Respect practitioners freedom of conscious
Dear Department of Health and Human Services and the Office for Civil Rights,
I am writing to express my disappointment in your department’s final rule on ‘Nondiscrimination in Health Programs and Activities.’ This rule disregards the freedom of medical practitioners to refuse to perform treatments that they believe will seriously and permanently harm their patients. Your mandate forces medical practitioners to violate the Hippocratic Oath [And is morally obscene!].
The State of North Dakota and several other institutions in North Dakota recently filed suit against you for this dangerous mandate. I am writing in support of their suit. I ask you to immediately revoke this mandate to protect the freedom of medical practitioners.
The Department of Health and Human Services previously declared that Medicare and Medicaid need not pay for gender transition treatments since ‘there is not enough evidence to determine whether gender reassignment surgery improves health outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries with gender dysphoria [It does not! It mutilates the body of a person for no possible reason. Mutilating the body of a person does not change the sex of an individual!]’ Especially given this lack of evidence, the freedom of medical practitioners should be respected.

Early this morning I sent the following e-mail to each of Morton’s seven school board members and the district’s superintendent.
Subject: Part 2 of “Transsexual Fantasy Strikes Morton”
I am sorry it has taken awhile for me to get back to you as Board members. I don’t want you to think I have dropped this because I have not and I will not. One of my opponents in the past has described me as a bulldog who bites into your leg and won’t let go. I hope that is a very apt description when I am fighting evil.
I have been fighting Obamacare since before it was passed including refusing to file an income tax return since it has passed. Yes, the IRS knows it because I told them and I have the letter from them telling me “You can’t do that.” to prove it. I have been fighting the evil of murdering unborn babies even longer.
I have just begun writing my second book in my The Black Sword series. I hope to have it finished before the end of the year. The series is an autobiographical “historical novel.” The second book will concentrate on my political experiences which go back to the time of creation of the “The Black Sword.” It ends at the end of this year. I intend to conclude with this immoral episode fabricated by a majority of the Morton School Board. Therefore, you will be a part of book 2.

I have e-mailed a “letter to the editor” to the Times-News and will be posting that letter tonight along with other information and my comments. My bachelor’s degree is in social science. My master’s is in political science. I have studied the problems of drug addiction. I have not studied the problems of transsexual delusion because such nonsense was not on the horizon in the late 1960’s. However, they are similar.
One can not cure a drug addict by giving him drugs and one does not help a delusional person—minor or adult—by catering to his delusion. It is not “kind” to do so. It is just the opposite. It is immoral to advocate allowing minor boys to utilize the same facilities as minor girls at the same time. It is also immoral to do so for the very people this school Board claims it wants to “support.” I will fight the members of the Board who advocate and promote this immorality. I will also fight the ACLU, the State of Illinois, the federal government, or anyone or any organization which tries to force this immorality upon the Morton School District. The tentative title for the last chapter is “Corrupt Illinois.”

P.S. A rough draft segment from the first chapter currently entitled “Revelations” of book 2.
“It was a drizzly early morning during the summer. I’m not allowed to get more specific than that other than it was after the book had been sent to the first publisher. I was at the high school track jogging laps. I was the only one at the track at the time. I was rounding the curve at the east end of the track when I saw him. He was standing at the track entrance. As I saw him, he began walking toward the track. He was waiting for me as I approached the west curve of the track. He didn’t look any older than the last time I saw him. He looked as fit, if not more so, as the last time I saw him.
He was Bill of The Black Sword. The last time I had seen Bill was when he took me to the training camp to be tested and then begin training. Obviously, he wasn’t there to kill me or I’d be dead already.
I stopped in front of him. We shook hands as if it had only been a matter of days since we last met instead of almost forty years. As always, Bill came directly to the point. The Sword knew about the book. After long hours of discussion, it was decided that the leadership approved of the book. That answered one important question. The Sword still exists. The Sword still had leadership. The Sword still kept track of its members. Once Sword, one was always Sword.
