is since this is true, what good are they? And should they in any way be identified as conservatives in its true meaning?

What has become apparent to those closely watching the actions of conservatives, is for the most part, the majority no longer are interested in winning [Not true for true conservatives. Is true for Establishment Republicans and has been for a very long time led in the Senate by Kentucky’s own Mitch McConnell.]. They’re more interested in caving in to their liberal [Leftist], progressive, SJW [Social Justice Warrior] masters in order to keep from having to fight protracted battles and be talked bad about in the mainstream media.
The truth is the majority of Americans still support conservatism from a cultural point of view [True.], and if states like North Carolina had stuck to their guns, more states would have followed in their footsteps, essentially undercutting the obvious strategy being used to impose deviance on Americans.
After all, did anyone seriously think North Carolina needs the NBA or NCAA [I certainly don’t. The only sport I watch now is our high school girls’ basketball team who have won three straight Illinois Class 3A Championships over the last three years with an overall record of 100 wins and 8 losses.]? They need North Carolina more than North Carolina needs them. This is even more true in Texas. Texas needs to hold to its guns and pass this Bill into law [See explanation above. Texas needs first to replace the RINO Speaker of the House with a conservative. If that happens, the Bill will pass. However, it takes an absolute majority vote of the House and every Leftist is going to vote for the current Speaker.].
There’ll be a lot of screaming and hollering, but it would set an example of courage and resistance that others would follow. Then we’ll see how long these converged sports organizations align with the left [As long as the money is flowing to them through Disney—ABC and ESPN—they will. This is a follow the money situation for most sports teams.].
As confirmed by the ongoing fall of Disney’s ESPN, the right is sick and tired of listening to the left narrative being thrust upon them when wanting to do nothing but watch sports and listen to the accompanying commentary on the game, participants, and leagues in general. They’ve voted with their dollars to abandon the ESPN propaganda network [And need to continue to do so and expand it to ABC and the ACTUAL teams who are supporting this deviancy. Leave the stadiums half empty and the networks without viewers and they will come to their senses. Are sports fans willing to do such?], which shows in the consistently declining number of subscribers to ESPN [ESPN is just part of the problem. As I wrote yesterday, the Left wants to boycott the NFL. All conservative sports fans should join them. Won’t that be great. The Left and the Right working together to destroy the NFL?].

The same would happen if and when states resist the pressure to conform to what God calls an abomination, meaning men wearing women’s clothes and women wearing men clothes. That isn’t just what is worn being talked about, but the entire mentality that leads to the action.
As for the NHL, it has foolishly and irresponsibly partnered with ‘You Can Play Project,’ which is a support group that works to pressure sports to accept the deviant lifestyles of those in opposition to traditional relationships and marriage [They are pushing their radical, deviant, sinful agenda everywhere they can and with results because so few stand up to them. They are corrupting more and more of society. We are becoming more and more morally bankrupt. The problem for all of us is that this capitulation has consequences that are totally detrimental to the society.].
Here’s what You Can Play Project said in a released statement:
‘We would encourage our partners at the NHL to carefully consider the message sent to fans—all fans—by holding the 2018 NHL Draft celebration in a state that has chosen to write discrimination into law [Liars. The legislation is NOT discriminatory against allegedly transsexuals. Simply a Leftist lie. The real discrimination is against women and girls through trying to force men, who delusively believe they are women, into women’s private facilities. The true discrimination is against the majority and the discrimination is against women and girls.]. Hosting events like the draft is a privilege. We believe events like this should be held in states, cities and venues where all fans, athletes and their families feel welcome [Seriously? Do you really believe women feel welcome in cities that allow men into their restrooms and shower facilities. You are as delusional as the men who believe they are women.].’
Look closely at what it says in the beginning of the statement. It wants the NHL to ‘consider carefully [Extra “consider” deleted.] the message sent to fans—all fans—by holding the 2018 NHL Draft celebration in a state that has chosen to write discrimination into law.’
In other words, the tiny minority really doesn’t want all fans considered, only those aligning with their worldview [Of course. That is always their motive operandi.]. After all, if all fans were considered, the vast majority completely reject the idea of having men invade women’s bathrooms where our grandmothers, mothers, wives or daughters are privately using [Most certainly.].
To me, the owners of the Dallas Stars should immediately fire Jim Lites and apologize to the majority of fans that want the women in their lives safe from this outrageous intrusion on their privacy.
As someone who has been a fan of the Dallas Stars from the time they were in Minnesota as the Minnesota North Stars, they’ve done something I never thought could happen: turn into someone that now opposes who they are and what they officially represent.
Now fans should do an “ESPN” on them and abandon buying tickets to teach them that we have no interest in them supporting the opposite sex going to the bathroom with our family and friends.
For conservatives, this will be a great public test to see if they have any relevance to the country, and have any interest in winning [He has laid down the challenge. Are conservative sports fans up to it? The challenge is not just about the Dallas Stars. It is about ALL the sports teams, leagues, and organizations who have capitulated to the radical homosexual agenda.].
