Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Judicial Watch Sues For Records on Failed $7 Billion School Grants Program Under Obama

(CNSNews.com) - Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit on June 5 to obtain records from the Department of Education after the department reported the Obama administration’s $7 billion School Improvement Grants (SIG) program had ‘no significant impacts on math and reading test scores, high school graduation, or college enrollment [The conclusion of the Department of Education about a Department of Education program. That’s bleak.].’
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in the District of Columbia because the Education Department did not comply with a FOIA request by Judicial Watch in April.
School Improvement Grants were first awarded to states starting in 1965 [Before there was even a Department of Education. The Department was created under the Carter Administration out of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW). The remainder of HEW became the Department of Health and Human Services. Both Departments were and are unconstitutional.], were reauthorized under President George W. Bush’s ‘No Child Left Behind’ program in 2002 [A disaster of a policy and program.], and later became an important component of President Barack Obama’s education policies [Which were and are another disaster of a policy and program.].
The primary goal of SIGs is to improve the performance of students at the country’s lowest-performing schools [The stated goal in theory. The actual goal was and is control of the education system within the United States by the Federal government.].
However, the Department of Education stated in its January 2017 report that ‘the findings in this report do not lend much support for the SIG program having achieved this goal.’
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said,[One of the good guys and one of the good guys organizations.] ‘It is not surprising that the bureaucrats at the Education Department don’t want Americans to know that the billions of dollars funneled into public education programs did nothing to help children learn. [The Department of Education is the Department, with the assistance of the Obama Injustice Department, which tried to force schools to allow delusional “transsexual” students within the facilities of their delusional sex rather than their biological sex. They also tried to force male athletes into female sports in DIRECT violation of Title 9 of the Education Amendments Act of 1972.]”
‘The new leadership at the Education Department should release these records about this Obama administration education boondoggle,’ said Fitton.

(CNSNews.com) - The federal government pays about 17 percent more in total compensation—including both wages and benefits—than the private sector does for similar workers, according to a report by the Congressional Budget Office.
‘Overall,’ CBO concluded, ‘total compensation was about 17 percent higher, on average, for federal workers than for similar private-sector workers, indicating that the government spent about 17 percent more on total compensation than it would have if it provided its employees compensation equal to that of their private-sector counterparts.’
‘For workers with a bachelor’s degree or less, the cost of total compensation averaged about $60 per hour worked for federal employees, compared to about $46 per hour worked for employees in the private sector with similar observable characteristics [Could this be because of unionization and the federal government not having the same motivation to negotiate to keep control of overall costs to the government as the private sector is motivated to keep costs down?],’ said the CBO.
‘In contrast,’ said CBO, ‘the total compensation averaged about $77 per hour worked for federal employees with a master’s degree, professional degree, or doctorate, which is about $3 less than the average for their private sector counterparts.’
When benefits are left out of the equation, and only wages are considered, federal workers with a bachelor’s degree or less are still paid more than their private sector counterparts.
‘Federal workers with no more than a high school diploma earned 34 percent more per hour, on average, than private-sector employees with the same level of education,’ said the CBO report.
‘Federal employees whose highest level of education was a bachelor’s degree—about one-third of the federal workforce—earned roughly 5 percent more per hour, on average, than similar workers in the private sector,’ said CBO.
Those with a doctorate or profession degree, however, earned higher wages in the private sector than in the federal government.
‘Federal workers with a doctorate or professional degree earned 24 percent less per hour, on average, than similar workers in the private sector [However, they don’t hold the same power over our lives that high level echelon government bureaucrats do. We can reject and not participate with private companies. What the federal government does effects everyone of us in some way.],’ said CBO.
Also, when benefits are left out of the equation and only the average wages for federal workers are considered, the federal government would still save money if it made the wages it pays its workers equal to those of private-sector workers with the same educational level [Many fewer high level echelon bureaucrats in the total work force. It’s a hierarchy of power and authority. The broad base are the lowest paid employees with the least power and authority. The higher up the less people and higher pay per person. The same classic design in both private and public bureaucracies.].
‘On average, for employees at all educational levels, wages were 3 percent higher for workers in the federal government than for private-sector workers with certain similar observable characteristics [The largest single employer by far in the United States is the federal government. When I lived in Tucson, four of the five largest employers in the Tucson Metropolitan Area were governments. The school district in which I was a board member was one of the top 100 employers. I don’t remember the exact placement and, at that time, there were, at least, three school districts that were larger than we were.],’ said CBO. ‘Thus, the federal government would have reduced its spending on wages by 3 percent if it had decreased the pay of its less educated employees and increased the pay of its more educated employees [And they would save even more if they did not increase the pay of the highly educated because, in reality, they work for the federal government for the power and prestige more so than the money. Many move from higher paying jobs to the government. Others know they will land much higher paying jobs after they leave the government BECAUSE they worked for the government.] most to match the wages of their private-sector counterparts.’
The disparity between the benefits paid to federal workers and the benefits paid to private-sector workers is much greater than the disparity in wages, according to the CBO report.
‘As with wages, differences in the cost of benefits in the federal government and the private sector varied by employees’ highest level of education,’ said CBO. ‘For example, CBO estimates that, relative to the costs for similar workers in the private sector, benefit costs were about: 93 percent higher, on average, for federal workers with a high school diploma or less education; 52 percent higher, on average, for federal workers whose highest level of education was a bachelor’s degree; and roughly the same, on average, for federal workers with a professional degree or doctorate.’
The CBO noted that there could be non-quantifiable ‘traits’ that could effect a worker’s compensation in and out of government [For the federal government under the Obama Administration, more compensation if the employee was Black or another identified “minority,” or female, or homosexual, or transsexual, or any other delusional “sex,” or a Leftist, or a member of one of the Left’s many organizations, or an illegal alien, or a convicted felony particularly based upon selling illegal drugs, or a muslim, or any other “victimized” group as defined by the Left?].
‘Even among workers with similar observable characteristics, however, employees of the federal government and in the private sector may differ in other traits, such as motivation or effort, that is not easy to measure but that can matter a great deal for individuals’ compensation [If it is difficult to measure, then how does one know how much to compensate for that which is difficult to measure?],’ said the CBO report.”
One of the best ways to reverse the out-of-control spending of the federal government is to terminate the eight unconstitutional Departments within the federal government. The first to be ended should be the Department of Education, which if anything, has made education worse in the United States. Unfortunately, Establishment Republicans keep growing the Department of Education instead of ending it. Earlier this year, the Republicans EXPANDED pre-school education just like the Left wanted. Talk about politically and fiscally insane.