In fact, the leadership wanted me to write even more books. Bill proceeded to give me information about the Sword. Anything I was told about the Sword, I could use. I decided what to use, when to use it, how to use it, and how many books I would write and the subject matter of each. I told him that I had already decided to write five books and told him the topics of each. He said they had expected as much. They wanted to make sure that I knew some of the facts. Certainly not all by any stretch of the imagination. There was still much I wanted to know.
We shook hands and Bill left. I returned to jogging the track. That was the last time I saw or talked with him. As far as I know, that was the last time I saw or talked to any member of The Black Sword. That is the way they wanted it. Now that I had exposed myself as a member of a secret army, they didn’t want any further contact with me. The contact that day was the first and last contact I expect to happen. From then on, I was on my own. I am still Black Sword. I’m just not operational.
When the Johnson Administration created The Black Sword, President Johnson was personally involved. Given the event leading to his ascension to the presidency, he had some trust issues. He wanted the Sword to be loyal, trustworthy, and truthful. Instead of civilian leadership, he decided the military should oversee the Sword. His inner circle was surprised when he declared that the leadership should be Texas Christians. After all, he was responsible for the “Johnson Amendment” that severely limited the free speech rights of churches and he passed the offensive restrictions because conservative Christians were opposed to his reelection in 1954.”
Below is the “letter to the editor” I sent to the Morton Times-News concerning the school board policy passed to placate transsexuals. I limited it to 250 words.
What a novel concept. Boys should use boys’ facilities; girls should use girls’ facilities. Wait. That has been done in public schools for decades. Yet, four elected Morton school board members—Michelle Bernier, Kelly Scarfe, Shaun Bill, Clint Heinold—voted on November 1st to reject this common sense policy. Instead, to placate the delusional fantasies of boys who believe they are girls and girls who think they are boys, they voted to allow a staff member(s) to decide if a boy could use a girls’ facility while occupied by girls; if a girl could use a boys’ facility while occupied by boys.
Since when do public schools cater to the whims and believes of students instead of to the facts? Biologically, there are two sexes—male and female. Males have XY chromosomes. Females are XX. A male, thinking he is female, is no more female than Rachel Dolezal is Black because she thinks she is and pretends she is.
I have been both a high school teacher and a school board member. I would never allow boys to utilize girls’ facilities with girls present or girls to use boys’ facilities with boys present. No school board should pander to the delusions of any child who believes he/she is a she/he. None of these school board members deserves to be in authority over children.
If this policy stands, I will work to defeat Shaun Bill (2017), Clint Heinold (2017), Kelly Scarfe (2017), and Michelle Bernier (2019) if he/she runs for reelection [(2017) and (2019) is the year each of the four school board members are up for reelection.].

Other information:
When I was on the Marana School Board in Arizona from 1983-1986, we had a teacher who was arrested and eventually convicted of homosexual activity with a few of our minor students. He was suspended with pay until the conviction. With pay was required either by law or by contract. I don’t remember which.
Soon after I left the Board, an assistance principal was accused of the same. He was married to the Superintendent’s daughter and they divorced. I never learned the outcome of the accusation. Just an accusation can ruin a person’s life. Actually being involved in a crime is, of course, much worse.
I had a client who was a teacher at Tucson Unified. He had a student assistant (a student helped a teacher with clerical tasks for a school period a day. I don’t know if they got credit for it or not. We didn’t do such in our schools. Even when I was teaching in the 1970’s, we were warned to never be alone with a student.). She accused him of inappropriate sexual activities. They both attended the same church. He said he was innocent and, personally knowing him and his wife well, I believed him but who knows for sure. The school board caved and worked out a deal. He retired early for medical reasons, they moved back to California where he was from originally, and the school system paid off the student with over $100,000.
If this policy stands, it is almost a certainty that something will go wrong. If you mix the two sexes together without supervision or inadequate supervision, something sexual either voluntarily or forced is going to happen sooner or later in a high school environment. Who is going to be held accountable when something does go wrong?

