Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. I don’t know of any other State where the Lieutenant Governor is as powerful as he is in Texas. The Texas Legislature also officially meets only once every two years. That time has passed. The Governor would have to call a second Special Session if anything is to be done before the November 2018 election. I have this knowledge of Texas because I lived in Texas for just over two years and listened to Pratt on Texas. He has a radio program that deals specifically with Texas politics. He is conservative and very knowledgeable.], and conservatives across the state!
If we don’t take a stand here, it’s only a matter of time before biological men will be able to share showers and locker rooms with women and girls all across America [Not a given. However, it is certainly being pushed and the movement to invade the private facilities of girls and women needs to be stopped. And it can be. In my hometown of Morton, 4 of the 7 school board members pushed through a policy to allow delusional boys to use girls’ facilities. And delusional girls to use boys’ facilities. There was enough pushback that the three board members who voted for the policy, who were up for reelection earlier this year in 2017, all decided not to run for reelection. Voters NEED to rebel against these policies when foisted upon them. The power is in the ballot box at the federal level, the State level, and the local level. We NEED to use that power by nominating conservative candidates in BOTH Parties and then voting those conservative candidates into office. We need to be proactive not just reactive. The Left strives upon our complacency. It is harder to remove a policy than preventing it in the first place. A prominent example of that is Obamacare. The Left moved mountains to pass it. In seven years and now with control of the House, the Senate, and the Presidency; Republicans still have not been able to repeal the monstrosity.]

Then, this summer, during the Texas legislative session, Leftists teamed up with big business and the moderate House Speaker Joe Straus. Together they managed to block multiple bills in the House, even after the Senate had given their stamp of approval—and despite the fact that many of these very same big businesses do not even have similar policies in place for their own business facilities [Exactly. Because their female employees would not stand for having males in their facilities at the same time. I’ve asked these companies over and over again if they allow male employees to be in such facilities at the same time as female employees and they NEVER answer back. Which means they do not. Hypocrites who would rather advance a radical Leftist agenda and avoid being attacked by the radical Left. A large number of major businesses have capitulated to the intimidation, name calling tactics of the radical homosexual Left.]!
Governor Abbott and Lieutenant Governor Patrick haven’t given up yet, but it’s going to be a tough battle [It probably will not be won until the current State Speaker of the House is replaced. The Republicans in the House need to show some political courage and do the right thing. Replace the Speaker with a conservative. The State Senate became much more conservative after Dan Patrick was elected Lieutenant Governor. Unfortunately, the State Speaker is not elected Statewide. He is elected by the members of the State House of Representative by majority vote. The Republicans could remove him IF they unite around one candidate. At the moment, that is a very big if. The Leftist Democrats are going to support the current Speaker because he is the best they are going to get with Republicans in the majority.].
