Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Target from 57.13 on 10/6/17 to 59.50 on 12/1/17 up 4.15% with the Dow up 6.4% over the same period. Target is still lagging behind the larger market as measured by the Dow. The boycott stills seems to be having the desired effect.

Note: I was a high school teacher for ten years in Illinois. The first year at a small school district that had 200 students in the high school. Nine years at a large suburban school district that had about 2000+ students in the high school. I was also a school board member in Arizona for four years during the 1980s. At that time, the district had about 6,000 students. Last time I checked, it had approximately 16,000 students.

Police in Georgia have responded to a reported school shooting at Dalton High School Wednesday.
A teacher who was barricaded inside a classroom is now in custody, police say. No children were harmed, and the school has been evacuated.
This is a developing story. We do not have the facts. We do not know what happened. Police are still investigating.
Yet without the facts, individuals on social media are using the shooting to criticize President Donald Trump’s proposal to permit armed teachers or faculty in schools [Of course. Who needs facts when there is an agenda to be advanced? To be clear: That agenda is gun control advancing to gun confiscation and the nullification of the 2nd Amendment. The Left hates the concept of an armed populace since it makes it more difficult to enact their desire of a tyrannical central government that they control.].

Update:
Dalton Police officials held a briefing to update the press. The teacher, identified as 53-year-old Randal Davidson [From another account, he is a social science teacher just as I was.], surrendered to police. He had locked himself into his classroom, allowing nobody in, and fired a shot from a handgun through an exterior window of the classroom when the principal attempted to enter the room. The spokesman said that it ‘did not appear that it was aimed at anybody.’”
To answer the basic question: “Do you still want to arm our teachers now?” The answer is an unequivocal yes.
Let’s be clear. If this was a “Gun Free Zone,” the teacher was not deterred from bringing a gun onto the campus. He was successful in bringing a gun onto the campus. If he intended to murder students and others, it seems that there was no way to stop him. He had the means and he had the opportunity.
Furthermore, there are evil people in every profession in all walks of life. Doctors gladly take payment to murder babies within the womb. Members of Congress support and promote the murder of babies within the womb. Presidents have supported and promoted the murder of babies within the womb. Members of the federal courts, meaning lawyers, have sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb contrary to both the 5th Amendment and the 14th Amendment. Housewives have murdered both their babies within the womb and their young children outside of the womb. Evil exists and evil people do evil things. It is not a mental health issue. It is an evil issue.
Two Scenarios; two very different outcomes. This is not written to convince Leftists. They do not care about students or teachers, as such. They care about advancing their agenda. This is written for those who are willing to consider the probability of outcomes and for Capitulation Republicans who normally cave to the Leftist agenda. It is based upon my experiences as a teacher, my never personally owning a firearm based upon my personal choice, and my strong advocacy for the 2nd Amendment.
The shooter in both instances is a social science teacher in his early fifties who has taught in the same large Illinois high school for over ten years and knows most of the long term faculty and staff. His intent is to murder his fellow teachers for an unknown reason(s).
“Gun Free Zone” Scenario:
He knows how to smuggle a gun into the school. He owns several guns. He smuggles two handguns and numerous magazines into the building over the course of a week. He has decided that his targets are the teachers in one of the teachers’ lounges that he and they frequent during their preparation period. He knows who will be there, how many will be there, where they will be seated, who they will be talking to, and what they will be talking about. Most importantly, he knows none of them will be armed.
However, some of them may offer resistance. He is certain he knows who those teachers will be and, therefore, those are the teachers he will shoot first starting with those closest to him. There is only one entrance into the room. As he enters the room, he pretends he is talking to someone in the hall and says good-bye to that person as the door closes. He stealthily locks the door behind him. Turning, he quickly surveys the room. Everyone is seated as expected. A couple of teachers casually welcome him into the room.
He pulls out both guns. One in each hand and starts firing. The varsity football coach is shot first followed by other men closest to the shooter. Some teachers are frozen in surprise and fear. Some are trying to take cover as best they can. A few are moving towards him. They are shot next. After the gun in his left hand is emptied, he holsters it and replaces the magazine for the gun in his right hand. He quickly moves through the room shooting those who have tried to take cover. The massacre is over in mere seconds. Everyone has been shot although he does not know the death total. Nor does he care.