“Psychiatry expert: ‘scientifically there is no such thing as transgender [Duh!]’
OTTAWA, January 11, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A prominent Toronto psychiatrist has severely criticized the assumptions underlying what has been dubbed by critics as the Canadian federal government’s ‘bathroom bill,’ that is, Bill C-279, a private member’s bill that would afford special protection to so-called ‘transgender’ men and women [Note this is a 2013 article. I am using it because of the obvious scientific truth that there is no such thing as a transsexual person!].
Dr. Joseph Berger has issued a statement saying that from a medical and scientific perspective there is no such thing as a ‘transgendered’ [No kidding! There two sexes and only two sexes. They are male and female!] person, and that terms such as ‘gender expression’ and ‘gender identity’ used in the bill are at the very least ambiguous, and are more an emotional appeal than a statement of scientific fact [They certainly are not a statement of scientific fact!].
Berger, who is a consulting psychiatrist in Toronto and whose list of credentials establishes him as an expert in the field of mental illness, stated that people who identify themselves as ‘transgendered’ are mentally ill or simply unhappy, and pointed out that hormone therapy and surgery are not appropriate treatments for psychosis or unhappiness [Neither is capitulating to their delusions!].
‘From a scientific perspective, let me clarify what ‘transgendered’ actually means,’ Dr. Berger said, adding, ‘I am speaking now about the scientific perspective—and not any political lobbying position that may be proposed by any group, medical or non-medical.’
‘‘Transgendered’ are people who claim that they really are or wish to be people of the sex opposite to which they were born, or to which their chromosomal configuration attests,’ Dr. Berger stated.
‘Some times, some of these people have claimed that they are ‘a woman trapped in a man’s body’ or alternatively ‘a man trapped in a woman’s body’.’
‘The medical treatment of delusions, psychosis or emotional happiness is not surgery,’ Dr. Berger stated.
‘On the other hand,’ Dr. Berger continued, ‘if these people are asked to clarify exactly what they believe, that is to say do they truly believe whichever of those above propositions applies to them and they say ‘no’, then they know that such a proposition is not true, but that they ‘feel’ it, then what we are talking about scientifically, is just unhappiness, and that unhappiness is being accompanied by a wish—that leads some people into taking hormones that predominate in the other sex, and even having cosmetic surgery designed to make them ‘appear’ as if they are a person of the opposite sex.’
He explained that cosmetic surgery will not change the chromosomes of a human being in that it will not make a man become a woman [Duh!], capable of menstruating, ovulating, and having children, nor will it make a woman into a man, [Duh, again. One can not wish himself/herself into something he/she can not be.] capable of generating sperm that can unite with an egg or ovum from a woman and fertilize that egg to produce a human child.
Moreover, Dr. Berger stated that the arguments put forward by those advocating for special rights for gender confused people have no scientific value and are subjective and emotional appeals with no objective scientific basis. [Duh, a third time! Why does this even have to be explained? Are we that uneducated? It is absurd for an educational agency to push, promote, advocate, support, cater to, or accept this unscientific gobbledygook!]
‘I have read the brief put forward by those advocating special rights, and I find nothing of scientific value in it,’ Dr. Berger said in his statement. ‘Words and phrases, such as ‘the inner space [Seriously?],’ are used that have no objective scientific basis.’
‘These are the scientific facts [Why would an education agency such as a school district pay attention to scientific facts? BECAUSE IT IS AN EDUCATION AGENCY?],’ Dr. Berger said. ‘There seems to me to be no medical or scientific reason to grant any special rights or considerations to people who are unhappy with the sex they were born into, or to people who wish to dress in the clothes of the opposite sex.’
‘The so-called ‘confusion’ about their sexuality that a teenager or adult has is purely psychological. As a psychiatrist, I see no reason for people who identify themselves in these ways to have any rights or privileges different from everyone else in Canada, [He is just a mean person who does not want to be “kind” to others not like him. Not! He is being sensible! It is not kind to appease a fantasy!] he concluded.
