Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Article 1 Section 8 ¶ 1. “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States….” All money that goes to the United States goes through Congress and only Congress. The federal executive branch has no say in the receipt, collection, and distribution of such money. Thus, all such fines from any activity involving the federal government goes into the federal treasury. The Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed on June 12, demands ‘records relating to an Obama administration policy of settling agency lawsuits against corporate defendants by requiring that the corporations make ‘donations’ to left-wing interest groups La Raza, the (National) Urban League and the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC),’ according to the press release [Any money from federal lawsuits or court cases goes INTO the federal Treasury without exception. The three left-wing groups cited in the Judicial Watch lawsuit are already backed with millions of dollars from liberal organizations like the Ford Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Soros.
The Ford Foundation gave more than $19.6 million to La Raza, $3.7 million to the National Urban League and nearly $1.2 million to the NCRC between 2003 and 2015.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation meanwhile gave almost $24 million to La Raza and $15.5 to the National Urban League during the same time frame.
Soros’ Open Society Foundation (OSF) gave $4.76 million to the La Raza and $700,000 to NCFC.
The Ford Foundation, Gates Foundation and OSF have given to many other left-wing causes as well. They are among Planned Parenthood’s [Planned Murderhood’s] largest donors after giving tens of millions of dollars. OSF and the Ford Foundation also funded journalism groups behind the ongoing attacks on ExxonMobil over climate change.
Leaked emails from OSF revealed that during Obama’s presidency, Soros advised then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on foreign policy in Albania. He also gave at least $10.5 million to Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

These so called non-profits are receiving federal money directly and indirectly. Indirectly through the federal tax code and the listing of the organizations as nonprofits. Directly through federal government payments which have not been approved by Congress and through executive government executed kickbacks from businesses through the court system. The kickback practice should be ended immediately, if it hasn’t been already. People involved in the kickback scheme should be prosecuted.
Then, the tax laws need to be changed. The profit/nonprofit categories should be ended. All business organizations of all types from sole proprietors on up should not be taxed on any money within the business being used by the business.
The United States government should NOT be funding businesses and organizations of any kind with taxpayer money either directly or indirectly.
