Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Karen Handel was in charge of Komen at the time it decided to defund the Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] abortion [murder of babies within the womb] company. She later quit when the organization’s board quickly reversed her decision after Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] and the mainstream media heaped significant scorn on the organization [Komen has been losing financial support since and just terminated its sponsored fund raising event in Phoenix, Arizona. Furthermore, there is ample scientific research that having an abortion increases the chances of women also developing breast cancer. For Komen to give money to Planned Murderhood based upon the given scientific research seems rather absurd.].
Now Handel will take her pro-life use to Congress and continue fighting the nation’s largest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] business.
Today, pro-life advocates are congratulating Handel for her solid win against pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] Democrat Jon Ossoff in the highly publicized special election for Tom Price’s seat in Georgia. In April, Democratic National Committee [DNC] Chairman Tom Perez decided that the DNC would only support candidates who support an extreme abortion [murder of babies within the womb] agenda calling for unrestricted abortion [murder of babies within the womb] for any reason—including late abortions [murders of babies within the womb] after 20 weeks and taxpayer funding of abortion [murder of babies within the womb. He has since claimed to have backed away from that extreme position. If true or not is another question. The Left lies repeatedly.]. In many areas of the country, Democratic candidates must have pro-life votes in order to win [And therefore, they do not win.], however they also must appease the pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] masters of the Democratic Party [Not if they actually want to win. The fact is that, of the seven judges who sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb in Roe vs. Wade, five of them were appointed by Republican Presidents. Of the two who opposed the murder of babies within the womb, one was appointed by a Democrat President and one was appointed by a Republican President.], including Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood], NARAL [National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League] and Emily’s [‘Early Money Is Like Yeast’] List.
The National Right to Life Victory Fund contacted thousands of identified pro-life voters in Georgia by mail, phone, and through social media with information about the differences between pro-life Republican Karen Handel and pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] Democrat Jon Ossoff. Despite nearly $60 million spent in the most expensive congressional race in history [Most of which was for the benefit of the Democrat candidate.], Handel prevailed 53% to 47%.
‘The pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] side cannot match the infrastructure and grassroots base of National Right to Life and its 3,000 chapters and state affiliates, which can respond quickly anywhere in the country [Nor the willingness to fight for life over the Left’s scheming to murder innocent babies within the womb. Handel was Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Sonny Perdue before being elected as Georgia’s first female Secretary of State in 2006. She is the former Vice President of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the author of the book Planned Bullyhood: The Truth Behind the Headlines about the Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] Funding Battle with Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Handel resigned from her position as Susan G. Komen Foundation’s Senior Vice President of Public Policy after the organization reversed its decision to end grants to Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood].