REAL Women of Canada asked Dr. Berger for a statement on the issues surrounding Bill C-279 after the organization appeared before the review committee hearings on the bill.
Gwen Landolt of REAL Women told LifeSiteNews that after being initially refused permission to present their perspective on the bill to the review committee, the group was accepted, but found that all other groups and individuals who had been accepted to appear before the committee were supporters of Bill C-279.
‘It can scarcely be an impartial review of any bill if only the witnesses supporting the bill are invited to speak to it [They don’t want impartiality!],’ Landolt said.
Landolt explained that after passing second reading on June 6, 2012, Bill C-279 went to the Justice and Human Rights Committee for review.
At the review committee hearings, REAL Women of Canada presented a 12 page brief setting out the harms created by the bill, and pointing out that the terms ‘gender expression’ and ‘gender identity,’ as written in Bill C-279, were so broad that they could be used to protect pedophilia along with other sexual perversions [The Left does not care. The goal always is to advance the agenda regardless of the collateral damage!], if passed into law.
REAL Women provided the committee with evidence that post-operative trans-gendered individuals suffer substantially higher morbidity and mortality than the general population, placing the so-called ‘sex reassignment’ surgery and hormone treatment under continued scrutiny [Facts and the truth do not stop the Left! The agenda is their god!].
They pointed out that a pioneer in such treatment, Dr. Paul McHugh, distinguished professor of psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and psychiatrist-in-chief at Johns Hopkins Hospital, stopped the procedures because he found that patients were no better adjusted or satisfied after receiving such treatment [Why would they be?].
McHugh wrote in 2004 that ‘Hopkins was fundamentally cooperating with a mental illness’ by catering to the desires of people who wanted surgery to change their biological sex.
‘We psychiatrists, I thought, would do better to concentrate on trying to fix their minds and not their genitalia,’ he stated, adding that ‘to provide a surgical alteration to the body of these unfortunate people was to collaborate with a mental disorder rather than to treat it.’
Landolt noted that the committee hearings ended in confusion over the terminology presented in the bill, and that even the bill’s sponsor, NDP MP Randall Garrison (Esquimalt—Juan de Fuca), was not clear as to who is included and who is excluded in these terms.
‘The definition for ‘gender identity’ proposed by Mr. Garrison is a subjective one that he defined as a ‘deeply felt internal and individual experience of gender, which may or may not correspond with the sex that the individual was assigned at birth’,’ Landolt said, adding that ‘The committee engaged in extensive discussions on the meaning of ‘gender identity’ and ‘gender expression’ without much clarification.’
‘As a result, instead of a smooth, orderly dispatch of this bill through the Committee orchestrated by Garrison, Conservative MP Shelly Glover (St. Boniface, Manitoba) and Conservative MP Kerry-Lynne Findlay (Delta-Richmond-East, BC), the committee hearings broke down in confusion at the final hearing on December 10th. The result is that the bill will be reported to the House of Commons as originally written without amendments,’ Landolt stated.
Following this state of confusion over terms at the review committee, REAL Women sought out an expert in order to provide the scientific and medical evidence relating to ‘transgender’ and the other terms used in the bill.
Gwen Landolt told LifeSiteNews that REAL Women of Canada will be including Dr. Berger’s statement in an information package to be sent to MPs before the bill comes to final vote.
‘It is crucial that MPs know that this legislation is harmful, not only to those who think themselves transgendered but also to society, and should not be passed into law,’ Landolt said. ‘We must therefore write to our MP’s to request that they speak against this troubling bill.’
Dr. Berger is certified as a specialist in Psychiatry by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and is an elected Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is also a past Chairman of the Toronto district of the Ontario Medical Association and past President of the Ontario branch of the American Psychiatric Association.
Berger has been an Examiner in Psychiatry for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology for twenty five years, has taught as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, and is the author of many published papers on different aspects of Diagnosis and Independent Psychiatric Assessments, as well as author of the book ‘The Independent Medical Examination in Psychiatry’ published by Butterworth/Lexis-Nexis.”
