Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. 04) The majority opinion in the Roe vs. Wade case that unconstitutionally and illegally sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb stated that if life begins at conception, then, of course, babies within the womb are protected by the Fourteen Amendment. Roe vs. Wade was a State of Texas case so the court was concerned with the protections of the Fourteen Amendment.
05) The court then falsely claimed that when life begins was not known and therefore babies within the womb were not protected by the Fourteenth Amendment.
06) The majority of the court then mysteriously created a right that has never existed within the Constitution and can not be found within the Constitution. The court sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb by the baby’s own mother.
07) The killing of an innocent is by definition murder. All babies within the womb are by definition innocent. They have done nothing to justify the taking of his/her life.
08) Every abortion is the murder of a baby within the womb. There are no exceptions to murder.
09) No court decision is the law of the land. Only Congress can make law. Article I Section 1 of the United States Constitution: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”
10) Seven unelected men by sanctioning the murder of babies within the womb turned thousands of mothers into murderers. Some of whom became mass murderers.
11) Five of the seven member majority that sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb were appointed by Republican Presidents.
12) Two of the seven member majority that sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb were appointed by Democrat Presidents.
13) One Democrat appointed justice and one Republican appointed justice voted to uphold the Constitutional protection of life afforded in the Fourteenth Amendment. Statistically, therefore, more Democrat appointed judges voted to uphold the Constitution than did Republican appointed judges. 1 in 3 in relation to 1 in 6.
14) More females are murdered within the womb each year for the last forty years than any other single cause of death for females.
15) More females are murdered within the womb each year through sex selection murders than are males through sex selection murders.
16) More Blacks are murdered within the womb each year for the last forty years than any other single cause of death for Blacks.
17) More Hispanics are murdered within the womb each year for the last forty years than any other single cause of death for Hispanics.

Let me be perfectly clear. Abortion is murder. The murder of babies within the womb should never have been sanctioned by the federal government. The murder of babies within the womb should be abolished immediately by Congress. However, until that happens, I support laws that decrease the number of murders of babies within the womb. Nevertheless, these laws are not sufficient. Abortion under any and all circumstances needs to be abolished. Abolish the murder of babies within the womb NOW.
