Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

“THE END OF FREEDOM: Republican Senator: ‘The Federal Government, Congress Has Created The Right For Every American To Have Health Care’

While House Republicans celebrated with President Trump on Thursday over the passage of the American Health Care Act [AHCA], Senate Republicans were already beginning to back quickly into the underbrush to avoid the blowback.
Now, it’s not as though the AHCA actually repealed Obamacare. It didn’t [It most certainly did not even though the Republicans claimed it did. At best it nibbled around the edges of it. It WILL BE a disaster if enacted into law just as Obamacare IS a disaster.]. The AHCA left many of Obamacare’s key provisions in place, and replaced others with back-door versions of the original Obamacare provisions. Pre-existing conditions coverage will remain a federal mandate, with the possibility of state opt-out with a federal waiver (politically unlikely); essential health benefits remain a federal mandate, with the possibility of state opt-out with a federal waiver (politically unlikely); the individual mandate is gone, replaced by a forced 30 percent fine by insurance companies on people who drop out of the insurance system and then wish to buy back in after a year; a new entitlement program has been created to cut checks in the form of tax credits for health insurance, without true means-testing, which effectively means pricing a bunch of poor people out of insurance while encouraging people to remain on Medicaid; regulations on age pricing remain, but have been loosened from 3:1 to 5:1; the feds will send $138 billion to the states to subsidize premiums in high-risk pools; regulations requiring insurance companies to charge the same prices to men and women remain, despite their physical differences; if a state does not have a high-risk pool, it cannot do away with Obamacare regulations.
On the plus side, the legislation does turn Medicaid into a block grant over time while allowing the pool of those joining Medicaid to expand until 2020; it cuts most of the Obamacare taxes; it ends the regulations governing employer mandates; it allows capped coverage again in the insurance market, promoting competition. It’s a mixed bag, in other words. But even that mixed bag is too much for the ‘moderate’ Senate Republicans [A direct BETRAYAL to those who voted for Republicans because of the PROMISE of repeal. A large group of Republicans have decided to join the big government Leftists who have destroyed the Democrat Party of old. Why would they join the LOSING side? The only answer I can come up with is that they too want big government controlling our lives just as the Left does.].
Here’s the bottom line: the Republican legislation, as much as leftists cry about, means that both parties now endorse the notion of a government-run healthcare system [That means government controlling one-sixth of our economy. Just what the Founding Fathers did not want to happen. They had first hand experience with big government control and rejected it.] It’s just a question of grays now. On Friday, Senator Bill Cassidy (R-Louisiana) [Who never was a conservative. Conservative Review scorecard: F 47%, 8 years in Congress, next election is 2020] endorsed the Bernie Sanders formulation: “There’s a widespread recognition that the federal government, Congress, has created the right for every American to have health care [There is no such right and Congress can not create rights anymore than the courts can create rights. Rights come from GOD not governments and men. Rights can not be taken away. There never has been such a right. There never will be such a right. Does that mean that every person now also has a right to food, clothing, and shelter regardless? If healthcare is a right, why shouldn’t food, clothing, and shelter be a right?].’
With this view, nationalized health care is right around the corner. As Charles Krauthammer stated last night on Fox News, ‘Over the past seven years, people’s expectations have changed … the country is at a point where I think it believes in universal coverage [Believing and being are two different things. Who exactly is going to pay for this and since when does anyone have to pay for a right?]…. Within a few years there won’t even be an argument about whether or not government has an obligation to ensure that everybody gets health coverage [Health insurance coverage IS NOT healthcare. He just changed the topic.].’
There is no right to health care [Or to health insurance.]. You do not have the right to put a gun to my wife’s head (she’s a family physician) and demand care, or demand that the government do so. Rights pre-exist government [True, because rights come from GOD. Of course, the Left then has a problem because they do not believe in GOD.], and government is maintained in order to preserve those rights [This is not true. However, it does not change the basic truth that rights come from GOD and not man.]. That is what the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence proclaimed [They actually proclaim that rights come from GOD and we the people have an obligation to overthrow any government that denies us our GOD-given rights.]. There is a right to access to health care, but once you declare a right to health care, only compulsion can achieve the realization of such a right. Passing the AHCA may move the health insurance industry in the right direction. But by proclaiming it a ‘repeal and replace,’ as Trump and the Republicans have done, they’ve endorsed government-guaranteed health care, and then wrongly slapped the ‘free market’ label on it [Anything that is government controlled is by definition NOT a free market.]. That’s a disaster in the making [Yes, it is and it is ridiculous to claim that it is a free market. This is the second MAJOR Republican lie. The first, of course, being that Obamacare is being repealed.]. The shortcomings of the AHCA will now be blamed on the free market rather than on the government. At least when Obamacare failed, people knew to blame big government; if the AHCA fails, people will blame deregulation [There was no deregulation. There were changes in the regulations.]. That will be Republicans’ fault [Yes, it will and the Left will be quick to claim as much.].
Obama won and continues to win because he shifted the political ground upon which Republicans now walk. Not one elected Republican has the strength of mind or character or political position to tell the truth about healthcare [That’s not true. There are still a few that are calling for repeal only.]. Instead, they’ll lie to both sides: they’ll say that they have brought the free market back, even as they say that they’ve ensured universality in health care coverage. Both cannot be simultaneously true [Absolutely true. It can not be both. It is similar to have two masters. It can‘t happen.]. And while the American people do enjoy being lied to about health care [I don’t], they don’t like it when reality demonstrates that lies remain lies, no matter who is telling them [A lie is a lie is a lie just as the truth is the truth is the truth. A lie can not be true and the truth can not be a lie.].”

