“CWA [Concerned Women for America. The organization is a pro-life, pro-family organization. I am on their e-mail list.] president Penny Nance told OneNewsNow that the strongest opinion expressed at the polls was on the bathroom issue.
‘And we specifically asked whether or not people believed that schools should be allowed to require to allow students to use the bathroom or locker room of their choosing—versus the sex or gender they were born with—and people very strongly reacted that there should be single-sex bathrooms.’
During the campaign, liberals—for the most part—refused to raise the questions, and when answering them, they were vague. Otherwise, Nance contends that they would have gotten the same answers as her organization received on the CWA survey.
‘You know who reacted most strongly to much of this were Millennials,’ Nance asserted. ‘I was looking at the cross tabs last week and was very surprised at how conservative Millennials came down on these issues. So the very people that this effects felt, ‘Listen, this is not what I want.’’
Nance maintains that her post-election poll indicates that directives coming down from the Obama administration on school bathroom policy—and Hillary Clinton’s marriage to Planned Parenthood and abortion—did not sell well with American voters.”

Therefore, they need it to be as accurate as possible. They are paying for it. The surveying company knows this. The surveying company wants CWA’S continued business. The two questions are seeking the same information using different wording. This is a control method to help to ensure the accuracy of the answers. Usually, in a survey with a large number of questions, these two questions would not be back to back. I have not seen the actual survey so I do not know where the questions were located. The PDF had them back to back and that may have been the case. The percentages are such that the answers seem to match. The conclusion then is that a majority of voters surveyed want restrooms to be reserved for only those of the same sex. I don’t find that conclusion unreasonable. It is as I would expect it to be.
The Left will continue to push for this because it is part of its agenda and to them public opinion is irrelevant. The agenda is what is important and they work constantly to change public opinion to fit their agenda. That is why it is extremely important to stop this nonsense from the beginning! We did not in relation to murdering unborn babies and now we have had federal government sanctioned murder for over 43 years. We have murdered almost 60 million babies. This transsexual nonsense should be, must be stopped now!]

Every community needs to stand up and say “NO” to this coddling of a delusion or we will continue to have the destruction of the moral fiber of the United States. It is not beneficial to placate the delusion of an individual who identifies as transsexual and it is not beneficial to the vast majority of boys and girls in our communities to invade their privacy for the sake of pacifying the delusions of those who want what can not be.

Glimmers of light shimmer in the darkness that has been spreading within public schools. The darkness is caused by a fog of science-denying ignorance imposed on school districts from within by teachers and administrators who view themselves as agents of social, political, and [im]moral change and from without by ‘trans’ activists from organizations like the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), the ACLU [American Civil Liberties Union], and Lambda Legal.
The newest battle is taking place in Pine-Richland High School in western Pennsylvania where on September 12, 2016, five courageous school board members voted to establish policy requiring students to use either the restrooms that correspond to their biological sex [Hasn’t this always been the policy?], or a single-occupancy ‘unisex’ restroom, or a single-occupancy restroom in the nurse’s office.
But these generous accommodations were not enough for three gender-dysphoric students. Following the board decision, two boys who are pretending to be girls and one girl who is pretending to be a boy filed a federal discrimination lawsuit against the district, [What utter nonsense! There is no federal law that makes transsexuals a protected class! Transsexualism is not a class at all. All transsexuals by definition are delusional. They believe themselves to be something they are not and can not be! If these same individuals believed they were straight A students would they sue because they were not given straight A’s? Our nation is going INSANE!], the superintendent, and the principal.
One of the students, Jacob Evancho (brother of America’s Got Talent star Jackie Evancho) who now goes by the name ‘Juliet,’ claims that before he was required to use sex-appropriate restrooms, ‘Pine-Richland was a safe, and kind [“Keep Morton Kind” was the slogan used by those who supported placating transsexuals at the Morton School Board meeting. Catering to a delusion IS NOT being kind! It is capitulating to a harmful delusion.] … place. Everyone was so sweet [Seriously!].’
His comment illustrates one of the many problems with policies that permit gender-dysphoric students to use opposite-sex restrooms and locker rooms. These policies teach all students that in order to be kind, sweet, compassionate, and inclusive, they must pretend that biological sex per se has no meaning relative to modesty, and they must be willing to relinquish their privacy [They must capitulation to nonsense!], Sex-integrated restroom and locker room policies teach all students that people’s feelings about their sex trump their actual sex in private spaces.
But the school district is resisting. It has filed a lawsuit asking that the discrimination lawsuit be dismissed [I’d sue the suers.].
Lambda Legal, an organization that fights for co-ed restrooms and locker rooms for children and teens, and which is representing the three gender-dysphoric students in this lawsuit castigates the school district for their ‘shameful’ actions [protecting students! First of all, this is not a federal issue!], suggesting that opposition to co-ed restrooms renders gender-dysphoric students unable to ‘fully participate in their education [Utter nonsense! Maybe, they should opt for home schooling?].’
Why does requiring gender-dysphoric students to use restrooms with those whose ‘gender identity’ they don’t share prevent them from being able to fully participate in their education, but requiring non-gender-dysphoric students (i.e., normal students) to use restrooms with persons whose sex they don’t share doesn’t prevent them from being able to fully participate in their education [Can’t be logical or scientific and accept the nonsense being promoted by the Left!]?

