Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. According to the label on the clip, Jones was speaking on the sidelines of a campaign stop he made last Thursday at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Daphne, Alabama.
In the clip, a woman asks Jones, ‘I know that you are for equal rights for everyone. Mr. Jones, what about transgender [transsexual] people in schools and bathrooms?”
Dean Young, a former candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, who is a longtime friend of Alabama Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate Judge Roy Moore, released the clip at a press conference Monday.
Speaking to Breitbart News, Young, who uploaded the clip to his YouTube channel, stated that the woman who asked the question in the video was sent to the Jones campaign stop by Young himself.
Young used the occasion of the press conference to label Jones a ‘flaming, left-wing liberal extremist [Accurate except for the liberal part. Doug Jones is well past liberal as are all Leftists.].’
Young exclaimed, ‘Doug Jones thinks it’s okay for guys to pretend like they are girls and go into the little girls restrooms in schools [That is what Doug Jones said. He is accurate.]. Doug Jones thinks it’s okay for guys to pretend like they are girls and to go into girl’s locker rooms and take showers with them from kindergarten to college [And I’m certain from his e-mails far beyond college.]. That won’t work in Alabama [I should hope not. It should not work in even the bluest of blue States. It is evil and dangerous for females. There are very valid reasons why the sexes are separated. Given all the sexual harassment charges going on, even more reason than ever.].’
‘You have a lot of good people in Alabama who believe in God and country. They won’t stand for this. It won’t work. … He needs to quit pretending he’s a moderate. You need a sense of common decency in Alabama to win. Doug Jones is out in left field.”
While the video was clearly a political ambush [How so? It was and is a legitimate question. Doug Jones did not respond as if he thought it was a political ambush.] attempt against Jones, it does spotlight the Democrat candidate’s position on the controversial issue of transgender [transsexual] people pertaining to bathrooms and locker rooms.
Jones’s statement that ‘they were wrong to get rid of those Title IX Rules’ was a reference to the decision by the Trump administration’s Departments of Justice and Education to rescind guidelines [illegally] put into place by the Obama administration regarding the treatment of transgender [transsexual] students and their rights to same-sex spaces in public schools [There is no such right and NEVER has been.], notably bathrooms and locker rooms.
The Obama administration’s guidelines interpreted [rewriting] Title IX rules concerning transgender [transsexual] people. Title IX of the U.S. Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination ‘on the basis of sex [On the basis of sex. NOT on the basis of which sex one thinks he or she is. That would be utter nonsense and negate the purpose and reason for Title IX in the first place.’ in any educational program that receives federal funding.
The Obama administration’s guidelines called for schools receiving federal funding to ‘treat a student’s gender [sex] identity as the student’s sex for purposes of Title IX and its implementing regulations [Which rewrites the law and negates the purpose of the law.]. This means that a school must not treat a transgender [transsexual] student [As I’ve said before, there is no such thing as a transsexual person. A person is either male or female depending upon his or her chromosomes.] differently from the way it treats other students of the same gender [sex] identity.’
The guidelines expressly call for federally funded schools to allow transgender [transsexual] people to use the bathrooms and locker rooms that are consistent with their ‘gender [sex] identity [Which is immoral.].’
The guidelines state:
‘Restrooms and Locker Rooms. A school may provide separate facilities on the basis of sex, but must allow transgender [transsexual] students access to such facilities consistent with their gender [sex] identity. A school may not require transgender [transsexual] students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender [sex] identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so. A school may, however, make individual-user options available to all students who voluntarily seek additional privacy [The rule violates the law.].’
Besides rescinding those guidelines, in August, Trump signed a directive calling for the U.S. Armed Forces to cease proceeding with the recruitment of transgender [transsexual] people into the military. The order also bars the Department of Defense from providing medical treatment regimens for any transgender [transsexual] individuals currently serving in the military [People who delusively believe they are a sex different from reality should not be in the military and that was the case before the Obama Administration illegally changed it.].

Why would any voter vote for a candidate that supports men and women, boys and girls sharing the same restroom and shower facilities at the same time? What could possibly go wrong? What could possibly go wrong in a nation where sexual harassment has become a major issue? Imagine the sexual harassment than can and will occur when boys invade the restrooms and showers of teenage girls in schools and elsewhere. No wonder the Left is pushing the alleged “rights” of delusional “transsexuals.” It opens up a whole new world of opportunity for the “Harvey Weinsteins/Bill Clintons” and the want to be “Harvey Weinsteins/Bill Clintons” of the Left.
