Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. ‘HHS accomplishes its mission through programs and initiatives that cover a wide spectrum of activities, serving and protecting Americans at every stage of life, beginning at conception [Finally, a branch of the federal government will actually recognize the scientific FACT that life begins at conception.].
That’s a life-changing difference.
It seems that the government has suddenly become believers in what the science teaches us about human life [And has for well over a century—since the 1800’s.], namely that it begins at conception.
Moreover, HHS went even further and made its first strategic goal to ‘Reform, Strengthen, and Modernize the Nation’s Health Care.’ Again, this sounds fairly innocuous and uncontroversial, but a quick reading of the introduction to this strategic goal makes its purpose abundantly clear.
Here’s what the intro says:
‘HHS is dedicated to reforming, strengthening, and modernizing the Nation’s health care system. By promoting greater affordability and balancing spending, strengthening health care quality and patient safety, improving access and expanding choices, and investing in the health care workforce, HHS seeks to improve health care outcomes for people we serve. While we may refer to the people we serve as beneficiaries, enrollees, patients, or consumers, our ultimate goal is to improve healthcare outcomes for all people, including the unborn, across healthcare settings.’
But wait folks, it gets better. The third new strategic goal not only mentions life beginning at conception, but it argues that care should continue through ‘natural death [No assisted suicide nonsense.].’ The third strategic goal has HHS working to ‘Strengthen the Economic and Social Well-Being of Americans across the Lifespan,’ in that goal we find this beautiful nugget [What a difference a change in Administration makes, IF this holds to be true.].
‘A core component of the HHS mission is our dedication to serve all Americans from conception to natural death, but especially those individuals and populations facing or at high risk for economic and social well-being challenges, through effective human services.’
These changes signal something tremendous underway in the Trump administration and they continue to reinforce the truth that President Donald Trump is the ‘most pro-life’ President that we’ve ever elected [I do not believe this is true. This is an extreme stretch when he says EVER. This is a stretch even from the unconstitutional Roe vs. Wade decision. Words are cheap. This is not even approved policy yet.]. If for nothing else, this is one very important reason for conservatives everywhere to continue to cheer the President on and to lend support to his administration.”

An agency strategic plan is one of three main elements required by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993 (P.L. An agency strategic plan defines its mission, goals, and the means by which it will measure its progress in addressing specific national problems over a four-year period.”

If implemented, this declaration of scientific fact is a step forward. It will be implemented before the 2018 general election. Every pro-life Congressional candidate should emphasis this declaration within the campaign. Challenge and attack the scientifically impaired and science denying Leftist candidates. Even the seven judges who unconstitutionally sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb admitted that, if life begins at conception, then babies within the womb are PROTECTED by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
First, we elect true constitutional conservatives to the House and the Senate. Then, Congress passes a law abolishing the murder of babies within the womb without exceptions since there are no exceptions for murder.
By the way, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services is an unconstitutional Department within the federal government. The federal government under the powers granted to it by the Constitution has no authority to be involved in health and human services. It was established by the Left as a split of the unconstitutional Health, Education, and Welfare Department. The other unconstitutional Department involved in the split was the Department of Education.
When are we going to declare enough is enough and DEMAND the END to the MURDER of this nation’s own children within the womb. How many more babies for how many more years are going to be murdered and tortured in the process of these murders?

04) The majority opinion in the Roe vs. Wade case that unconstitutionally and illegally sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb stated that if life begins at conception, then, of course, babies within the womb are protected by the Fourteen Amendment. Roe vs. Wade was a State of Texas case so the court was concerned with the protections of the Fourteen Amendment.
05) The court then falsely claimed that when life begins was not known and therefore babies within the womb were not protected by the Fourteenth Amendment.
06) The majority of the court then mysteriously created a right that has never existed within the Constitution and can not be found within the Constitution. The court sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb by the baby’s own mother.
07) The killing of an innocent is by definition murder. All babies within the womb are by definition innocent. They have done nothing to justify the taking of his/her life.
08) Every abortion is the murder of a baby within the womb. There are no exceptions to murder.
09) No court decision is the law of the land. Only Congress can make law. Article I Section 1 of the United States Constitution: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”
10) Seven unelected men by sanctioning the murder of babies within the womb turned thousands of mothers into murderers. Some of whom became mass murderers.
11) Five of the seven member majority that sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb were appointed by Republican Presidents.
12) Two of the seven member majority that sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb were appointed by Democrat Presidents.
13) One Democrat appointed justice and one Republican appointed justice voted to uphold the Constitutional protection of life afforded in the Fourteenth Amendment.