He reloads both guns and is out the door in seconds shooting at anyone who may appear in the hallway. Most don’t. The in place “survival” plan is to lock down the classroom and take cover. Of course, the shooter knows the plan and has taken the plan into account when he planned his escape route. Within seconds, he is out of the building and proceeding as planned.
Does he get away? Doesn’t matter. He accomplished what he set out to do. He was somewhat surprised at how easy it was. It does help to know the protocols in place.
“Concealed Carry Zone” Scenario:
Our hero is a first year teacher from Texas. She is 5’2,” slim, and an attractive blonde. She moved to Illinois after high school to follow her then boyfriend who received a basketball scholarship from the university. She has been around guns all her life. She was taught by her parents how to shoot both handguns and rifles before she was a teenage. By the time she was a junior, she and her boyfriend had parted ways. She got a concealed carry license when she turned 21.
She was glad she did. Her senior year there was a serial rapist terrorizing the campus. His victims were attractive blondes who were on campus during the night. She lived off campus but had a three hour night class and walked to and from her apartment to her class. She knew if she was surprised by the attacker that he may be able to subdue her before she could draw and fire her weapon. Therefore, she trained herself to be acutely aware of her surroundings. She also practiced her draw and firing. She met her new boyfriend at the firing range. He was working on his Ph.D. She decided to stay in Illinois after she graduated since he still had at least a year left before earning his degree. She took a position at a large high school in the area.
The high school and the school district was a concealed carry district. Unusual for an Illinois school district. After she was hired, she volunteered to be a concealed carry teacher. With her background, the district was happy to have her. It may have been a deciding factor in her being hired. As was required, no one knew who the concealed carry staff members were except for select administrators. Both the concealed carry staff and the administrators were instructed not to tell anyone.
As it turned out, our perpetrator was also a concealed carry teacher. He didn’t have to smuggle weapons or ammunition onto the campus. He decided that his targets are the teachers in one of the teachers’ lounges that he and they frequent during their preparation period. He knows who will be there, how many will be there, where they will be seated, who they will be talking to, and what they will be talking about.
He doesn’t know if any of the teachers are concealed carry teachers. However, he thinks he may know of one. He use to talk about his guns and shooting at a gun range before the school became concealed carry. He stopped talking about guns after the change. To be on the safe side, he decided that teacher would be the first one to be shot. He wished he knew who else were concealed carry but he’d have to take his chances once he shot the suspected teacher.
There is only one entrance into the room. As he enters the room, he pretends he is talking to someone in the hall and says good-bye to that person as the door closes. He stealthily locks the door behind him. Turning, he quickly surveys the room. Everyone is seated as expected. A couple of teachers casually welcome him into the room.
Our heroine did as she always does. When he entered the room, she looked up and paid attention to details. She thought she saw him lock the door and instinctively moved her hand toward her concealed weapon as she continued to observe his moments.
As soon as she saw his hand pulling his weapon from its holster, she pulled her own, aimed, and squeezed the trigger. She shot before he was able to aim his weapon. The bullet ripped into his head before he was able to pull the trigger. The first shot was followed by a second aimed at the heart, followed by a third to the head. She did as she was trained to do. Shoot to kill and kept on shooting until the shooter was disarmed or on the ground. The shooter had dropped both weapons and was laying motionlessly on the floor.
The teacher who the perpetrator had thought might be a concealed carry teacher had his weapon drawn as well although he did not fire. Both moved toward the shooter. The first year teacher covered the shooter as the male teacher removed the two guns. He felt for a pulse and found none. The perpetrator was dead and harmed no one.
The truth is: The best way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good gal or guy with a gun. First responders never respond before the shooting starts in a surprise attack.

The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
Rules of Life:

4) You are free to choose whatever action you want to take, but you are NOT free from the consequences of that action.