Now, Gruber states that Trump care [Why Donald Trump wants his name attached to this monstrosity is beyond me.] is basically Obamacare-lite [As conservatives have said. It was not a repeal coming out of the House. It is not a repeal presently in the Senate and I doubt seriously if it will be.]. ‘I’m torn this morning,’ Gruber said. ‘On the one hand, this is no longer an Obamacare repeal bill. That’s good [Not for the American people.]. On the other hand, it’s just a giant cut in Medicaid [Medicaid should be ended altogether at the federal level but as a stand alone bill and at a future time.], that’s what this bill amounts to, and that’s bad.’
Sadly, Gruber is right.
Trumpcare is designed to do two things: first, to restructure Medicaid, in order to save money for use in the CBO [Congressional Budget Office] scoring of tax reform; second, to declare victory in repealing Obamacare without repealing it [Because the Republicans think we are stupid just as the Left thinks the American people are stupid. I’ve said all along it was not a repeal. It was not a repeal in the House. It is not a repeal in the Senate. Saying it is will not make it so. It will just make Republicans liars just as the Left lied during the passage of Obamacare.]. This bill would accomplish both those goals, presumably. It would not repeal Obamacare, but Republicans will proclaim it a repeal anyway—the worst possible outcome, since Republicans will then own whatever comes next while leaving the most awful provisions of Obamacare in place [Why would they do that? What is wrong with them? Why do they want to own a disaster?], leading to increased premiums and debt and worse coverage [Wow. The perfect outcome for the Left. Getting to hang the albatross of Obamacare around the neck of the Republicans. What are the Republicans thinking? Are they thinking?].

Thankfully, Senators Mike Lee (R-Utah), Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), and Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) aren’t playing along.
In a joint statement, the four senators said:
‘Currently, for a variety of reasons, we are not ready to vote for this bill, but we are open to negotiation and obtaining more information before it is brought to the floor. There are provisions in this draft that represent an improvement to our current healthcare system but it does not appear this draft as written will accomplish the most important promise that we made to Americans: to repeal Obamacare and lower their healthcare costs [The only way healthcare costs are going to be lowered is going BACK to the free market system and totally rejecting government control. Competition lowers costs. Government controls raise costs. Economic truth.].’

Establishment Republicans are lying. Trying to “fix” Obamacare is similar to trying to patch the rupture in the Titanic as it is sinking into the sea. Didn’t happen. Could not have been “fixed” anyway. Obamacare CAN NOT BE FIXED!
Obamacare was and is unconstitutional, unworkable, and far worse than the actual healthcare—not health insurance—individuals and families had under the free market system before its passage even with some perverse State regulations. Congress should repeal Obamacare lock, stock, and barrel. Congress should not rewrite Obamacare. Congress should not revise Obamacare. Congress should not replace Obamacare. Congress should allow the free market system to work without federal regulation of the free markets that had provided healthcare that was the envy of the world.
Congress: Get your hands off of our healthcare and keep your hands off of our healthcare. No government is competent enough to control the healthcare of a free people. No government is competent enough to control the healthcare of an enslaved people, for that matter.
