Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Two African American pro-life leaders filed a lawsuit Friday against the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C., alleging that it violated their rights to freedom of speech and religious liberty.

“The National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) is a Smithsonian Institution museum established in December 2003. … It has close to 37,000 objects in its collection related to such subjects as community, family, the visual and performing arts, religion, civil rights, slavery, and segregation.”

“The Smithsonian asked Congress to establish a federally funded study commission [in 2001]. The lawsuit stems from an incident on February 1 when the Reverend Clenard H. Childress Jr. and Jacqueline Hawkins, two African American pro-life advocates, set up a display outside the Smithsonian’s new museum in downtown Washington, D.C.
The pro-life display was a project of the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, a California-based pro-life organization, which also is a party in the lawsuit, Christian Post reports.
Childress, Hawkins and organization director Gregg Cunningham set up a poster outside the African American museum on February 1 to expose how the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] industry targets black women and babies [More Blacks die each year through the murder of Black babies within the womb than by any other means, by far. If Black lives mattered to the Left, the Left would end the murder of Black babies within the womb. Of course they will not because the murder of babies within the womb of all races is one of the most important agenda items for the Left.], according to the American Freedom Law Center, which represents the pro-lifers in the suit.
When the museum staff noticed the display, they told Childress and Hawkins that they had to move, according to the lawsuit. When Childress and Hawkins said they were allowed to be on the public sidewalk [which they are.], a museum staff member called the police, according to the lawsuit.

The pro-life legal group explained:
‘The senior OPS [Office of Public Safety] officer warned Pastor Childress and Ms. Hawkins that if they did not move to a location across the street, then he and his fellow officers would physically move them [Why? What ordinance were they violating? Is it a public sidewalk or is it not? Would the officers have taken the same action against a Leftist group such as Black Lives Matter? Would the museum staff had called the police on a Black Lives Matter gathering in front of the Museum?]. … Rather than face arrest or physical force, Pastor Childress and Ms. Hawkins ceased their expressive activity and moved per the officer’s order. The OPS officer, acting on behalf of (the museum), forced Pastor Childress and Ms. Hawkins to move to a location where they could not reach their target audience and where their message would be silenced.’
In the lawsuit, the parties ask the museum to admit to violating the pro-life advocates’ constitutional rights to free speech and religious expression, and recognize that the sidewalks outside the museum are ‘public forums for free speech activity.’
‘Our clients have a clear right under the First Amendment to engage in their peaceful, non-obstructive free speech activity on the public sidewalks outside of this museum,’ said Robert Muise, senior counsel for the legal group. ‘If the curators won’t tell the story about the impact of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] on the African American community inside the museum [Is this an important historical event in the history of Blacks within the United States? Why is it ignored by the bureaucrats who operate the museum for the federal government?], our clients will exercise their free speech rights and tell it outside.’
Muise said the museum should be the one informing people about the impact of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] on the African American community [Certainly it should be. Why isn’t it? Because the Museum has been politicized by the Obama Administration and the Left?], but it is not. The legal group pointed to statistics indicating that approximately 18 million unborn black babies have been aborted [murdered] in the past 40 years [That somehow is NOT significant? That’s 450,000 Black babies murders each year for 40 years. The population of Tucson, Arizona is slightly over 500,000. Therefore, the murder of Black babies each year would wipe out most of the population of Tucson, Arizona each year for the last forty years. That’s not significant?].
‘… at a minimum, African American citizens such as Pastor Childress and Ms. Hawkins shouldn’t be threatened by government officials with arrest or force for expressing their message on the public sidewalks in front of this museum,’ Muise said.
The museum previously faced criticism for pushing a liberal agenda when it omitted U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas from its displays. Thomas, a conservative, is the second African American to serve on the high court [That is why he was omitted? Because he is a Black conservative and as everyone on the Left seems to think, “A Black can not be a conservative just as women can not be conservatives.”].
President Trump should have fired every single President Obama appointed bureaucrat in the federal bureaucracy within the first few weeks of taking office. That included the head of the FBI who should have been immediately fired for not recommending that then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton be prosecuted for violating federal law which she clearly did. And which he admitted she did.
The Trump Administration should also be actively monitoring the decisions of ever bureau and agency within the federal bureaucracy to insure that these bureaus and agencies are not continuing to carry out the policies of the Obama Administration. Every executive order should have been frozen by the Trump Administration and reviewed. Only after being approved by the Trump Administration should the bureaucracy be allowed to enforce any Obama Administration executive order or agreement. Such orders and agreements are not law.
