Respect practitioners freedom of conscious
Dear Department of Health and Human Services and the Office for Civil Rights,
I am writing to express my disappointment in your department’s final rule on ‘Nondiscrimination in Health Programs and Activities.’ This rule disregards the freedom of medical practitioners to refuse to perform treatments that they believe will seriously and permanently harm their patients. Your mandate forces medical practitioners to violate the Hippocratic Oath [And is morally obscene!].
The State of North Dakota and several other institutions in North Dakota recently filed suit against you for this dangerous mandate. I am writing in support of their suit. I ask you to immediately revoke this mandate to protect the freedom of medical practitioners.
The Department of Health and Human Services previously declared that Medicare and Medicaid need not pay for gender transition treatments since ‘there is not enough evidence to determine whether gender reassignment surgery improves health outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries with gender dysphoria [It does not! It mutilates the body of a person for no possible reason. Mutilating the body of a person does not change the sex of an individual!]’ Especially given this lack of evidence, the freedom of medical practitioners should be respected.

In Sunday’s [October 9] presidential debate, Democrat Hillary Clinton declared it’s ‘really good’ that Republican Donald Trump isn’t in charge of U.S. law enforcement [For her! The Department of Injustice is an arm of the Democrat Party!]. Trump explained why she thinks so.
After defending her email scandal in which she willfully mishandled classified information, Clinton took a shot at Trump:
‘It’s just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump isn’t in charge of the law in our country,’ Clinton declared.
‘Because you’d be in jail [Will he follow up on this now that he is the President-elect?],’ Trump responded, drawing cheers from the debate audience.”

Donald Trump’s remarkable victory on Election Day is still sinking in. Judicial Watch supporters can take satisfaction that the American people resoundingly rejected Hillary Clinton corruption [Hillary Clinton is corrupt?]. Our work exposing her email had consequences. We did not do this work to prevent Hillary Clinton from winning the Oval Office; we did it to hold her, her aides, and her co-conspirators in the Obama administration accountable to the law. [Holding federal officials accountable? What a novel idea! Not! Not holding people accountable is one of the most important reasons why we are in the mess we are in today! It is past time to hold everyone in all three branches of government accountable!]
The corrupted leadership of the FBI and Justice Department didn’t want to do much with what we exposed [Of course not!]. And certainly Congress, led by a weak Republican leadership [The capitulation leadership of the Capitulation Party!], did virtually nothing on the Clinton email issue. But, the American people didn’t ignore our work, and denied Hillary Clinton the presidency [The election was a vote against the corruption of President Obama and Hillary Clinton not a vote for Donald Trump! Already, Donald Trump is talking about keeping parts of Obamacare which was and is an unconstitutional seizure of a major portion of the private economy!] as a result. One expert called Judicial Watch one of the great ‘disruptors’ of our new media age:
‘Judicial Watch is a conservative gadfly, yes, but it is acting more like a newsroom staffed by lawyers—a scary thought, to the government at the very least. There is no doubt that Judicial Watch changed history with its Clinton email investigations. The election results show that corruption matters to the American people. At a minimum, President-elect Trump should commit to a transparency revolution. The Trump administration and new Congress must focus on restoring the rule of law and accountability after the eight years of a lawless Obama administration. [Absolutely! Unfortunately, I do not believe it is going to happen!] Corruption in government is an overwhelming problem. We expect, but won’t rely upon, DC politicians to do the right thing. Judicial Watch will continue its independent investigations and lawsuits in order to hold politicians of both political parties accountable to the rule of law [Amen!].”

“As if you needed more evidence of the corruption that exists within the Obama administration, another case of blatant hypocrisy is rearing its ugly head. The Department of Justice just announced that they were pursuing criminal charges against an NSA contractor who was found with classified government documents in his home in both physical and digital formats.
According to the DOJ:
‘On August 27, 2016, search warrants were executed at Martin’s residence in Glen Burnie, Maryland, including two storage sheds, as well as upon his vehicle and person. During execution of the warrants, investigators located hard-copy documents and digital information stored on various devices and removable digital media. A large percentage of the materials recovered from Martin’s residence and vehicle bore markings indicating that they were property of the U.S. government and contained highly classified information, including Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). In addition, investigators located property of the U.S. government with an aggregate value in excess of $1,000, which Martin allegedly stole.
The complaint alleges that among the classified documents found in the search were six classified documents obtained from sensitive intelligence and produced by a government agency in 2014.’
If the NSA contractor, one Harold Thomas Martin III, is found guilty he could face up to 11 years in prison for ‘unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials’ and for ‘theft of government property.’
Does this surprise you? It probably should. I mean, if Martin is only found guilty of ‘unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials,’ he could get up to a year in prison. Which seems almost exactly like the punishment that Hillary Clinton should have faced, right? ‘Unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials’ on her private email server is exactly what transpired, [Not to mention the extremely high probability that the server was hacked by foreign governments and others who have no authority to have such classified material! Isn’t that what the FBI said as well as having classified material illegally on the computer, deleting (destroying) classified information, and lying about it!] right?”
Will Hillary Clinton be investigated once again for possible criminal activity while an employee of the federal government? As Secretary of State, she was a federal employee under ALL federal laws. Under the “rule of law,” there certainly is sufficient evidence for an investigation in expectation of an indictment. Even the current FBI Director admitted that there was sufficient evidence! Is Hillary Clinton above the law?