‘It makes me angry [She makes me angry for capitulating to her son and/or being a promoter of his fantasies!]. It makes me wonder what kind of Neanderthals [The Left’s first propaganda tool—name calling! When did she get elected to the school board? If she wants to change policy, she should run for the Board not run to the courts! Federal courts have NO authority over education and NO authority to make policy! They have and are usurping power to the detriment of the nation!] … think it’s appropriate to go in there and start picking on a particular segment of the population [Give me a break!] and make it all about them.’
Why does the desire of normal students to use restrooms or locker rooms with only students whose sex they share constitute ‘picking on a segment of the population,’ while demands by gender-dysphoric students to use restrooms or locker rooms with only students whose ‘gender identity’ they share does not constitute ;picking on a segment of the population [Can’t be logical or scientific and accept the nonsense being promoted by the Left!]’? Why is it unkind to require students to use restrooms with persons of their same sex but requiring students to use restrooms with persons of the opposite sex is a sign of kindness [Can’t be logical or scientific and accept the nonsense being promoted by the Left!]?
If there are two distinct phenomena (i.e., biological sex which is constituted by objective DNA/anatomy/biology and ‘gender identity’ which is constituted by subjective feelings/desires), why should restroom and locker room usage correspond to ‘gender identity’ rather than objective biological sex [Should not and there is absolutely NO reason why it should!]?
‘Juliet [Jacob]’ Evancho claims that using a single-occupancy unisex restroom ‘marginalizes’ him [Then he should use the boys’ restroom because HE IS A BOY!]. In reality, however, it is not the policy that marginalizes him. It is his decision to acquiesce to his disordered desire to be the sex he is not and can never be that marginalizes him [Exactly!].
No one should be compelled to pretend Evancho is what he is not [True!]. But that’s exactly what the Left believes should happen [That is the Left! It is our agenda so ALL must accept it or pay the penalty!]. Since in the dystopian world of ‘progressivism,’ subjective feelings trump all other considerations—including morality and reality—everyone must bend the knee to feelings, including even disordered, irrational, science-denying feelings [The Left does not care about transsexuals just as they do not care about Blacks! They care only about using them to advance their agenda of control, control, control! Transsexuals are useful pawns in a bigger game of nationalized socialism under their control leading eventually to universal socialism under their control. Then there will be only two groups in society—the leaders and everyone else. You and I will be part of the everyone else!].
Well, let me qualify that: Not all feelings are treated equally. The feelings of modesty that boys and girls and men and women who don’t want to share restrooms or locker rooms with persons of the opposite sex experience mean nothing. In fact, to Leftists such feelings are Neanderthal, ignorant, and hateful and must be eradicated [Do you think the Obama girls have transsexual students using the restrooms and showers of their choice in their high priced private school where many of the Washington D.C. elite send their children?].
